An old and charming London building, surrounded by stunning historic architecture, super location, very close to Tower of London, Tower Bridge and Tower Hill tube station that made it easy to go anywhere. Walking around was a treat for the eyes. The entire team is extremely pleasant and polite, I must mention Deep for his courtesy and pleasing demeanor. They really take care of you. I got a complimentary upgrade to a one bedroom suite with all the amenities on 3rd floor. Entire place is newly refurbished and comfortable, well thought out with all needs anticipated during stay. Other than usual tea coffee, there was fresh milk, bread, butter and jams in the fridge to start off the day. I think this was a caring gesture. Room was big enough with separate lounge & kitchen with two full bathrooms. Bed was comfy. I really liked that I could open the windows to enjoy the breeze and weather. Definitely coming back to stay again. I did not try their breakfast.

With that kind of room charges, cars are not allowed to drop/park in front of the Hotel and there's no entrance at the back. Be prepared to drag your luggage to/from the back of building and up/down the entrance stairs but staff is always there to help and after that, there is lift to all floors. Adding a ramp could really help.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly staff who ensured a smooth and efficient check-in process. The warm welcome set the tone for the rest of my stay. I was promptly escorted to my room, and my luggage was handled with care. The room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of the highest quality, ensuring restful nights. The attention to detail in the kitchen's amenities, as well as the room's - from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the luxurious toiletries, made my stay even more enjoyable.The level of service provided by the staff was truly remarkable. They were always polite, professional, and eager to assist with any request, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The location of Tower Residence was ideal for exploring the city. It was conveniently situated near major attractions and dining options. Despite its central location, the hotel provided a peaceful and quiet environment, allowing for a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. I look forward to my next visit! <3 Amira Abdelkader

There is nothing to not like about Tower Residences. The location is perfect right next to the tube station, the apartment was phenomenal and the hospitality was second to none. Lovely touch having essentials provided such as bread butter jam and tea / coffee plus a fully functioning kitchen! We loved being able to give the children some cereal or snack after a long day walking seeing the sights. Coming to London with 2 children couldn't have gone better all thanks to Tower Residences

Upon arrival the complimentary welcome basket was great with really essentials(bread,milk,butter,jams,coffee pods, teabags etc .). It’s newly renovated , everything was new;furnitures,kitchen appliances and it was not just kitchenette, rather with full kitchen facilities (washing machine,fridge,hob,microwave,crockery and cutlery so on..).Very spacious. Self-contained apartment but with the perks of a hotel e.g 24 hr reception, can check in and out at any time rather than arrange specific time with host- as is the case with lots of privately let apartments. Location is great very close to restaurants, shops and public transports . I go to London once a month for business and stay 3/4 days . Tower residences will definitely be my permanent address at London.

The apartment is in a great location – very close to the metro, and many attractions can also be reached on foot. The hotel is quiet, with good sound insulation between the rooms. Everything looks new, and the apartment is well-equipped with both a washing machine and a dishwasher, with free tablets provided for two loads. We arrived in the evening and were pleasantly surprised to find free milk, muesli for breakfast, and bottled water waiting for us in the room. There were also a few teas and Nespresso capsules, which was a nice touch. One small downside is that the kitchenware is quite limited – there are only four cups, four glasses, and four plates, so a bit more would be helpful. Also, there was no towel holder in the bathroom. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Very well laid out and comfortable. Terrific view from the front room. Very clean and the beds were great. The staff were excellent and responded very well to my request for no scented products to be used, showing great awareness and understanding.

Nothing really, but do be aware if you are a UK citizen that you will be asked to show your passport on arrival. This was a surprise for me and I did not have it. Furthermore, I don’t drive so I had no driving license. In the end they accepted my bus pass, but it was a bit awkward and for someone who was born and lived my whole life in England, a bit of a shock.

My stay at Tower Residence by Blue Orchid was simply exceptional! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of London, just a short stroll away from Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. It made sightseeing so easy and added a magical touch to our mornings and evenings. The apartment itself exceeded all expectations. It was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after busy days exploring the city. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area was cozy—perfect for unwinding. High-speed WiFi was an added bonus! The staff was outstanding (Roxana is the Best!) —welcoming, attentive, and always ready to provide great recommendations on local dining and attractions. Their dedication to guest comfort made my stay truly memorable.

One thing to note is that there was some noise from the underground, but it didn't overshadow the overall exceptional experience.

The location was superb. I did not have breakfast because we had to prepare our own in the kitchen. The rooms, kitchen, bathroom were spotlessly clean, the bed, towels were all pretty clean Above all, our two hostess, Aroona and Roxana were too fantastic. They made us feel like we were in our own home in Ghana.

Nothing to complain about except that the room rate went up about 40% in less than 3 days after my arrival and stay at the facility and wanted to extend my stay for another six days. I think that customers who decide to extend their stays must be considered a handsome discount if they decide to stay with the stipulated time. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

The location was sensational, everything was easy to reach, the subway station was a three minute walk away, the public bus was just as quick... Tower Bridge and the Tower are just a stone's throw away... the staff were very accommodating and if we had any requests, e.g. extra coffee capsules or water or whatever, they helped us without any problems, especially Kristian, one of the employees was extremely friendly and always had a smile on his face, all in all everyone was super friendly. There was also a supermarket (Tesco) nearby that was open seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, which is extremely practical when you're travelling with small children... there was also a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine... where you can prepare a snack or breakfast or even a rost ;) the only thing was that the number of glasses and cups was a bit limited and there were no kitchen towels, but we were helped in other ways... all in all, I highly recommend this hotel and I was certainly not the last time in this hotel!!
