They were happy to store our bikes for us! (Call ahead first) Made it a great weekend. Very nice staff. Comfy beds. Quiet room facing the street. Awesome location near tons of great food, bars, coffee, bike lanes and chase center.

Pillows were a little on the big side.

Great location along the Embarcadero, especially for taking the ferry home the next morning. Hotel was quiet and they upgraded us to a room with a view of the water and ferry building. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No valet parking available. We were able to find parking nearby using a parking app. Hotel could have provided a bit more information on parking, especially for in/out privileges.

The staff is incredibly friendly, especially the helpful blonde woman at the front desk. The cleaning staff is always willing to go the extra mile to assist with any requests. I also love the amenities, like the in-room safe and the thick, luxurious towels. The hair and body wash they provide is a nice touch. The complimentary access to the YMCA is a fantastic perk of the resort fee.

No refrigerator. I also wish they would provide better sugar like a honey or raw sugar. Also two times I've stayed her my room was in front of the ice machine, it wakes me up.

Really good location (of course it depends on where you want to be), clean rooms, all appliances are in decent shape, really helpful and friendly staff (Jose at the reception was fantastic, as well as a few others whose names I cannot remember), the gym access. Overall a really decent stay and can recommend to travelers who will not spend a lot of time in their room.

The rooms are small. Even the larger rooms (King, I guess) are on the smaller side. I don't like that the sink is actually in the room and not in the bathroom. Most rooms don't have a desk, tried several rooms to get one with a desk. I know that they can't really change the size of the room or the location of the sink, but maybe travelers could pay extra attention to which room they are choosing.

The hotel was as described. Staff was very friendly and kind. Check in and out were very smooth. The location was great. It felt very safe to walk there at all times, and it was surrounded by all sorts of attractions and very importantly, the bay. The room had all essential facilities. There was a mandatory resort fee which included filtered water, tea/coffee and pastries in the morning.

Style could do with some minor renovation, but it is still very nice. It would also be great to have the kitchen open for a bit longer. I feel breakfast should be included, but these are all minor things. A great option and rather budget friendly!

I booked two rooms--one for me and my wife, and one for an older (~80yo) couple who were cruising with us. The rooms were very small (particularly mine, as the other room was somewhat larger and nicer) but comfortable, quiet, and attractively appointed. They were approximately the same size as our cruise cabin would be! I was concerned about the hotel choice: given the location and the price, I feared it would be a dump, despite the photos/videos/reviews. The outside of the hotel isn't particularly reassuring either, but the inside is VERY NICE! The staff members were also VERY NICE and helpful. The continental breakfast was also much better than expected. The water dispenser and vending in the lobby were handy, as you otherwise face a quarter-mile or so walk for a store. The hotel is adjacent to a restaurant, which we enjoyed very much, and has views of the Bay Bridge, the Embarcadero, and many other excellent restaurants. Parking across the street was secure and easy, albeit pricey (of course!). I would definitely recommend and return, particularly for people cruising out of Pier 27. It was super convenient and a great place to start our vacation.

Our room wasn't as nice as the room I booked for our friends (although both were fine). Neither room had a view: we stared at a brick wall from both rooms. The elevator is TINY! It was a struggle to get luggage up and down. Also, I hate when the sink is in a different space from the toilet--no washing between the potty and the door (although I guess one could turn-on the shower for handwashing).

Location was great - super close to both the company office and the waterfront, as well as BART. Shower water pressure was strong and the bath products were nice. Even though the room was small it was thoughtfully designed.

I wish the breakfast items could have included something a bit more substantial - the pastries and coffee were good but I needed to get breakfast elsewhere!7

We stayed a couple of nights, arrived very late at night the staff were very helpful and accomodating. The room was clean and spacous. Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel made it easy to walk to most of the important areas of the city. We would definately come back to this hotel.

amazing location. Saturday farmers market at the ferry building, bay bridge views, easy public transit from airport. even parking wasn’t so bad nearby on the weekend. staff are very friendly. I liked the aesthetic of the rooms. nice coffee and pastries in the morning.

the mattress wasn’t so comfortable, but I was exhausted so didn’t care. the entire hotel floor is tilted it felt a little like being in a fun house but didn’t really affect things too much I guess. definitely noticeable though. just a quirk I suppose.

Loved the executive suite. Room 505 was great with a wonderful view of the bay and wharf. Location was good. The beds and bedding were super comfortable.

Would have liked more vending options.
