It was fresh-coffee was great and location was perfect-just a short walk down the path from our toom

We were told our room was not dog friendly but when we got there we saw people coming out of their room with a dog…we were also told that the bikes had to be reserved but then were told they were first come first serve after waiting for an hour we were able to take the bikes out! Your conceirge was very apologetic and gave us a bottle of wine for the mixup and we thought that was excellent customer service. I work in hospitality and that simple gesture turned the whole experience around for a positive outcome

The beauty and tranquility of the hotel was a surprise being so close to the hustle and bustle of Avila beach. It felt like we were far away and secluded. But we were only 2 minutes from Avila beach. Additionally, having the Avila Beach Athletic club as part of the property was another surprise. The girls enjoyed a spa day while me and my buddy played golf. We are planning to return soon, but next time we will be in my Ferrari.

My only request, add USB connection in the room. There were none.

The property is located in a secluded area of Avila & it kind of reminds me of a cabin. The property is clean and there is coffee and water available in the morning & water is available at all times in the downstairs lobby. The front desk staff are so kind and helpful answering all questions. I had originally put 2 people for the reservation & went with 3 of us in total and I had asked the front staff if there’s any available bigger rooms and the staff explained that all the rooms are actually King Size beds and there are no other options available for double beds. The beds were so giant that we fit spaciously on the King bed and the staff let us know we have additional bedding in the room if needed. The weather was beautiful and there are bikes available to rent, for the first 2 hours free & then $10 an hour after that first two hours, for each bike. I also always struggle with there being only one bottle of shampoo, conditioner, etc. but the hotel had the built in wall shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and it was completely filled & perfect for use.

The gentleman at the front was very helpful and the room was spacious. There was a bath tub in our room but the tub faucet didn’t work so we had to fill it with shower water, which filled it slower and with water cooler than I would have preferred, but overall, the room was quiet, clean, and spacious. There was a fireplace and fridge in the room too, which was nice. The property sits next to a great biking trail and there is a market within very easy walking distance.

You have access to the country club facilities all day after you check out. There is a gym, multiple pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, ping pong and the changing rooms are amazing. Really nice place to stay.

I didn't like the fact that my cashapp debit card wasn't accepted it took me way too long trying to make an immediate payment on my credit card to be able to pay for the room. I had lost my main credit card and the front desk gentleman wouldn't manually run my credit card because he said he could get fired. That was frustrating. I can literally show you my digital card my drivers license to prove this is my card and he plain out refused.

The Inn was nestled around trees that gave the illusion of a mountain atmosphere, especially sitting in the jacuzzi. The room has an electric fireplace that sets the tone for a romantic setting. It was everywhere and more than what we expected from our stay at the Inn.

The only eating place was the local market. It would be nice to have other options besides driving to a location. We rode the complimentary (2hrs) bicycles to the boardwalk where food was accessible.

The room was fresh and clean. Lots of families and people using the walking path behind rooms. Coffee bar and deli on site was delicious! Room service would be amazing!

There was a couple having an argument in their room and you could hear everything very clearly while waiting for the elevator to go to our room. Not the best sound proofing or privacy.

It was quiet complex and the room was very comfortable. Great location near the bike/walking trails. Free access to the really nice athletic club next door. We had a hot tub on our balcony which a was lovely and very private. Coffee was available in the lobby 24/7 and the staff was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for dining and wine tasting.

The shower pressure was very hard. You couldn’t have hot water without the water pounding you. I couldn’t stand under it for more than a few seconds at a time.

Staff is very welcoming and professional which created a warm feeling immediately upon check in. Loved the large bathroom, the fabulous makeup mirror and fluffy towels. In room fireplace is a nice touch that elevates the stay and a lovely walking path is right next to the inn. Also really like the patio balconies. Thanks

The flat screen tv placed awkwardly above the tv cabinet was tacky—-past time to retire those furnishings with a new dresser and placement of tv on top of furniture for better viewing. Also, my biggest negative is lack of dining options. The snack grill in the clubhouse opened too late for breakfast at 9 am and there was inadequate seating. The small deli does not offer fresh fruit or pastries for a continental type breakfast. Would be nice if there was a continental or basket type simple breakfast via room service offered. Perhaps coffee, juice and rolls or muffins.

Pretty area, with very comfortable room and nearby walking paths. The little cafe on site was perfect for breakfast, snacks or just picking up items to take away.

The pictures showed a pool and resort access however that required a $25 per day per person to the rec center next door. Meaning I have no idea what the nightly amenity fee was for that we paid at the hotel. There weren’t really any amenities other than coffee and water on the foyer.
