Location location location. Close to Ferry terminal/ shops, embarcadero and hop on hop off bus. Two great restaurants next door and if you are into the Village People there is a YMCA next door.

The room was described as a top floor corner room with a view of the Bay Bridge. See photo out of room window. It was a true description but it was an inside corner room with a sliver of a view of the B. Bridge.

The location is fantastic. The Queen room with Bay view is perfect for a solo traveler & of course the view is lovely. They have added a continental breakfast since I was here back in 2022 which is a great touch, so a couple of times I came down grabbed a coffee, a massive muffin & banana to set me up for the morning. They have free bikes another great touch. I felt very safe here, staff are great. I love being right on Embarcadero by the Bay. The Ferry building is great for food options & of course handy for Ferry services, F tram down to Pier 39 Ghirardelli square, N various bus services all within a couple of minutes walk. Unfortunately I’m walking up Market less & less & now I rarely walk past 4th street as it getting more run down so I will hop on F or L to Castro or N which is a great way to see other neighbourhoods on your way to Ocean Beach, but I do find myself more & more hanging around the Bay. The walk to North Beach via Washington onto Columbus is a nice gentle walk no dramatic uphill accents.

I just received a credit card statement which includes a billing that looks almost half again as much as I believed I would be paying... Up to this point I never saw this number. Now I must re- examine the ' deal' I thought I was getting..

Loved our stay at this hotel - the location was perfect for exploring the city and was in walking distance of many of the main attractions. The option to use the YMCA gym was a great perk of the trip as it was much better than a usual hotel gym. The staff were very accommodating and kind. The decor of the hotel was welcoming and having a fire lit throughout the week was welcoming (as end of November and slightly chilly).

The breakfast had limited options as it wasn’t a full cooked breakfast but the coffee was great and it was good to have the option of pastries and fruit. The view from our room was unfortunately onto an inner court which wasn’t pretty and would have preferred a view of the water.

From the moment I arrived, the team at Harbour Court provided friendly, attentive and professional service—front desk, valet and housekeeping went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.   My room, while cozy, was spotlessly clean, quiet, and thoughtfully laid out, with plush bedding and blackout curtains offering perfect comfort and rest. The Bay‑view waterfront rooms offer stunning vistas of the Bay Bridge and Ferry Building that truly elevate the stay.  Every morning started well with a complimentary continental breakfast featuring fresh pastries, fruit, coffee and juice. In the afternoon, the hotel’s wine hour was a delightful treat—what a wonderful way to relax.  I loved the location—just steps from the Embarcadero, Ferry Building, MOMA and Moscone Center, with easy access to transit and walking distance to many attractions.  Though the rooms are on the smaller side, I found the efficient use of space, boutique design touches, and high‑quality amenities (like Malin + Goetz bath products and yoga mats) made this a chic, comfortable retreat.  In short, Harbour Court is a standout choice in San Francisco — stylish, clean, full of charm, and staffed by genuinely caring professionals. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Location was great. The Embarcadero subway station is just down the road, Pier 39 is walking distance and there’s plenty of food options nearby. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I thought they did a fantastic job during our stay. One other thing that was great was that the hotel had bikes that were free to use which saved us a bit on renting. We were able to bike to battery centre viewpoint across the Golden Gate Bridge and take in a lot of the city. Breakfast was decent and the hotel is also connected to the YMCA which is also free to use. Overall, I couldn’t say enough about this hotel. Really enjoyed my stay.

The location, access to nearby YMCA gym on 3 three floors incl. swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and retro bikes rental for free - was all amazing! The staff is very friendly and nice too! I highly recommend discovering the bay area by bike.

Coming from Europe, I was not prepared that Continental breakfast means some muffins, donuts and yogurt with added sugar, served on takeaway plates/cups. At least there was an apple and banana also available. Otherwise no healthy, nor savory options, no cappuccino etc. The lounge area would be a perfect location for a healthy buffet breakfast - if that would have been there, I would have for sure given 10/10 .

The hotel was very well situated, and view of the bay and bridge excellent.

In general, the room was very quiet and pleasant; however, the occasional thumps and bumps from activities in the adjoining YMCA facilities were annoying. It sounded as if a crew of workmen were moving and dropping heavy furniture. The front desk staff was very sympathetic, offering us a change of rooms; however, the noises were sporatic and not irritating enough for repacking our stuff anfd relocating. The location is excellent for getting around, we walked a lot right along the front from hotel to Ferryhouse and on to Pier 39 on the first evening. We're also able to walk to the embarcardero to get our cruise. Trams also run along the front if you don't feel like walking and drop you back close to hotel. The room was small but had all we needed and was kept really clean, the staff are all so helpful and let us leave our bags there when we arrived off our cruise as our flight was later at no extra charge. Tea, coffee, juices etc and beautiful pasties, donuts and muffins for breakfast, delicious, set you up for the day.

Honestly, I expected more for the price! The staff was great, until check out day, we called for our car(& we paid $70 for the valet parking, the only parking available at the hotel),but they were taking a long time, 20 mins my ass! So my hubby went down & they weren't even trying to get our car, they guy was just B-S-'ing with other staff members by the door. That wouldn't have been a problem except we had a reservation for the Alcatraz tour so... ya know, annoying! The sushi place next door & Perry's were amazing the food in San Francisco is great. Original Joe's had an amazing flank steak & the ravioli alongside the fresh sour dough bread just so great!

The fee for parking $70 a night, & the complimentary "breakfast" sucked!
