Convenient location, 10 minute walk to town, 5 mins to the beach. Quiet for the most part. Outside space.

Some noise from upstairs rooms. Not very clean generally. Dust, cobwebs, sides/splashback in kitchen, shower tray cracked, table kept turning urned while trying to eat, chairs next to sofa worn, lack of utensils in kitchen. Hard frame at side of bed. Brutal if you have to kneel to get in bed. Outside, rusting table, but chairs were OK. Picture on wall in main room....got to wonder why that, bit off-putting. Personal thing that though. Must be making enough to replace items, fix and properly clean.

All excellent. Small issue with the batteries running out so we couldn't use the door code into the apartment but all sorted very promptly.

We would have preferred a dishwasher to a washing machine/dryer? Surely most people take enough clean clothes for their stay even for a week but need to wash pots and cutlery etc every day?

Now, this one is absolutely wonderful. So much so, I booked the same room for tonight instead of travelling into Manchester and staying there before my flight tomorrow. I'm staying in this apartment and driving to Manchester tomorrow. Gorgeous decor, spotless. The amazing bathroom and shower are pure luxury. The small seating area in the garden out the back is cosy and great for a breath of fresh air and a brew outside. Also, I needed to check in early as I was at a loose end at very short notice. The host actually called me and sorted it for me with absolutely no issue at all. All in all, a fabulous experience at a truly gorgeous apartment. Book here, this is the best in Lytham St Anne's for sure!!! I'm always in Lytham as I have family here and will make sure I stay here every single time. I just wish I had found it earlier. If you are looking at prices you will also see it is in line with competitors but absolutely miles ahead on quality. Trust me, and thank me later. Enjoy!

Having to pack my stuff and leave.

Apartment was lovely spacious and clean. Great location. Quiet street and on street parking were a definite bonus. The ability to book late checkout and a very reasonable charge for this compared to many places we have stayed.

The 6:30 am email telling us our checkout time was 10:30 instead of 1 gave me a panic and meant I was trying to get hold of someone and meant I didn’t sleep in as expected. Noise from people sitting on front step smoking in the morning and a baby crying in apartment above weren’t great but I suppose can’t be helped.

All clean and staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely continental but loads to choose from ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay,will book again its our 3rd visit Views from window had sea view and there's a toby carvery right across the road lovely beach too

Car park is way too difficult to park its asking a little too much to park end on ,all struggled we watched from balcony ,one or two mishaps ,can I suggest angular parking easy in and easy out ,just a suggestion otherwise no complaints

Prestine, clean, high quality standard.

Bed was small for the style of property - high end, expect a king size at least. Toilet was noisy for a while after flushing, but that was sorted by closing door. Would be good for a shelf in the shower for soaps. Front door of no.2 needed to be slammed from the outside to properly shut. Nothing to do with property but heavy smell of marijuana on the Sunday morning.

Little private garden

Blind in the kitchen needed also curtains in the main living room/bedroom as on the ground floor I could see through the blinds when shut from the outside side . . Could do with an iron and ironing board .

Location and cleanliness. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was spacious.

Could do with a few more basic items in the kitchen, to clean with and then everyday cooking items such as oil and salt and pepper, etc that you use a bit of but are annoying to buy a whole new one for a week.

Everything in the apartment you could need. All spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. It was a good ten minute stroll from the centre but ample buses and taxis if you need them.

It met all our needs and expectations so there wasn't anything we didn't like.

We have stayed here before in the other ground floor apartment. They are lovely. we preferred this one but that is just personal taste. The apartment is really roomy and absolutely spotless with everything you need to have a lovely stay. The road is nice and quiet as well. the location is great. we will be booking again.

if I was being really picky we struggled to switch the radiator off next to the bed which made it really warm .
