We love the hotel as it's where we got married. Great location. Excellent terrace overlooking the River and church. Great location.

The hotel needs a makeover. It's tired and dated in most areas. The shower was in a very poor state and the head was covered in limescale. For the price you pay (£200 a night) the standards should be much higher.

Fantastic location with an easy walk into Marlow and stunning riverside location. Very dog friendly and dinner and breakfast were excellent

The hotel needs a bit of a facelift. The rooms are comfortable but dated and the outside is looking a bit shabby.

Our twin room [#76]was very spacious and the bathroom was huge including 2 x wash basins. It was also very quiet. Coffee machine, kettle, iron, fan and even an oil filled radiator were provided. Beds were very comfortable. We didn't have a river/weir view but our room was bigger than friends who did have that view.

The shower unit was raised, which made it quite difficult to get in and out. It was also rather jaded. The curtains were frayed. Service in the restaurant was rather haphazard although all staff were very polite. £22.50 for a large glass of New Zealand wine from the bar just cannot be justified. Dodgy WiFi.

Nice location. Well equipped comfortable room. Pleasant staff

Very strong smell of onions and spices cooking throughout hotel and grounds when we arrived and although I love a curry it wasn’t very pleasant as the smell tends to cling to your clothes and hair! We were going to Henley festival so was a bit concerned that all our fancy clothes and luggage would end up smelling like a tandoori restaurant. I then noticed there’s an Indian restaurant within the hotel so I’m guessing the cooking smells were from the kitchen. The decor in the room is looking a bit tired and dated therefore the bathroom especially did look a bit grubby in the corners so probably soon in need of a makeover.

The Hotel is just lovely, over looking the river and weir, with a view of the beautiful church and Marlow Bridge. It’s location is perfect for Marlow High Street, just a short walk over the bridge. All the staff were absolutely amazing and looked after us and our dog so well, with a special mention to Valentina who made us feel so welcome. Finally the food, wow! The best Sunday Roast we’ve ever had and the A La Carte menu was delicious - thank you to chef Luciano and Dalgeet. We had a fantastic, relaxing few days away and can’t wait to come back!

The only small thing is the beds were a little firm for us and the bathrooms are a little dated, but that didn’t stop us having a fabulous time at this little gem of a hotel.

The hotel was in a fabulous location and the setting was picturesque. Had the weather been a little brighter, it would have been even more beautiful. The staff were friendly enough albeit we didn't have very much interaction wirth them as we were out and about exploring the local area.

Room was comfortable albeit a little tired and one of the window sashes was broken so we were unable to keep the window open. The view was of the back end of the car park so not particularly pretty! The breakfast was lovely the only complaint was that it cost an extra £6 to have avocado????

The setting by the river was lovely. We had a deluxe room which overlooked the wier. The river was very full so the wier was quite noisy but fascinating to watch. Staff very friendly and helpful. We ate in Sindhu which was part of the reason for the visit and were not disappointed.

The room was a very tired and could do with some TLC. We got a great deal on Booking.com, but I would not have been happy if I had paid full price. Due to the nature of the building we had sash windows which were drafty and the heating was not very effective and no instructions in room on how to work heating. This hotel could be amazing but clearly needs a refurb. Bar prices were a bit steep (£26 for a G&T and a coke) and the although our breakfast was included, there were supplements on many dishes. Breakfast was OK but not worth the £26pp they were charging had we not been on a B&B rate.

The property is beautiful with an amazing location and outlook. I brought my partner as a birthday treat, he loves to fish. Our room overlooked the weir, he loved this and the view of the Thames. Easy access to the high street, and bars/restaurants. Wonderful place to stay.

The only issue we had, was the bar doesn't accept cash yet the staff member was unable to get our card payment to go through, as the connection was so slow. We waited at the bar for over 10 mins before he suggested we take our drinks to the garden, and he would bring the payment terminal out to us. This worked as a solution eventually, although not ideal when there was a queue forming behind us. In these circumstances, perhaps cash payment should be an option to avoid long queues and customers standing around waiting.

Perfect location for walking to Marlow centre. Beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean room. Excellent value for money. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Room not ready at 3.50 pm; wasn’t given Wi-Fi code; I was a single guest in room which still had two of everything-very wasteful; empty shower products from previous occupancy not removed; doors and windows at back of room which opened on to terrace didn’t feel secure so I didn’t feel safe overnight; please remind restaurant staff to ask if guests would like toast at breakfast . Don’t like being hassled by email continually to upgrade and notify checkout time.
