Everything was exceptional. We stayed there while one person was remote working, and it was a great space to do this - between the sea views in the apartment and the cafe, there are plenty of places on-site for a week's work. The pool was exceptionally lovely, gym had great facilities, and the whole place didn't feel too crowded. It's also perfectly located - out of town (so it's not busy) but very close to a lovely beach and coastal walks. Very clean. Staff wonderful. Parking great. Plenty of EV chargers. Shampoo and shower gels provided were lovely!

Somewhere to wash and dry sea gear (paddle boards, wetsuits, etc...)

Loved the facilities so much. Travelled with a 2 and a 4 year old and the maze, pool, playgrounds, games room and general location with the footpath to both Porth and Watergate Bay beaches were incredible, I’d return in a heartbeat. Restaurants really lovely too, although London prices! Clean, beautiful design and friendly place.

Only a few tweaks: - missing conditioner in showers - towel rail was boiling hot and couldn’t turn it down. - needed a rack to dry swim clothes (or a swim costume dryer in the pool) - none of the rooms windows open and none have balconies (although I understand some new rooms are being built with balconies) - it got really stuffy really quick and don’t like air con all the time in April! - needed a few more bin bags, loo roll and dishwasher tablets in the apartment- mainly as we traveled by train we didn’t have space to pack that stuff. - needed basic condiments in the apartment; salt, oil and pepper. - larder could have been more useful

What a venue! Amazing location - views from the rooms were breathtaking. Really great location for walking the coast path and heading down to the beach. Short drive or medium walk into Newquay itself, or to Watergate Bay. Fantastic family facilities - if you’re travelling with kids this is an amazing venue! Games room, indoor swimming pool, mud kitchen, pirate ship, adventure playground, enchanted maze, paddle tennis… kept the kids entertained the whole time we were there. There’s a great coffee shop for the adults - which does lovely breakfast/brunch bits and then a bar which does small plates as well. The rooms have really decent cooking facilities and the separate kids bedroom was a game changer for us. There was also a gym, outdoor swimming pool and wim hof style plunge pool as well, but we didn’t get to see them during our stay.

Check in / check out time. Check in was at 3pm, with no chance of being able to check in a little earlier. However we were able to leave our bags in the car (free parking) and use the facilities. Check out was 10am!!! We were only there for the night, so it was quite pricey for essentially 19 hours.

Lovely studio room. It was well appointed, divided into separate areas, and had a beautiful view.There was also a really good-sized swimming pool on site to use too. It would be even better if eventually a sauna could be installed as well.

The temperature of the pool was very cold, unfortunately, and I did have problems with the hob in the kitchen not working. This happened both days of my stay. Staff were very friendly and prompt with someone to get it working. Unfortunately, on checking out morning it happened again. I was offered a free breakfast and a later check- out time for the inconvenience. This was much appreciated, but this is a problem that needs rectifying for the future.

Great location the views and whole hotel was great. Easy access to the costal roads and no trouble with Parking. Very clean couldn’t fault it, very comfortable beds, kitchen living area & bathroom, excellent all round.

Change of towels in the room either daily or every other day would have been nice. Paying for fresh towels is a new concept. As you are right by the beach and there is no room clean, ideally a small chargeable hoover or long dustpan and brush for all the sand. Should be able to request sea view rooms or be told which you have been allocated.

We took the 3-bed apartment with sea views and was a stunning space. Loads of room for our family of 6, big main bedroom with a decent second double room and the kids loved the bunk room, useful kitchen amenities. The communal spaces were funky, nice little cafe, an actually useable games room for the kids and the pool and changing areas were brilliant. Gym very modern and impressive too. Unfortunately couldn’t spend too much time outside due to weather but location was peaceful and very easy drive to a few stunning beach spots, both walkable in better weather.

Didn’t realise there wasn’t a lift. Having four children it was a bit of a pain bringing all our bits in and upto the second floor but nothing that lingered or impacted our stay.

Wow! Just wow! SeaSpace is an exceptional hotel. The front of the building looks very impressive, overlooking the beach. On entering, it's clear that the same level of "wow-factor" continues. Being a new hotel, everything about SeaSpace feels fresh and new. With an easygoing, super fresh modern colour pallete throughout, blending nicely with the tastful artificial plants that added a really good pop of green here and there. **There are no lifts**, but this was made very clear prior to arrival, with our apartment being above ground floor. For us, the stairs were worth the effort of climbing. (I have limited mobility, so it was a *real effort.* But for me, I don't regret having to have made the additional effort at all as our accommodation was exceptional!) The apartment we booked was absolutely gorgeous!! So spacious, very well equipped, super comfortable beds and thoughtfully furnished. Such breathtaking views, too. The bathrooms were gorgeous, too. I loved the golden taps and shower heads! High-quality bodywash and shampoo were available (no conditioner) that smelt divine! We were able to successfully order a Tesco food delivery, which made things for us so much easier, too. The apartment had a good-sized fridge (no freezer) dish washer, washing machine, and oven. Great selection of pans, cutlery, and utensils. There was a small complementary milk, a selection of hot drinks, as well as a handy selection of dishwasher tablets, non-bio washing powder, washing up liquid, etc. Everything available to us felt premium. I really liked the digital concierge. By scanning a QR code, we were able to message the front desk on our phones with ease and resolve any issues. During our stay, our heating was a tad temperamental. I was genuinely blown away by the measures SeaSpace went to resolve this for us. **Josh** was an outstanding member of the SeaSpace team, who was very sincere and determined to make sure our stay was perfect.

Gorgeous hotel in a lovely location. Very pet friendly. My dog enjoyed the walks to each side if the coast. The room they assign people with dogs is on the ground floor and you have direct access to let your pet out when needed. Loved the decoration of this hotel, the rooms are gorgeous. Swimming pool and hot tub super and clean. Main pool is heated to an extent but hot tub spot on. Swimming pool towels are provided. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant (bit pricey though) it would be nice if there was a kids menu with lower prices for a plain burger £20 is a lot. Most rooms have sea view there is a free parking, plenty to do for the kids in the game room and beaches can be access by a 10 and 20 minutes walk. This trip was a birthday trip and my dog absolutely loved it. We loved taking the dog with us on this mini holiday and we will sure be back to this hotel gem. Dogs are allowed everywhere in the hote.

There was no water bowls for dogs. Check out is too early. 10 am on a Sunday!!! No one at check out asked us how was our stay.

It was really clean and well designed they’ve put a lot in to it. The bar was lovely, the room and the staff. Despite being close the road we heard no traffic and we heard none of the storm unless we opened the doors which was great!!

The only two things were the early check out- we understand why but 10am made us feel rushed and like we couldn’t enjoy our morning. And also the electric cupboard in the room was buzzing all night which meant we didn’t get a good sleep if any at all.

Fabulous room with incredibly comfy super king bed and everything you need for a longer stay (cooking utensils etc). The facilities were amazing, very well equipped gym considering the size and the pool was clean and really nicely done. Staff were very accommodating when we had to delay our check out slightly, and there was always someone on hand to answer questions - couldn’t recommend enough.
