The staff were super kind and accommodating. The location can't be beat: everything was within walking distance. The highlight was how they personalized our wedding anniversary celebration with a thoughtful message and complimentary bottle of prosecco. Those special touches really made our stay memorable!

Our room was a bit on the small side and logistically not very practicle: the lavabo was awkwardly placed in the middle, and we had to close other doors just to open the armchair...

I loved everything about this hotel! Location is perfect in the heart of the West End, so easy access to theatres, restaurants and shops. The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly! They even had balloons and cake waiting for me when I got back from shopping as I was celebrating a big birthday! The food is second to none, with a huge choice at breakfast. The hotel decor is exquisite, especially in the bedrooms. I'm looking forward to staying here again when I next visit London.

If I had to pick something - as a family of 5 there were no options for a family room but might have just been what was available when I booked and it wasn’t really a problem tbh

I chose this hotel because the one we usually stay at in London was sold out. And they are next to each other. That was the reason to my stay in W London: the location for me is the best and communicative. Our rooms were on the 4th floor and there was absolutely no street noise. The beds are super comfortable, the air conditioner is not audible at all. (I'm writing this because I usually have a problem with the noise of air conditioners in hotel rooms). Breakfast is à la carte. The breakfast waiters are really very nice and polite. The front desk staff were great too. The room was cleaned perfectly throughout all the stay. Overall, my rating for the entire staff is the highest.

I certainly won't be choosing W London again. The hotel is not my style. The rooms are dark and with terracotta tiles. The sink is in the room itself. I get up early in the morning (around 5-6), but my husband likes to stay up until at least 8. To brush my teeth, I have to wake him up for sure, because the sink is literally next to his head. Bad rating for the interior designer.

Very central, easy access to tube and walking in central London. Good security set up, good size to rooms unlike a lot of London Hotel rooms, well equipped.

It would be great to have a swimming pool, but can understand space at a premium in this location. The I-Pad for the lights was quite slow to respond, maybe an Apple thing not a W thing

Modern clean - fast and kind service

Breakfast should be improved by have some buffet and omelet order as most hotels, create breakfast into a project and separated payment + service payment and limits like this make it longer then needed and and not comfort in morning

Housekeeping didn’t change the bedsheets for 3 days although some got stains on them.

We have stayed at W hotels before so we anticipated the modern sophistication of this hotel but we were pleasantly surprised at the special features of the London W. Our room was spacious and we had a corner suit with wonderful views over Picadilly and Leicester. We loved the special touches such as the welcoming mats in the elevators throughout the day. The gym in this hotel is exceptional - one of the best hotel gyms we have experienced. The in-room goodies were very unique and we landed up purchasing quite a few which we loved using.

We were treated well right from check-in to check-out! We requested early check-in and they accommodated us. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and staff were incredibly friendly. We felt very safe in this hotel and a doorman welcomed us back at the end of each day. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.
