Bed was clean and comfy, room was clean and had everything you might need, breakfast was great and there was enough for everyone, pool was a nice temperature and clean, bar was fully stocked and never too busy, and location is right on the seafront and is amazing, 5 minutes from town!

The room was boiling hot, great if you like it warm, but I cooked. Reception didn't tell you all the information you might need like check-out time and pool open times/towel procedure, just ask and they'll tell you. It wasn't obvious where the changing rooms were, it looked like you were leaving via the fire escape!

Comfy bed and hot water on tap. Right on the sea front and live music during the day. Good value for money and dog friendly to most areas. Access to the pool but no jacussi as I thought was available. Nice hot breakfast.

No parking availablity at the hotel on arrival during a busy Easter Sunday and we were lucky to park opposite the hotel on the street to unload. Later were able to park on the premises. Children in the pool jumping around. I thought this was a spa hotel with adults only access to pool area. If it was adult only access at certain times I was not made aware.

The breakfast was amazing, so much choice and really hot fresh food. Nice quiet room.

The bed surround, it was wooden and stuck out so kept banging knees and toes on them. Noise coming from the plumbing all the time. High pitched whirring noise.

The location is perfect, especially with young children, lots to do and see in the area. The hotel is welcoming, and the staff are friendly and approachable. We stayed in a family boutique room, which was clean and tidy it had plenty of room for all four of us, and the bathroom was a really good size. We used the swimming pool and had a great time splashing around it was very clean and had good changing spaces. Our breakfast was included, and it was delicious with lots to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My only bug bear was the wallpaper in our room it looked tired and shabby with creases in it.

Location was very good - within walking distance to Lytham and Blackpool Entertainment - excellent singer on Saturday afternoon, sat outside in the sunshine - loved it! Facilities looked really good - booked again for next year but this time will take advantage of the swimming pool and spa services

The only thing I would say is that the room we were staying in (Room 65) had very noisy floorboards above us and out in front of our door. We wanted to take advantage of a good lie-in but was woken really early by other guests upstairs who were wandering around. Not a major issue but will request a higher floor next time....

The staff here are fantastic! I booked for a group of 8 old friends from school for our annual weekend away and I kept calling and emailing to check everything was booked correctly and book dinner and they were so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect! The beach and St Annes Pier are just literally across the road. Toby Carvery is a 10 minute walk down the road. Weatherspoons is 5 mins round the corner and there are other pubs, supermarkets and shops a few minutes from the hotel. The Hotel is very quirky and is like a tardis in a good way. The check in was quick and the reception staff were very efficient and friendly. The food in the Bistro was absolutely beautiful and very hot, fresh and tasty and everyone really enjoyed their meals so much. The homemade sticky toffee pudding was to die for! The staff in the Bistro were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. There was also a really great live singer, which made the evening extra special and the staff made you feel really welcome. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfy. Fabulous comfy mattress. There is also a very good lift. Some of us got up early Saturday morning for a swim and the swimming pool was fantastic. Very clean and warm and big. You can use the swimming pool, sauna and gymn from 8am until 8pm each day and its a lovely added bonus. The breakfast area is very spacious and the breakfast is delicious. Again the food was very fresh, hot and tasty, excellent quality and there was a fabulous selection. The staff again were just brilliant. We walked along the beach and its exceptionally clean and beautiful. We went on St Annes Pier, which was fab and we walked to Fairhaven Lake, which is stunning with a really excellent cafe that serves hot fresh, homemade food and snacks. It was about an hours stroll down the road from the hotel towards Lytham and then we caught the bus to Lytham from there. You can get a cheap day rider ticket on the bus.

First & foremost the friendliness, efficiency and helpful manner of all the staff, made our stay super 👌 The facilities, although we didn't get chance to use the pool, we're great, particularly for my 7yrs grand daughter who had never stayed at a hotel before. The entertainment outside (a singer 🎶) was really good and brought all of the guests together with his 'requests' and being amongst friendly happy guests outside, in the sun, by the sea with a lovely bar, was perfect. The food was really good value, especially the lovely fish & chips and both my daughter and granddaughter loved breakfast. Cosy clean beds were just the job after a busy day too 🛌 👍

The only criticism I could have is cleanliness. Beneath the shower door in room 251 was grimey and hadn't been cleaned for some time and some of the shower grouting needed attention. There were stains and splashes on the ceiling and dirt around the window frames. Otherwise the bedroom furniture and tea making facilities were lovely and clean and I liked the shower gel in the dispenser.

The staff stood out the most , friendly , professional nothing was too much , we found out it was a family owned hotel and you can 100% tell. The entertainment was fabulous , as a family we love live music , the outside bar what a fab idea. The location fantastic across from the beach . Short taxi drive to lytham . Breakfast was well organised considering size of the hotel , you didn’t have to wait . We all said we would return .

Probably mobility access , We should have asked for a ground floor bedroom but it was last minute and bank holiday

Lots of parking spaces, lift to all floors, pleasant and helpful staff, fluffy towels, nice toiletries, nice area, we could see the beach from window in our room(259) , good sized room with chairs.good quality long curtains in bedroom, tastefully decorated. Good stocked tea tray, lots of storage space Breakfast and choice amazing,best breakfast I've had in a long time , compliments to the chefs ❤️ good shower. Pool and facilities look nice. Nice little games room Like that it's a dog friendly hotel and they have live music on here

Not a huge issue but need to revamp info book book said use telephone , press 0 for help or room service but no phone in room so had to go downstairs to reception if needed anything . WiFi was down and TV only had standard channels , no netflix or streaming service. Would of preferred curtains in bathroom instead of trust to frosted glass

Everything about our stay at the Inn On The Prom was brilliant; a superb price which included breakfast and parking, excellent location, nice room, excellent facilities and great staff. We booked our stay last minute on Friday and came home today - the location is right on the front close to the pier, beach, and just a short walk from town and all amenities. From checking in to checking out we had a great, relaxing time. Breakfast was great, there was no noise at night which meant a great nights sleep, the snooker room was an added bonus, and there’s a swimming pool, sauna and lots of facilities to enjoy. For the price I don’t think I’ve ever had a better short break, we will definitely book again. Thank you.
