Breakfast was good! Everything was good. We did not go there to see television. I loved that I could use my laptop in the bedroom. There were outlets for chargers and powers cords in both rooms. The wonderful shower with grab bars was perfect. We want to bring our kids and granddaughter along next year.

The bed was rather hard. I wish all hotels would have sleep number beds. We have one at home and it is hard to get used to older mattresses. They are either too hard or too soft. I miss the ad free television we used to get.

The pool was great. It was lovely to be in a clean area the jacuzzi was too hot for me personally but great to see White grout in the tiling rather than greasy dirty that you often see in spa pools etc.

Restaurants surrounding closed at 9 last meals at 8.30. Nothing to eat till we fortunately found IHOP. The carpet either needed a clean or better still changing because the brown was quite dingy.

The location is great for me. Convenient and comfortable

I have a little dog. I always stay there because it has a nice dog area and normally I have a first floor room near the pet area. I’m ok’d and arthritic. This time they put me on the 2nd floor(even after I asked) it was hard for us to use pet area. Also, the food was TERRIBLE! Another reason why I choose this place is because I m traveling on to Albuquerque and need to eat and go! 2 disappointments this time

Excellent location. There were restaurants, Walmart, and also the self-laundry shop nearby (5-min drive). Gas stations were not far away. Breakfast were great. Staffs were helpful, polite, and nice. We were satisfied during our 3 nights there. The hotel has an ice machine, vending machines, a microwave, and parking areas around the place. I love the horse statue in front of the hotel :D

The Inn was very nice and the staff was exceptional! Very kind and friendly. Breakfast was top notch, and Michael, the gentleman working the the Breakfast Room, was amazing. We really enjoyed visiting with him. He was very informative about the Flaggstaff area. We will definitely come back when we are in town. Thank you for such a relaxing mini vacation.

The staff was wonderful!

Booking through Booking.com they had run out of the ADA room that we requested through Booking.com so the first four nights were very difficult for me being in a wheelchair to use the non-ADA room. We only got the ADA room for the last two nights.

The gentleman staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

There was construction going on and pieces of the furnishings were scattered, not bad but it was noticeable. A discount should have been offered. Paying full price for a slightly messed up room just didn’t feel right.

Breakfast was good, bacon was too dry, but biscuits and gravy good. Grandkids loved making and eating the pancakes. The breakfast room and pool are not attached to the hotel which was okay fir us as weather was great but would be mire of a hassle in snowing or raining conditions.

Bathroom door is a sliding door which did not have a lock. Doesn't really bother me but my granddaughter did NOT like it.

The staff was SO NICE. The breakfast was so yum, especially the bagels, pancake maker, the juice!! Bacon day is admittedly better than sausage day imo.

I wish I knew about the bathroom door. Going with family and having a sliding door for the restroom with no lock is kind of a nightmare.

Clean facility, friendly staff, decent breakfast. I appreciated that it had an elevator.

The bed wasn’t very firm. Made my lower back hurt the next morning. At the end of the day the mattress makes or breaks the quality of your stay.
