The flat was perfect. We were welcomed and very well looked after whilst having the privacy of the 2 bed flat. It was extremely clean; beautifully decorated and such comfy beds and recliner chairs. The free wifi was excellent and all facilities were just right for a cosy stay. The shower was soothing and spacious. The flat is centrally located to shops; bars and restaurants and also the train station and buses. We thoroughly recommend this wonderful holiday stay.

Lovely week spent here. Jackie was very warm, friendly and helpful. Parking spot was allocated to us in a local lock up garage for the week at no extra cost. Bed was super-king size and very comfy mattress - slept really well all week. Shower amazing - had lots of lovely hot water and was very powerful. Loved the location - 5 to 10 mins stroll down to the shops, bars, restaurants and beach.

We had the room in the attic so bit of a lug getting our baggage upstairs to top floor. This also meant that it was difficult for owners to fit suitable sized sofa in so the one that is there was very hard and uncomfortable. Mentioned this to Jackie who said they were planning to try to find a more comfy one that will fit up the stairs, so hopefully this should improve in future.

We have just returned from a brilliant 7 night stay as a family with 2 toddlers. Jackie is a fab host, the apartment was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Location would be hard to beat, walking distance to pretty much anywhere you would want to be beach/town wise in Newquay. Free parking both outside the property and private single garages was an unexpected but welcomed addition especially when parking is very challenging in town! Will definitely book again if in Newquay. Thank you!!

Amazing location, literally 2 minute walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, and a corner shop close by. The room was spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities you'd need. Room cleaned and bins emptied daily, games room downstairs. Would visit again, lovely stay, thank you.

Car park next to building was noisy overnight on occasion, but aware this isn't under their control and didn't affect the stay.

great location, parking in front of the house, silent area, play room, lots of information about Cornwall attractions and places to be.

Missed a table to eat breakfast, would probably help if the living room table would be height adjustable.

The place is amazing, clean, well-designed, one feels really at home, and it's very close to good beaches, like Great Western and Tolcarne, to mention only two.

There were nothing I didn't like. Everything was perfect.

Harrington Flats were in a quiet yet very central location. Our apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The beds were huge and so comfortable. The shower was super too. Couches allowed for home comforts and Jackie, our host, had left lots of little extras to help us settle in without needing to go to the shop on arrival. Jackie was great. She was there to answer questions and to give advice and local knowledge when we needed it (car trouble), she kept our bins empty (nice too to have recycling facilities) and always enquired as to how our stay was going but she never intruded: a quiet, helpful presence that was very much appreciated. Our car was in a secure shed only a stone's throw away which gave us great peace of mind also.

Hard to think...building is old so we could hear walking upstairs at times and the quality of the curtains allowed light enter early in the morning (very small things that really didn't bother us!)

Stayed in the flat. It was great. Perfect size for a short stay. Very close to all the coves and beaches. Very quiet and enjoyed my stay.
