The staff - Chris and Mitch have been really helpful with the check-in, greeting us and helping us with the lift whenever we return with full hands. The cleaning lady on my floor did an incredible job at keeping my room clean and tidy. The room - it's new, well renovated, has all the necc within the space - fantastic Location - we specifically picked a street where it is relatively safer if we reached the hotel after dark. Definitely felt safer than the streets uptown. It's walking distance to Oracle Park (baseball) and Chase Center (NBA)! It's walkable to the metro line and Caltrain station (SF). Wifi - The speed is awesome for work to be done

Would be great if there's space for a pool! Would be great if there are lower rates for hotel guests parking, I parked at the opposite street becos it's way cheaper. Be great if there's a standing stool for smaller kids to reach the bathroom basin.

The hotel is perfectly located for a nice, short walk to Oracle Stadium. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had breakfast delivered by Lucie the robot which was SUPER cool. We also ate at the restaurant on the roof, Cavana, and the food was great and it was very convenient to have that inside the hotel. Our room was beautiful and comfortable with a view of the ocean (corner room) and our car was delivered promptly by just responding to the text I received when we first checked in. Overall a great experience. We are already booking again for the next Giants game. :)

The ONLY thing I didn't like was the flooring in the rooms. It isn't carpet and it isn't like anything I've felt before. Not my favorite but I'm sure it's much easier to keep clean.

The rooms were great, very clean and so was the location. When I had an issue with my room (the bell & strobe light went on automatically at 830am in the morning), the manager was very quick to reach out to me to find a fix by changing my room to another suite. He seemed deeply apologetic and hands-on about such issues and said they would investigate the same asap. But overall the rooms were high quality, well designed & very new. The front desk was smart, very warm & checked me in very fast.

I think the hotel has some issues with the electronics in the building cause I had two instances where things happened without anyone's intervention meaning some software bug. (1) my bell rang and the strobe light went on and there was no one outside my room (2) another morning the sheer curtains started moving automatically Since the hotel is fully digital, I think some software bug or issue needs to be investigated and fixed.

What a beautiful hotel room! Love the large glass window with a view, and the fancy window blind system. Beds were comfortable, and we loved the robes and slippers. The entire facility was clean and modern, the rooms were still fairly new and not all banged up (yet). Front desk person, Mitch, was pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed our interactions with him. Walking distance to the Chase center and various places to eat. A great place to stay if you're in town for an event at the Chase center. Lots of public transportation available as well. Also, a lot of tourist aren't aware that if you are attending an event at the Chase center, all public transportation on the MUNI is free. And children under 18 also use public transportation for free around SF. Everything except the Cable Cars. We spent a few days in SF and thoroughly enjoyed the city and also this hotel. One of the most memorable and nicest hotel we've stayed at. Also loved that they give you a bottle of water per guest. They are made of metal and reuseable which we refilled either at the lobby or at each floor (where there is a water filling station and ice machine). Lobby/lounge was also beautiful.

Bathrooms didn't really need to have a glass window, that made it awkward when we forgot to close the blinds, lol.

We stayed here as 2 adults and a 7 year old from Friday to Sunday. We loved the hotel, it was clean and quiet. On the 14th floor, we barely heard any street noise apart from the odd tram. The beds are comfortable, it was clean and the rom is really well blacked out so the morning sun does not really wake you. The shower pressure was the best we experienced in our trip to the USA. It is far away enough from the chaos of fisherman's wharf to have peace and quiet but close enough to via a ride share or an hour long walk along the pier fronts. It is super close to Oracle Park and is right in the middle of the game day atmosphere. We loved our first baseball game and then a 5 minute walk back to the hotel. There is a "supermarket" (Gus's community market)close by, which has a good variety of food friendly staff. Casey's Pizza was a great find, only a 5 minute walk away, they have a really good margarita pizza. I can not speak more highly of the staff. They are friendly and seem like they actually are interested in you and want to help. Everyone greeted us when we arrived or left. On the last day, they held 4 suitcases for us after we checked out. Our flight was that night, but they were more than happy to assist us so we could continue to explore San Francisco. Thank you to the staff at Luma, we had a great stay and would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to SF.

We liked everything. The only small thing was not knowing about the electronic "do not desturb/ do not make the room up" button we needed to activate. Our 7 year old left the room in a mess, and we were going to deal with it when we returned as we were late for a ferry ride. When we returned, the room was made up so nicely, and they carefully put the mess back on top of the bed where it was. 😅 We were more embarrassed than anything else. So a note to anyone else, there is a button next to the door to activate if you don't want to be disturbed. It will make the green doorbell outside your room turn red. Not an overall issue at all though.

The room was really cool! loved the windows, the automatic blinds, spacious room and bathroom. bed very comfortable, tv large and easy to control. remote very simple! many options. we could see Oracle Park from our room and loved walking to the 2 games we attended. rooftop Cavana is fabulous!

no place to eat breakfast in the hotel or nearby. we could not find anyplace to eat without taking a taxi or our car. coffee bar was just ok......crowded and slow. sitting area very nice. could use a makeup mirror in bathroom. hair dryer was kinda weird.

Beautiful and comfortable design, staff were lovely and service was impeccable, and location can not be beat. They even gave me a free room upgrade so I had a gorgeous view of the city. The gym was also very clean and well-equipped. I also loved the partnership with Family House and that LUMA made it easy and obvious for guests to be able to donate to a good cause.

The coffee shop (Twyne) was delicious but laughably pricey. Never before have I paid $10 for a single small muffin. It was good, but not $10 good.

Excellent location for the Chase Centre and Oricle Park, there was a tram that went past the hotel and it was perfect for walking up around the coast line towards the piers. The hotel also had a great rooftop bar with nice views and nibbles

We ordered breakfast buns and coffee via room service, and this was delivered via a small robot, which was nice, but due to the breakfast bun having cheese on it, it had stuck to its wrapping, so I had to take it Back to the coffee shop, they made me another one, but didn't apologise. This also defeated the purpose of breakfast in our room.

Water fountain to refill your water canteen on every floor in front of room *05, refillable water canteens given to you upon check-in, Ricky at the front desk is the GOAT (whatever you need, he will have your back!), great gym facilities, hotel is walking distance of the Giants Stadium, automated robot room service to your room, really nice "Request Room Service/Do Not Disturb" button system for the rooms that replace the old-fashioned paper tag on your room's door

The hotel location is really good (near the Giants stadium and a metro which makes transportation easier), rooms are really nice, luxurious and super clean. The hotel doesn’t offer a breakfast buffet but they do have a small bistro offering coffee, croissants, muffins etc. It’s pricey but alternatively there is also nice restaurants within walking distance and there is a supermarket (Gus's Community Market) offering breakfast sandwiches.

Parking is really expensive (80$ plus tax) and if there is a Giants game (which was already the case for us), the price goes up to 100$ plus tax. There is a parking lot nearby which is cheaper but it’s only available if there is no Giant games, otherwise it’s blocked/reserved for the games.
