The location was perfect for us to reach New Haven/Yale and downtown quickly. It was also a nice location for reaching out to the shore for a seafood dinner. Patricia was very helpful at the front desk. Her recommendation of restaurants was spot on. She was friendly and engaging. The Best! I would have liked a breakfast option with a biscuit and bacon not sausage. The coffee was very strong and not particularly to my liking even with extra sugar and creamer. One of the waffle makers had a flawed timmer and overcooked my waffle. Room was nice with plenty of and space plenty of hot water.

I would have liked a safe in the room.

The breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Lots of variety and healthy choices, and it tasted great! There was lots of seating inside and outside, which was very pleasant. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were very soft. The room had great amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and the fridge was a great size. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t bring our dog, but we saw several and they all seemed very happy.

The location is very new. The pool is a great asset especially if you are traveling with children. The breakfast in the morning offers many options and serves its purpose.

The price for the Mother's day weekend was a little high charging nearly $330 for 1 night. This is not a resort, it is a normal hotel used for lodging. I dont believe the price reflects the amenities offered. (No bar, no restaurant , no spa.)

The cleanliness of the place and staff kindness. The hotel is very new and the surrenders very well kept. The checking was great and friendly as well as all the people serving the breakfast, which was good enough with many options. The room was impeccable, the kitchen has all the amenities. Spotless sheets and good bed.

The breakfast was very good, I only think that some healthier low carb low sugar options and a stronger coffee and oat milk would be great!

Large well designed rooms with everything you needed. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was a rabble and had limited choice with few healthy options. We didn’t bother after the first day. Fortunately the in room kitchen facilities were excellent so we just self catered. Location was a distance from city centre.

We didn't like paying $125 US dollars for a pet fee when we had been told it would be $75 maximum. Our dog is a mental health pet and there should not be a fee. He is well trained, quiet and never damages anything ever.

Everything…..the room is huge, probably the best motel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were great, bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was good. Very clean and had everything we needed including a fridge and kitchenette.

Nothing……the only thing we noticed the room didn’t have was a safe.

Super clean & very well maintained. Delicious hearty breakfast with healthy options available. Room was well stocked with plenty of linens and other misc essentials. The staff & Front Desk was warm, welcoming and helpful.

Nothing. A little pricey for our budget but we have no regrets.

Room was large and equipped with anything you might need: Plates, silverware, glassware, microwave, fridge, toaster, pull out table under the desk, sockets galore, comfy bed. The pool is great, and Brian Park showed initiative i. Raising the temperature of the indoor pool after we got in.

This is a fairly new property that is being well maintained and has exceptionally clean with a very friendly staff. It is family friendly with good size rooms, comfortable beds and convenient appliances. It also has a nice breakfast service.

I have nothing negative to say about this property.
