An excellent place to stay right in the heart of St Annes and within easy reach of the each/front and also the town itself. Very smart and clean hotel with a lovely vibe about it - quite 'European' in style with a very nice lounge / bar and seating area at the front. Lovely breakfast- for once, though described as continental, it really was exactly that with a wide variety of cold meats/ cheeses/ breads etc. Just right for our visit and we'd not hesitate to stay again

The room we had ( seaview) was very nicely appointed but perhaps a little small- may be the bigger seaview room might have been a better choice but thats a minor quibble and as much our fault for not choosing the right one.

The hotel.was excellent from start to finish. Lovely location on the front. Very clean. Staff very professional, but friendly. Room had a lovely balcony & seaview. Bed was huge & very comfortable. Booked a superior room with seaview. Lovely touches, umbrella in room!

Tiles in bathroom on th floor missing grouting. So, it looked as if dirty, but in a bathroom, open to infection. A small fridge in the room would be a good idea as bottles of water were provided but in hot weather warm I overheard car park spaces were tight, but we arrived by train, so we didn't use. The continental breakfast was veryl good, but my partner missed a cooked breakfast when away on a break. The coffee provided was in small mugs and had to ask for more, a pod coffee machine used! But Tea was provided in a teapot and large mugs. A jug of coffee or cafetiere would have been better. Boiled eggs were soft cooked but cold.

So many little things done so well. There was a spare umbrella there just in case for example. Just ticked all the boxes for trying to anticipate what a traveller will experience. Staff were amazing and watching their expert engagements with other high needs customers made me realise they are next level staff as well. There was a Nespresso machine with 4 capsules and 8 milks, that to me is an absolute seal the deal offering. Last but not least, GT happy hour served while the sun was setting, bliss.

I got there early and secured a park but there aren’t many spaces. This is very clearly stated when you book though. Parking across the street which is literally 20m away looked easy and it’s 3/4 pounds or something for 24hrs. Not an issue at all but good to be aware of.

We have stayed at Mode hotel, Booked via Booking.com, twice now, Both my Lady and myself would highly recommend Mode Hotel, From meeting the delightful staff on our first visit, We instantly fell in love with the place, We arrived quite late to check in, The carpark was full, although we could have parked outside on the rd directly outside the Hotel, A Gent named Andrew, (I got the impression this Gent was either, the Manager or The Proprietor of Mode Hotel) instantly arranged a parking spot for us on the private carpark in the residential Appartments next door to Mode, Nothing was too much trouble to make us feel welcome, The check in was simple, Everyone involved was delightful, The room, with its Sea view and private balcony, was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable, On our 2nd visit, A very young Lady called Victoria checked us in, Although, by her slight nervousness, it was clear to see, this job was very important to Victoria, Her pleasant, helpful manner was a privilege to receive, We decided, this is our, to be place in Lytham St Annes A big Thank you to all involved

lady who was on reception when we arrived and served breakfast was so helpful and pleasant our rooms were comfortable and clean

what could have been better we paid 30 pounds for 3 nights car parking the first night there was great difficulty getting into the space reserved the second night we parked easily in different space reserved with our name on it the third night our name disappeared so we had to park on the road outside where you had to pay during the day although we had paid for 3 nights parking

I visit St Anne’s frequently. In the past I have stayed at a different (& very well known) hotel. By chance on my last but one visit I stumbled upon the Mode hotel which was noticeably better - & cheaper, than the chain- hotel I had previously used. This week I therefore stayed for a second time at Mode which confirmed my good impression last time I stayed. It is now my hotel of choice for future visits to St Anne’s

My only problem was with my phone which is probably a reflection on my phone rather than the hotel

Loved the continental breakfast and the lady who greeted us each morning was so lovely and made porridge for my Mum every day. A credit to the Hotel as nothing too much trouble for her and always service with a gorgeous smile 😃

We purchased vouchers for our 4 night stay at the two restaurant recommendations. First restaurant the Olive Tree was lovely, but the second restaurant 54 was shocking service 😲 my Mum is diabetic which we mentioned on arrival and we had a booking for 7pm and did not receive our food until 8pm. I even had to ask for a pot of tea with sugar at 7.45pm as my Mum was beginning to have a hypo. The food was bland and expensive and because my Mum had to wait so long it gave her a headache brought on by the hypo and spoilt our whole night.

The location is super! Right by a beautiful beach, which is sandy and clean. Its a short stroll to lots of restaurants and nice shops which are all well above average and individually run. The entrance to the hotel is very clean and welcoming. There was a lift to the rooms. Our room was good and there was a Nespresso Coffee machine and pods provided. There was a kettle to make Tea and milk and biscuits available. The bar area was very nice with bifold doors, making it lovely and airy. We didn't have breakfast but other guests said it was good! All of the staff were very Friendly.

The shower was difficult to turn off, but the staff sorted that out!

In really good position. Was across the way, from 3 eatries, including Toby carvery. Golf course, crazy golf, cinema, also swimming pool and gym. Pier with arcade, and shops etc across the way, was a 5 minutes walk. Drinking places, all nearby. Also the hotel, had a gin happy hour 6-7 but their price off other drinks was good price. The staff are lovely and helpful. Continental breakfast was good. Good shower. There was bathrobes/ slippers and even a large umbrella, you could use or buy

The sink had a few cracks in it, Asked for 2 single beds, but got superking. We didnt complain, about these. I am sure they would have done something about it, if we had. . The carpark is very narrow and if a few cars are in, its hard maneuvering.

Easy to find, good location. Staff were excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast included, with a good choice of items. Brilliant view.

Disabled parking space was difficult to park in when an other vehicle parked beside it. For £150 per night, room was quite basic. Only 1 chair to sit on in double room. I was aware that it was continental breakfast, but feel for price it should have been full breakfast.
