Wow, I cannot recommend Jasmine House enough. It really was a perfect 3 day stay. Top cleanliness, very comfortable bed and lovely little touches left in our room (little pot of sweets, bottles of water, fresh milk, crisps and biscuits) Things were topped up as & when needed. Lovely hot, powerful shower, also very clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Full English, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, toast! All topped off by being presented with a lovely box with fresh scones, jam and clotted cream to take away with you after your breakfast. Location is incredibly close to beaches and shops! Cindy and her husband were welcoming, friendly and and caring. Oh, and free onsite parking! We will be back, in fact, I don't want to leave!

Location was lovely, car parking was a bonus! Bed was so lovely and comfortable. Was made to feel so warm and welcome and I didn’t book breakfast and lovely Cindy let me know we could book for the following morning. In which we did and the breakfast was absolutely beautiful! So lovely and fresh and the fact you can help urself go cereal and bars and pastries was a lovely gesture. I’ve got to say the breakfast was on the cheaper side compared to most places but so fresh and cooked to perfection. Shower was so clean and the shower had the best power I’ve felt for most places! The bedroom was spacious and the little snacks was a bonus! We will definitely book again for next year. Thank you so much for having us.

Nothing at all!

The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and we were able to check in as the room was ready. The room was clean and all towels and shampoo and tea/coffee were provided. The room was very warm but there was a really good fan available as I found the noise from the cars in the road a little too much but I am a light sleeper. The bed was very comfortable and the room was big enough. The bathroom was great. Best of all was the breakfast for £9 which even included cakes and freshly baked scones! What more could you ask for. 15 minute walk to the main part of town but there are shops and a small Tesco pretty local so very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

The windows could be replaced in this room but that is expensive so understand why they haven’t been. They just didn’t close properly and there was some condensation. This didn’t detract from the excellent stay we had. .

I strongly recommend Jasmine house,from the minute we enter the property we felt like home,home away from home,i would say,Cindy and her husband were amazingly helpful answering any question we have,like small guides directing us in the right place,as first time in Newquay and definitely not last. Breakfast was amazing ,in abundance ,well presented and very tasty,our room very clean and the bathroom was sparkles.They were amazing with my son who loved the property and the ambiance. Overall very satisfied definitely coming back,thank you very much for having us.

Beautiful room spotless and airy. Ideal location to explore Cornwall. Fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold. Egyptian cotton bedding and the bed was so comfy. Supersoft towels and nice shower. Walking distance to shops, bars and the beach. Free parking on site. Cindy is a fantastic host, very friendly and nothing was a bother. Loved her bubbly personality. The little added touches of chocolate biscuits, sweets, water and milk topped up daily were a lovely welcome.We did not eat breakfast but it looked and smelled divine. Cindy made us a cream tea when we checked out. Highly recommend Jasmine House and will certainly return. Thank-you Cindy, was lovely to meet you 😊 ❤️

On arrival we met one of the home owners who was lovely and accommodating and they showed us to our room which was spacious and clean as we were travelling with a little one so this helped massively. The place of stay is within walking distance to a few beaches which was a bonus, we didn’t have the breakfast as we decided to eat locally but every time we left in the morning it smelt delightful. All in all a great place to stay even with children and a great location as well with great hosts.

Everything about this B&B was exceptional!! The owners were so lovely and very accommodating. We got there 4 hours early and just wanted to park up to Wonder into town, we let the owners know and our room was already available so we checked in early with no issue at all! We had the room with the pool table and with 2 teenage boys, it was perfect! You can pick what time you want breakfast. Nothing is to difficult for the owners. We left early on the last day and the owners gave us things for breakfast to take with us as we wouldn't be there. Honestly it was such a wonderful break away. 5 minutes walk into town centre and closest beach! Pet friendly. Big spacious rooms and room for parking. Brilliant selection for breakfast options and they would even go out and get something for you if there wasn't something on the menu you wanted.

Bathroom air vent wasn't working but when this is the only issue, we could live with it not being a problem.

The owners Cindy and Ashley make you very welcome and treat you as not as a paying guest more like family, Location, off road car parking facilities, homely atmosphere, very friendly, excellent rooms are very clean and comfy and the breakfast they provide is something amazing choice from cereal,fruit, full cooked breakfast, pastries then topped off with a boxed cream tea to take with you, Fantastic cornish gesture, town centre 15 mins walk, lusty glaze beach is 5 mins walk at the bottom of there road, also an amazing family baker across the road were you can purchase the most gorgeous hot pasties and pastries, to take on your travels

Room was comfortable with a sink and tea making facilities and a double bed although i booked a single. There was a shared toilet and bathroom, but as no other guest was in the other room, that wasn't a problem. Breakfast catered for everyone whether cooked or not, there was plenty on offer. The property was surrounded by plants and flowers with a well maintained garden and was situated on the main road into town and within 5 minutes walking to the grassed cliff area to walk the dog. My pet was made very welcome. I particularly liked the sweeties, snack bar and bag of cheese biscuits left in the room.

The rooms are spotlessly clean but the decor is a little tired. However for me the welcome of the proprietors and the comfort was far more important. Parking was a little tight but there were spaces for all as long as the spaces were used properly.

Before my arrival, the host contacted me to let me know my room number and how to collect the key to my room, and also, how to access the free WiFi. When we arrived, the first thing I noticed was all of the beautiful flowers in the garden. There was also free parking on site, which was really helpful. The room was spacious and welcoming (some of the decorations really made the room). I had been left towels, things to make tea, and a selection of snacks and small treats, as well as mini shower gels and soap. Having a miniature fridge was also very felpful because it was quite warm, so I used it to store ice and drinks. There was plenty of storage for my clothes, and a good sized TV with access to apps. The bed and pillows were very comfortable 😌, and other features in the room - such as another light switch next to the bed, pedestal fan, beautiful lamps and wooden slatted blinds - helped make the room relaxing (which is exactly what you need when you're away from home). My room was ensuite. The bathroom, Was nicely sized, and very clean with a shower and taps that were simple to use. The host was lovely and so welcoming. By the end of my trip, we hugged goodbye as if we had been visiting family! The hotel is a short walk into the town centre, where there are some amazing take out places (Maharaja was my favourite), as well as lots of super markets (Asda and Aldi, a morrisons daily) and other shops and amusements. It is near a beach but a few miles away from Fistral and Towan (so if you are bringing bags, sun shades, children etc, it's better to drive over and pay for parking. However, there is another beach called Lusty Glaze (I think) that is a lot closer but, I didn't visit there so can't say what it's like.
