Fantastic apartment, location, amazing gym, large swimming pool, sauna and steam room!!!! We are a family of 7 and wanted somewhere we could cook rather than eat out every night. Kitchen/ living room had a massive table all 7 of us could sit round, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets/showers and a sofa bed. You are provided with towels. These don't get changed as its more like an apartment than a hotel. (But im sure they would give you more if needed) Great for a large family. Location couldn't have been better. Right across the road from Aldi, and other lovely wee shops- bus stop right outside or train 5 min walk. And could see the beach from our bedroom window. Also 5 min walk away. Complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning were a lovely delight and staff couldn't have been more helpful!! Can't comment on breakfast as we made our own. Opposite hotel there's a beautiful park and play area for kids. St Annes is a gorgeous place especially if you don't want to stay in Blackpool itself. We bought a family travel day ticket, jumped on the 11 bus and then a tram right into Blackpool. Unlimited travel on both throughout the day. Under 20 mins to get there! We can't wait to come back!!! Fabulous hotel, area and such friendly people!!!

Nothing we loved it!

This is a beautiful aparthotel with gorgeous decor and great facilities. A few little things needed attention, like the washing machine in our apartment being out of order and small details like damage to displays (e.g. faux greenery display in the pool area and damage to stained glass effect at the top of the stairs near reception) needing to be fixed. Decor is very elegant and well designed. The location is fantastic, and the beach is literally down the road with an excellent range of local shops. It's around a 10 minute drive from Blackpool attractions. Parking is generous at the front of the building with additional on street parking to the rear. Use of the pool facilities is included in your stay as are complimentary pastries and Starbucks coffee from a machine in reception 7-10am daily. The hotel is opposite a lovely park with a very good playground and a lovely cafe serving excellent food so great for families. The hotel is dog friendly and the park across the road is very well situated for dog walking guests. We would recommend and would return. Thank you.

Need to keep on top of wear and tear

Excellent Location, Lovely views out the window over the park. 2 Min walk to Beach, Aldi, Shops and Restaurants. Never had an issue with finding a parking space. Bookable Swimming Session, everyone seemed to stick to their slots which was good. Lovely fluffy towels to use, saves you taking them. Starbucks Latte in the morning. Large apartment with clean comfy beds, supplied a high chair, facilities with enough crockery/cutlery to get by for short vacation.

Furniture looking a bit tired, slightly underwhelmed when we arrived considering the price paid. TV didn't have any working channels, mentioned it, Engineer could visit next day but only there for 2 nights so wasn't major issue. Could benefit from a drainer for dishes and an airer for drying clothes. Sooo hot especially during the night, granted it was summer but couldn't open sash windows wide as we had a 1 year old.

the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Lovely towels provided too. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and clean and fully equipped with full sized white goods. ( although lacking in crockery and glasses). Washing up liquid and sponge provided and kitchen roll ( but no tea towel) The white sheets and duvet covers and towels were clean and top quality. Great location.Handy snacks for sale downstairs.

The bedroom was small and too hot on the first night although it was only 21c during the day. Two fans were provided, but the noise and heat prevented us from sleeping for many hours. ( we booked late and got the last room) room 307. The sofa bed was hard, without a mattress, it looked good as a sofa. We had stayed before but the previous room worked better for us as the sofa bed was comfy and a more spacious room. The stair carpet to our room was filthy and the cleaning cupboard/ linen cupboard door was open all of the time, spoilt the feel of quality. People in apartment above came home late as we were trying to sleep and were running around and banging things. Dustmen woke us at 6am Friday morning!

I loved the interior design of the hotel in a sea of otherwise quite dated hotels in the area, it really stood out and was great value for money. The pool and spa was again a great design and made nicer by the fact that they limit numbers by booking so you can nearly have it all to yourself!

Although not a hot couple of days, cool windy (19C) our apartment (rm 103) was, particularly in the lounge uncomfortably hot, even with all windows open and fans blowing, so for a family of 6 it was quite an uncomfortable nights sleep, and although there was air con not one of us could figure out how to use it!

The facilities in the hotel itself were superb. The swimming pool and changing rooms were very clean. The lady on reception was very welcoming. There are plenty of towels in the room.

Both tvs in bedroom didn't work. Doors on a lot of kitchen cabinets were unlevel.Due to this, the fridge wasn't shutting properly. Bits of food etc on the sofa from pervious stay. Rug looks like it had cig burns (rug in the living room) it did look a bit dirty, too. Also, the lighting in the apartments wasn't the best. The cleanliness of the apartment overall wasn't great at all. This is a shame because the apartment is beautiful, but it isn't keeping up the cleanliness and jeneral maintenance. Also, one small minor thing. There is no drain board or tea towel to dry pots.

Everything :) Self catering apartment facilities were spot on for a family of 4 & our dog. Washing machine was a bonus. Very dog friendly. Perfect location for the seafront (2 minute walk around the corner) fantastic modern swimming pool & the changing facilities/showers were immaculately clean. Reception staff were lovely, helpful & friendly. Main shops were a 2 minute walk away and an Aldi was 40 seconds walk over the road so handy for supplies. Free onsite parking which wasn't height restricted and there were always spaces available.

Nothing - Bonus features could have been: Main bedroom was huge, but only had a double bed in, would have been lovely to have a kingsize. A few more hooks in the hallway or on the back of bedroom doors to possibly accommodate coats/towels? More hangers? - 3 wasn't quite enough. Clothes horse - Would have been great to have something we could air our swimming costumes & towels on, especially with having a washing machine insitu. However we didn't ask at reception so may it well have been available to us.

Excellent Apartment - 2 double rooms. Very spacious, modern, both bedrooms en suite, kitchen small but great. TV’s both bedrooms as well as dining area. Parking plentiful. As we having family who live in the area we have stayed in many hotels/apartments in St Anne’s - this has been the best place so far. Pool area also very clean and nice. Gym well stocked - really good stay.

Noise during the night, odd as we were over reception but could hear noise below between 2am-5am, sounded like banging but could have been the tiny stairs used by staff to go to the basement. Shame as the stay would have been perfect without this. Still would stay again though.

The location is great, The beach is literally a 2 min walk away. There is a park opposite as well, handy as we had our dogs with us. There is also an Aldi across the road. Beds are comfy and showers are great. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and they were quick to resolve the few issues we encountered around getting into the apartment and some extra items we needed in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend and certainly stay here again.

One of the rooms we hadn't realised would have no window. The same room also lacked a place to hang clothes like the other two rooms, but we managed to get around this by using the other two hanging racks. There were also a few items we had to ask for in the kitchen that we felt should have been there to begin with, but this was resolved quickly.

We loved the luxe feel of the hotel and the apartments were extremely clean and modern. We loved the location and the fact there was free parking on site. Reception staff were super helpful and really friendly.

The only thing that was an issue for us was the fact that we chose this hotel for the spa and the calm/relaxation side of things being that we were having a night away as a couple. The website does focus on the pool being part of the spa and promotes a relaxing atmosphere. The pool was busy with lots of children as our stay was during half term and there was no ‘adults only’ swim times. After being woken up at 6am by a very noisy family in the room above us to go down to the pool and have it filled with screaming kids wasn’t my idea of a relaxing pool session! I really think having an hour or so set aside for an adults only swim session, especially at weekends or during school holidays would help cater for the guests that have come for a night away without their children!
