We have just arrived back from our stay here. We had an incredible week from arriving to leaving. As soon as you walk in, the whole place smells amazing and is spotlessly clean. Dawn and Paul, we're very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. The location is great, not too far for a walk to a few beaches. Public transport was easy to use. The only down we had to come back home.

Haven Lodge is easy to find on the way in to Newquay with driveway parking and is only a 5 minute drive away from the centre, it is also very easy to walk there and to all of Newquays beaches. Even closer is the lovely Porth Beach which is an easy 10 minute walk. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the lovely Dawn who made us very comfortable from the start and throughout our stay. The entire property is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated throughout, our room mirrored this, being warm & inviting with an extremely comfortable bed, two reclining chairs, TV, plus tea, coffee, biscuits, water and wine glasses and a large modern bathroom. A fantastic continental breakfast is served with fresh bread, fruit, yoghurt, cheeses, meats, boiled eggs and plenty of drink choices, all served in a relaxed and comfortable dining room. A great place to stay, you won't be disappointed! Thank you Dawn.

We had an amazing time here at Haven lodge ! Dawn and Paul the hosts were amazing . The breakfast was great and The room was spacious and had everything we needed in there . The location was also perfect , you are close to a beach and about half an hour walk into Newquay , with options of getting the bus with the stops nearby. Dawn was so accommodating and really made us feel welcome , one of the best hosts we’ve had ! We will definitely be coming back to stay here :)

The property is extremely well presented and exceptionally clean with quality bed linen and towels provided. There lots of additional touches, mini fridge, tea/coffee etc. A well equipped dining room is available if you like to bring your own food back in the evening? The hosts are welcoming and friendly.

The host was brilliant, right from arrival they were on it and very welcoming and friendly. The facilities and room were wonderful, very clean and modern and felt like excellent value for money. The breakfast was consistently brilliant, always had fresh warm bread ready for us in the mornings and a brilliant selection of other fresh items for breakfast to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was varied and of a good quality. Also bought takeaway back to accommodation, as we were allowed to eat it in dining room. Location was within walking distance of Newquay. Large powerful shower. Small fridge in room with cold water. Luxurious leather chairs in room with foot stalls. Very comfortable bed. Adequate parking. Ticked all our boxes.

We liked the dining room facility that we used to have our breakfast in,even though no breakfast was provided this made bringing and eating your own food a relaxing option.

There was nothing we didnt like but having another chair in the room instead of sitting on the bed would have been welcomed.

Haven lodge was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the room was spacious, with fridge tea and coffee facilities, towels and toiletries provided.This handy location, is great to explore the area with safe car parking was a big bonus. Host was friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely return .

Stayed here for a weekend with my partner. The accommodation was easy to find and Dawn messaged us on the way to ensure we found it ok. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. Dawn couldn't do enough to ensure we had a lovely stay. Breakfast was lovely and had a great choice for everyone. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Highly recommend!

Very clean and modern - spacious with 3 individual rooms and a shared dining area for breakfast which was superb. Our bedroom had a very comfortable bed and the chairs were ideal for relaxing and watching television. Complimentary soft drinks are in the room along with tea and coffee. Bathroom is the same high quality. Dawn is lovely and very helpful and nothing is a problem. Private off road parking is a bonus. This is a very special place to have a relaxing time away. Will definitely go again.
