Exceptional cleaning standard with daily maid service. Modern fixtures and fittings, within a large 3 story yesteryear semi property which has been refurbished so that it now resembles a modern, light, bright, ultra clean apartment block. Phone activated WiFi key entry works very well. St.Annes centre has ample shops, cafes, supermarkets, and resteraunts. Plus there's miles of seaside promenade to walk, a clean sandy beach and landscaped gardens.

Apt 5 & 6 are on the 3rd floor and can only be reached by stairs with a steepish gradient, not ideal for the elderly or those with health issues. There are 4 parking spaces in front of the property, shared by 2 blocks so parking can be a lottery. Extra places have to be found on the street if you miss out.

Lovley big bed, nice room, loved the little extras like fruit and proper milk.

Pillows lumpy, and no hot water in shower it was barely warm

Quiet street location, but only a couple of minutes walk to local shops. Access was via virtual keys using a mobile phone. Trouble free entry. Excellent soundproofing. We saw other guests entering the apartments, but couldn't hear them at all. The apartment itself was modern, smart and clean, with all the necessary facilities. As we'd been eating out a lot prior to our stay, we decided to eat at the apartment. We streamed some music via the TV in the lounge, and had a nice cosy evening in.

Limited parking spaces, but manage to get one at the back of the apartment. Would have felt better if there was cctv covering that area.

We stayed at Prime Suites Accommodation in St Anne’s 13/07/25 and had the pleasure of booking Room 6 — what an absolute gem! Top of the building but no problem. The entrance gave how good our stay was going to be…real wow factor. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth and all on-line but easy and the room itself was immaculate. Beautifully decorated with modern touches, it felt both luxurious and inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I genuinely had one of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in any accommodation. The en-suite bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, with excellent water pressure and fluffy, high-quality towels. I also appreciated the small but thoughtful details — a well-stocked tea/coffee station, fast Wi-Fi, fridge and everything else you need for a self catering stay. The location is fantastic — quiet enough for a peaceful night’s rest, yet just a short walk from the seafront, shops, and lovely cafes and bars in St Anne’s. It’s clear the owners have put a lot of care into both the property and the guest experience. I needed to contact them regards parking as we arrived earlier than check in time Contacted via WhatsApp and they were friendly, attentive, and really helpful. Absolutely fantastic customer care. If you’re looking for a stylish, clean, and comfortable place to stay in St Anne’s, Room 6 at Prime Suites is it. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone. We’re already planning our next stay!

The size of the apartment was great. Very clean and well presented. We even had a selection of Easter treats and a card waiting for us on arrival, which was a very nice and unexpected touch. Everything was provided for in the kitchen and bathroom with good quality products at hand.

There was a refrigeration unit located directly outside the rear bedroom window. This only seemed to come on in the day. However, if it did operate at night, it would be difficult to sleep as the whole room vibrated! The kitchen drain had a really bad smell. We purchased bleach and flushed it which seemed to reduce the odour.

Great place to stay, apartment had everything you would need for a comfortable overnight stay, communications were excellent, great location for St Annes beach although we preferred to eat out in Lytham which we felt had better restaurants and bars although this was 3 mile bus ride which was enjoyable and not a big issue. thank you again we will definitely be back later this year.

Overflow car park at rear had no signage or direction which was a shame as we drove around the location a couple of times to find entrance, but this in no way distracted from our enjoyable overnight stay.

Excellent location, parking very handy, lovely standard of accommodation. The little welcome pack was really appreciated. The bed was comfy too.

Absolutely freezing when we got in the apartment, took hours to warm up, sat wrapped in blankets at night! (Was a lovely weekend, actually warmer outside) Also we paid for late checkout, but when we were packing up the car at 12.30 my husband wasn't able to get back in using the keyless system, must have expired at the regularcheckout time, would have caused real problems if we'd both left the apartment to pack the car.

The accommodation was nice, basic but nice and suited our needs for a 2 night stay I don't think I would have liked to have been in that accommodation for more than the 2 nights or with more than one other person. Overall a nice stay and we would book again.

Little things to address, the milk provided was off, the fruit provided had seen better days and the biscuits mentioned were non existent. We felt it could have been cleaner, rug in room definitely needed a good hoover. Although online check in and door code entry worked for us. We were awoken on the day of departure with someone else trying to access our accommodation at 8am.

Everything about the specific suite & building excellent. We had a small problem at entry due to severe wind & rain & not focusing properly on key pad. Phoned thru for help, answered immediately & we were talked thru into hallway, warm, bright & welcoming. All beautifully presented. Very comfy bed, on the back looking out to our car, extremely peaceful, had our own outside area should weather have been accommodating. Kitchen area nicely supplied & some tasty extras. Great location, a minutes walk to Wood Street & St Annes centre. Excellent alround.

The apartment was well located, close to both the town centre and seafront. It was well furnished and included welcomed small touches like complementary fruit and Christmas decorations (appropriate for the season). A cot was provided and set up with bedding and the rooms were comfortable and the curtains were black out.

You could hear people walking up the stairs to other apartments, though this was not disruptive. The second room (bunk beds) would suit children but may be a little snug for adults.
