Professional, positive, efficient and patient staff members! Despite my payment delay (damaged debit card upon check-in), management/reception staff continually reassured and the issue was soon resolved! Thank you! The hotel boasts a serene, classy, positive environment. Even during super busy times and a crowded wedding function, the calm energy remained throughout the hotel for other guests to enjoy. Equally, we didn't hear any music or disruption in the evenings from our super smart rooms! Private front terrace for relaxing drinks and terrific food! In terms of housekeeping: discreet, super clean, never disturbing and noting door sign requests! We hope to return in a heartbeat!👌🏽

Staff were welcoming on arrival. Room was lovely and spacious. Nice furnishings. It was very clean. Two members of staff in the dining area called Nathan and Jason were amazing. Jason interacted with us and was very attentive. It was Nathan's first day and he was nervous but very helpful and ☺️.

Cleaning staff didn't replenish tea bags or biscuits when the room was tidied daily. Bin in bathroom not emptied. A member of staff in the dining area called Steven was miserable and made me and my family feel like we were a burden. He never smiled, he didn't give us time to look at menus and moaned about the lack of staff.

Nice bar prices and bar area, nice restaurant area and nice seating outside with cushions on every chair. Most of the staff were nice and accommodating. The room was generally nice with everything in it you need. We parked up relatively easily, considering it was on a first come, first served basis and unlike some hotels parking was free.

Our bath looked tired and stained, which was sad as the rest of the bathroom wasn't bad at all. The view outside our window in room 122 was poor. There was scaffolding and what looked like the back of the building where no effort was made to make the view pleasant. But other than that, it was a nice stay.

Location. Lucy my dog just loves the beach and it's more or less straight across the road. Hotel really looked after myself and Lucy and made us more than welcome. On arrival in the room there was treats plus a blanket and food and water ball for her. At breakfast and dinner she recieved a sausage and water and loved it. All the staff made us more than welcome.

The room was just a little bit on the small size. If we were staying more than the 2 nights I would upgrade. Plus the room was over the entertainment room which was very loud as there was a wedding reception happening. I think it needs soundproofing or something. But we had a fantastic time

Lovely place and great location

The towel radiator was on full blast when we arrived - we told reception when we checked in and was told housekeeping had left - we were told someone would come to sort it - when we left for dinner at 6 nobody had been so we told reception again - they said it was on the list - when we returned at 10pm it still hadn’t been sorted - it was a very hot day and this made the room even hotter and where the single beds were uncomfortable to sleep in we wasn’t informed it could not be sorted or it just hadn’t been done we wasn’t sure which one it was.

Upon arrival there was no space on the carpark - a lovely Gentleman (that runs the bar) waved me over asked me if I was checking in before guiding me on to the overflow carpark, which I was unaware of. Good start to my trip! Check in - we were greeted with a lovely bubbly Receptionist who was really helpful and again first impressions count. The room was a standard double so quite compact in size - it was decorated lovely, clean and adequate for what we needed. Veggie Brekkie was awesome! Which is very unusual ... us veggie's usually get the short straw lol Not here! The bar area had a lovely feel and the staff were very attentive. The place just has a lovely feel to it - the staff and the decor all in all it's just a really lovely place, up there with my favourites especially if you want value for money! We will be back!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent, on the sea front and a five minute walk from shops, restaurants, cafes etc. In St Anne's square. . Plenty of parking for guests, and just a short drive into Blackpool and Lytham. We had a large room overlooking the sea which was very well furnished and decorated, and the bathroom had a great walk in shower. The food was very good in the restaurant, and we were able to get a light snack in the bar one evening which was also delicious.

The room didn't have a fridge to keep water or other drinks cool, but we asked for a tumbler of ice from the bar which we were given with no problem. Unfortunately, the lift wasn't working throughout our stay, but the reception staff did however changed us to a first floor room without us asking when we were told about the lift as we checked in.

The hotel has a well-stocked bar, a really good restaurant for evening meals and breakfast service is super, no buffet but freshly cooked and served to your table. The staff are all keen to make sure you enjoy your stay. Make sure your keycard is kept well away from your mobile phone!!

The building is old, although in excellent condition and the decor is good. Plenty of lounging areas to sit and while away the hours when the weather is a bit inclement. However, there are lots of stairs, and there are some short stairways as well as the two main staircases leading from reception. There is a lift, but there are stairs between it and some of the rooms. There are staff on hand to help with your luggage, so not really an issue.

We had a compact double room. It was compact but it had everything we needed. There was even a bath as well as a shower and an ironing board! It was ideal. Breakfasts were good and the one time we chose to dine in the restaurant we enjoyed excellent service and a great meal.

We had four breakfasts and each time we had to remind staff to bring something we had ordered. We witnessed this happening to other guests as well. On one occasion our hot food was brought to the table when we were still eating our cereal! The breakfasts were good and the staff very nice but they need to ensure that guests' orders are completed. Guests should not have to chase up missing items every single breakfast!

Great value for money, perfect location on the sea front. Lovely decor and design. Breakfast was lovely. Room was a good size. Hotel manager very swift to put things right on a minor room location issue we raised - was very much appreciated - Thank you Hailey.

Only issue was noise early morning from scaffolding being removed outside our window. Not a fault of the hotel as scaffolders can turn up at any time on agreed day, but reception should be made aware of things like this happening when assigning rooms. Hotel swiftly refunded our room upgrade & that was appreciated. Hotel location, staff and facilities generally faultless.
