Bed was clean and comfy, room was clean and had everything you might need, breakfast was great and there was enough for everyone, pool was a nice temperature and clean, bar was fully stocked and never too busy, and location is right on the seafront and is amazing, 5 minutes from town!

The room was boiling hot, great if you like it warm, but I cooked. Reception didn't tell you all the information you might need like check-out time and pool open times/towel procedure, just ask and they'll tell you. It wasn't obvious where the changing rooms were, it looked like you were leaving via the fire escape!

Comfy bed and hot water on tap. Right on the sea front and live music during the day. Good value for money and dog friendly to most areas. Access to the pool but no jacussi as I thought was available. Nice hot breakfast.

No parking availablity at the hotel on arrival during a busy Easter Sunday and we were lucky to park opposite the hotel on the street to unload. Later were able to park on the premises. Children in the pool jumping around. I thought this was a spa hotel with adults only access to pool area. If it was adult only access at certain times I was not made aware.

The breakfast was amazing, so much choice and really hot fresh food. Nice quiet room.

The bed surround, it was wooden and stuck out so kept banging knees and toes on them. Noise coming from the plumbing all the time. High pitched whirring noise.

Lots of parking spaces, lift to all floors, pleasant and helpful staff, fluffy towels, nice toiletries, nice area, we could see the beach from window in our room(259) , good sized room with chairs.good quality long curtains in bedroom, tastefully decorated. Good stocked tea tray, lots of storage space Breakfast and choice amazing,best breakfast I've had in a long time , compliments to the chefs ❤️ good shower. Pool and facilities look nice. Nice little games room Like that it's a dog friendly hotel and they have live music on here

Not a huge issue but need to revamp info book book said use telephone , press 0 for help or room service but no phone in room so had to go downstairs to reception if needed anything . WiFi was down and TV only had standard channels , no netflix or streaming service. Would of preferred curtains in bathroom instead of trust to frosted glass

We had breakfast and a dinner in the hotel and were very happy with the quality. There was a good choice for breakfast and the cooked breakfast was hot and well prepared. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal being on the sea front and only a few minutes walk from the town centre.

We were quite disappointed with our room which faced an inner courtyard. Although the room itself was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very dated and the shower was particularly poor. The shower head could not be adjusted so you needed to stand over the plug hole and up against the extreme far end of the bath to be under the water (which fluctuated between hot and cold constantly). The shower screen was badly fitted so water flooded the bathroom floor during showers.

Everything about our stay at the Inn On The Prom was brilliant; a superb price which included breakfast and parking, excellent location, nice room, excellent facilities and great staff. We booked our stay last minute on Friday and came home today - the location is right on the front close to the pier, beach, and just a short walk from town and all amenities. From checking in to checking out we had a great, relaxing time. Breakfast was great, there was no noise at night which meant a great nights sleep, the snooker room was an added bonus, and there’s a swimming pool, sauna and lots of facilities to enjoy. For the price I don’t think I’ve ever had a better short break, we will definitely book again. Thank you.

3rd visit to Inn on the Prom. Great location and with the Genius upgrade, fantastic value for the money. Was given room No59 which looked as tho it had recently been refurbished however the bathroom definitely had not, it was very tired, there was a smell of drains and water marks on the ceiling. Also there was no wi-fi connection in the room which was unusual..having said all that we will be returning as the hotel is very clean and the buffet breakfast is excellent.

Very large free car parking which is always a bonus especially right on the front. We loved our short stay, really nice clean room, bathroom was good too. The bar area was great and had entertainment on both nights we were staying which were actually very good! We ate in the restaurant both evenings and the food was lovely and very well priced! Breakfast was amazing, buffet style with hot and cold and plenty of it!. Staff were superb always friendly always helpful. We have stayed elsewhere in Lytham but this is now our go to hotel just brilliant.

the stay was very good however the room guide stated to book room service or book the gym or pool use the internal phone system but there was none. Around 21.15 my wife decided not to go out for dinner so i used my mobile to contact reception to order room service but was told this would not be available. I did call a local takeaway though. Also the bar was not attended well at times as the barmen was covering 2 bar one in the hotel and one in the grounds difficult for him frustrating for the guests. Not a very good menu in the bistro we would have exspected better froma three star hotel.

Breakfast offered an excellent choice of food both hot and cold. I ate lunch there once and enjoyed it. The staff on Reception were helpful when I needed eye pads heated to help an eye condition.

When I arrived I was directed to the floor where my room was situated, but it was nor easy to locate my room. It didn't help that I had packed a generous amount and was struggling to cope with a suitcase and a smaller bag. Luckily a male member of staff found me, and some ladies who were looking for the room next to mine, and he took my luggage and guided us to the right place. The bathroom was fine except that the towel rail kept falling on the floor when I opened the door, and the toilet seat was only secured on one side so it slipped.
