The area and how everything including the airport was close by within 12 minutes drive , the apartment inside and the layout was lovely and well laid out. Views nice and very close to a beach for an evening stroll. Staff very helpful including taxi drivers on day one as our luggage was delayed at airport for three days and he took us to local supermarket to get some staples as in clothes to to make do. Grand daughter loved it too

The only let down was the patio area at the back of our Villa there were a large number of big weeds growing round the perimeter of it and leaves everywhere. Villa next doors garden area was spotless round the edges and as we had same stones and chips a quick 30 minutes pulling up the weeds and sweeping up leaves would have made it a more enjoyable space. Wooden Chairs very low and hard not comfy to sit on for very long if you wanted to sit in the sun chilling, however having said this it would not stop us going back and we will be back again and would highly recommend to anyone going to Newquay or surrounding areas .

Excellent location, under 3mins walk from Porth Beach. Parking is very close and convenient. Spacious tidy apartment with open plan living and a very good sized kitchen, minimalist equipment within but enough if you’re only staying an few nights, under counter fridge, separate under counter freezer. Dining area for 6 too. Bedrooms are a good size, comfortable mattresses & pillows. Clean, spacious bathrooms. Perfect layout for families. My kids used the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable. Swimming pool was warm and easy access. Staff based in hotel were very friendly, helpful and responsive.

The spare duvet for the sofa bed was visibly stained & did not have a cover so we could not use it the first night - a new duvet cover was brought over as soon as this was reported the following day. The dishwasher had an intermittent fault which meant we had to hand wash dishes - again, the staff were very good at coming over to try to fix it but as it was the weekend, the actual maintenance team were unavailable. It would also be helpful to have a little bit of washing up liquid & hand wash in the kitchen for the first day arrival.

The apartments were in excellent condition. Immaculate condition. Spacious and modern. The heated pool was a game changer for our family holiday with kids. They used it every day, even when it was overcast as it was still warm. The location was ideal for beaches and near enough to Newquay town. The hotel was lovely and clean and the kids enjoyed playing the board games available in the lounge.

Nothing not to like

Fantastic location, a few minutes walk from Porth beach and 15 minutes walk from the town centre. The apartment was compact and very comfortable, lovely and warm. There is a single wardrobe and a chest of drawers in the twin room. Had a good sized seating area in front of the patio doors. The car parking space was close by, not too far to carry your luggage. Only the apartments were occupied, the site was very quiet. Keys were left in a key safe, no need to register at reception. A few basic essentials were provided, dishwasher tablets, cloth and sponge.

It could have been cleaner. The furniture, sofa, blankets and blinds, were dirty and stained. The cutlery and crockery were dirty and needed to be washed before using. The property was fairly new but in need of some maintenance, the bathroom toilet had a faulty flush, one of the kitchen cupboard doors did not close property. The bathroom window closed but did not lock. At the end of the apartment block, there was a huge pile of rubbish and bin bags.

Great location and layout of the apartment is great, bigger than i expected. The instructions were all straight forward and the breakfast at the main house was lovely. It was clean throughout.

Downstairs was very warm as there are no windows for airflow, only French doors out to the courtyard garden but you cant keep those open when you sleep. The downstairs bathroom is also peeling, from the poor ventilation. The mattresses are very squeaky spring, mattresses and could do with a memory foam topper for extra comfort.

Excellent easy booking service and plenty of communication about how to check in to the self catering villa. Fantastic villa with plenty of room. Plenty of linens provided in the villa and also extra towels for the pool available at reception. Lovely spacious rooms. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower - great for me and my two teenage girls. Loved the upside down layout, with entry and bedrooms on ground floor, and the open plan lounge / kitchen / diner upstairs with a balcony overlooking the beach. Less than 5 minutes walk to beach, and about 20 minutes walk into central Newquay. Loved it.

Another great aspect of our stay was the location. The property is situated in a prime spot, offering easy access to local attractions and stunning views. It was convenient to explore Newquay and the surrounding areas, yet peaceful enough to provide a relaxing retreat. We also appreciated the option of a paid continental breakfast, which was a great start to our days. It offered a good variety and was a nice addition to the overall experience. Overall, this place is perfect for anyone looking to chill out and enjoy the best of what Newquay has to offer. Highly recommended for families and groups of friends looking for a memorable getaway!

4 adults staying in late May. Apartment 6, Polperro was like home from home, everything you could need and extremely comfortable. Not much of a view from no.6 but didnt concern us as was nice and private. The pool view accommodation may be a bit busy in high season unless you had children in which case worth the bit extra cost. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and had 2 'break out' areas, one being in the shade which is great if its hot weather. Underfloor heating is amazing too! The pool was very warm and again very clean and had inbuilt jacuzzi as an added bonus. Opted for breakfast at just over £10 each, one of us was gluten free, one vegetarian....the restaurant catered for us well, food was great, staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. The stunning Porth beach is 5 min walk away though is challenging if you having mobility/health issues. Overall was amazed at this place, particularly with its value. Would highly recommend.

Sat and tried to pick fault but couldnt.

Everything was just perfect. Our villa ticked every box including the parking.The location is just over a mile away from Newquay town centre. Good public transport route near by. Porth Bay within walking distance.

Nothing to dislike.

Booked late for 4 nights. Not been in the area for 30 years and was very surprised how close to everything it was. Perfect for our family. 5min walk to amazing beach. 10 min walk to Lusty Glaze beach, 25 min walk to Newquay town. Apartment was lovely and clean, staff nice and welcoming pool was a massive bonus in the hot weather. We had villa 12 with beach view and balcony.

The only thing I could fault was the sofa bed. It wasn't very comfortable at all. Luckily we had an air bed to place on top.
