Great rooms, comfortable bads, and L’occitane cosmetic in bath. 4 different pools with warm water. A self serviced water for drinking.

A bit outdated premices. Shower handler didn’t work in our room. We booked with breakfast but it was a disaster. They told us that our breakfast was so called continental breakfast. So we got a CUP of sliced fruits, a cup of yoghurt, a dry croissant and an over sweetened muffin. :( They are not serious. But on Booking, you have only option to book with breakfast included. There was nowhere written that it wil be so poor breakfast … WThey reserve almost the same amount of money (pre-authorizarion) as you have to pay (so you need twice as much the cas-flow)! They also charge additional 20% gratuity fee (it doesn’t make any sense to do it).

Bright airy room. Good location. Nice staff.

It says beachfront, but it actually has no beach access which was totally disappointing. Had a small dock with no access to the water either. Parking is a pain. They have a valet, but told us it’s easier for us to park ourselves to get to our room( which was ok with us), but if you take part in any activities that get you back late to the hotel , you had to wait on an attendant to go get keys and move cars around to open a handicap space. Only other thing was the pools could be cleaner. Had a lot of oil ( from lotions etc) and leaves from overhanging trees.

Our stay at the hotel was overall quite enjoyable with a few areas for improvement. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Although we didn’t visit any of the pools, we did notice some thoughtful touches like free water and sunscreen. Housekeeping was exceptional, checking on us daily to ensure we had everything we needed. The free shuttle to and from town was also very convenient, although it ended at 4:30 PM. Extending the shuttle service until 2 AM, even if less frequent, would be fantastic and I’d argue an expectation for such a premium hotel. Valet parking was $23 per day, but walking to the car was often easier due to how close everything is within the property so my recommendation is to keep your keys if possible. One area for improvement is the included ‘continental’ breakfast at The Grove, which only offered fruits, pastries, and juice if purchased as part of the Booking.com package. If you have gluten or other allergies, it's not worth purchasing ahead of time, and you may be better off ordering from the menu. We tried addressing this directly with the hotel but they told us to contact Booking.com. So we tried contacting Booking.com about this but received no response and were very disappointed that we paid for a breakfast we couldn’t eat. Despite these minor drawbacks, our experience was quite positive, and we appreciated the many thoughtful amenities provided by the hotel.

The atmosphere is amazing. The grounds are beautiful and the pools and The Grove eating area are both awesome.

Room was nice but there was no extra chair or loveseat…just a bunch of open space. There is nowhere to put your clothes unless you hang them. There’s no dresser…just a cabinet that hides the fridge, safe and microwave but a couple teeny drawers under those but still. Housekeeping never came once to replenish anything. We got in the adult pool and 10 minutes later was told to get out (8pm-ish) because they were closing it and we’d have to go to the main pool so we did but the water was freezing!! So we left. That was very disappointing because the adult pool should stay open.

The pool areas very clean with beautiful palm trees & other plants - inviting, superb!

The mandatory valley parking by outsourced company was a real waste of money, as many other people have commented earlier. In such a remote location from the city center, I would assume to have free parking for the hotel guest...

Lovely property in a great location

Valet parking expensive , I parked the car myself and it didn’t move for 3 days but still had to pay $23 a day plus tax for the privilege

Really nice Hotel, the setting was particularly nice.

Unfortunately the hotel is located in a busy/built up retail area of Key West. We were allocated room 7A which is right next to the Main highway road N Roosevelt. This was our holiday and we didn’t want to sit outside listening to all of the traffic. We asked for a different room away from the road and this request was declined. We were offered upgraded rooms which were a lot more expensive but had no choice so had to pay this. The hotel would not give us anything complimentary. Very disappointed. The complimentary hotel bus service to Smathers beach is not worth taking because the beach is awful and loads of construction in process.

Excellent location, beautiful big well appointed rooms, patio with nice seating area, excellent personnel

Rooms need TLC, especially bathrooms. It is tropical location and finishes as well as walls deteriorating from moisture. Strong presence of mold . We had to change rooms , but it was not helpful. New room also smelled w mold. All of our clothing which we put in the closet has to be washed/cleaned as it absorbed mold smell. Realy bad and unfortunate. Rooms have entrance hallway which had the strongest presence of mold.

Great location, no smelly sargassum, multiple pools on property, restaurant on property, nice villas and amenities.

The daily resort fee and parking fees are high, especially if you don’t calculate them into the total.

Nicely laid out with beautiful swimming pools and beach access. Our townhouse was very large and mostly well equipped. Staff were very nice especially Mark at the pool.

Carpet in the rooms was a bit gross. Room service was more of a DoorDash than actual room service. Menu was mostly unhealthy food served with a cheap fast food cutlery kit. Same with food by the pool. Shocking to spend a fortune for a salad by the pool and to be given a packet of the cheapest plastic cutlery with it. No bar soap so couldn’t use soap on the bath. Air conditioner could not be turned off resulting in being cold all of the time. Internet spotty.
