Super clean and cozy: we were welcomed in a warm room where you will find everything that you need. Very comfortable bed and soft towels. Breakfast was very various with sweet and salty choices and fresh coffe home made. David is a great host: he prepared take away breakfast for us to leave early in the morning to catch the ferry!

We had the room with private but separated bathroom: it’s not the solution but it is right in front of the room. The sink had separated faucets for hot and cold water: impossible to mix and get the right temperature. I recommend to add a toilet brush.

Everything! The quietness of the place, the cozy room, the excellent breakfast and above all, the kindness of Anna and David, who helped us all the time. They waited for us when our arrival was delayed, gave us a lot of information and offered to pick us up and drop us off back to the bus stop in Portree. They are magnificent hosts, my daughter and I are looking forward to a new trip to Skye (longer, of course) and there is no doubt that we'll stay at Skye Haven again if possible. Thanks again Anna & David.

The property is really comfortable, the room was cozy and warm, breakfast was lovely. They really make you feel at home, I would definitely recommend a stay there. The rooms and the place look much nicer in person compared to the pictures. Ruby the dog was the best host!

Our stay was lovely. Absolutely lovely. Our hosts were very kind, providing us with everything we needed. The room was very big, nicely furnished and the bed comfy. The bathroom and the shower were amazing and above the standart I am used to. The breakfast was really good and we had a lot of options to choose from. The milk tasted extremly good and fresh and I liked the fruit that was served. Their dog Ruby is a delight. Portree centre is very close, maybe 10 minutes by foot. You can easily take busses around the island and find serveral restaurants and chippies there. A lovely and wonderfull place. I really recommend Skye Haven with all my heart and hope to return soon.

I had nothing to complain about.

The breakfast prepared was delicious, fresh fruits and ingredients, and more than adequate. Anna & David were extremely gracious hosts and helped us out by giving us a quick ride into town on the first night when it was raining and we couldn't book a cab. Thank you very much and my spouse and I enjoyed the stay.

Lovely view of the Loch from our room and the from the dining area, great location, kind and helpful owners, and a large delicious breakfast! Just a perfect home base for exploring Skye!

Our bathroom was across the hall from our room, but it was still our private bathroom so it didn’t bother us!

breakfast is standard cold breakfast. it will be great if there is egg... boil egg... owners are very friendly . despite its a stay in owner, you feel safe and have privacy,

the fact that they are very strict with the cold breakfast.. not able to accomodate request for boil egg. You have dedicated bath room however it is not en-suite.. it is across the room.

We loved Skye Haven. David and Anna run a very lovely B&B, and are very knowledgable about the island and gave very helpful tips on things and places to go to (and to avoid!). The breakfast was nice to wake up to!

We were so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful Skye Haven was. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed, nice couch and lots of space for our things. The bathroom and shower were also great. The breakfast every morning was so beautiful and healthy. You can tell that the owner was once a chef as there is great attention to high quality ingredients. The "continental" breakfast was actually a feast of meats, cheese and toast/pastry, with stunning fresh fruit salad, yogurt and cereals. It was just fabulous.

We liked everything about Skye Haven.

The room and hospitality exceeded expectations! Where to start! Room was a fantastic size, although it had a settee in there there was still plenty of room and also a dressing table with a moveable mirror.on top as well as a full length mirror on the wall. I never usually unpack when staying away but with the built in wardrobe you can store both your clothes and suitcases so they are out of sight. The bathroom was massive, it had a power shower! We stayed in the room with its own hallway which i didnt realise we would have a seperate door to enter aswell on the outside of the building, that was a really nice surprise as it made the stay more private and could park the car right out front. The hosts were very informative of the area and gave us additional information of what to look out for when visiting places. Nothing was any trouble and the continental breakfast was ready for us set out on the tables. They greet you in the morning straight away with hot drinks and toast so they are made fresh. The location is ideal with it being around middle of the Isle of skye, this allowed us to visit waterfalls, etc from both South and North of the island without having to jump around and stay in different locations.
