Was a very nice room. Some covered parking. My husband swam in the pool and said it was warm. Right up around the corner on Roosevelt Street before you get to Hwy 1, is a stop for the hop-on hop-off trolley, where you can park. The ticket booth outside is closed so you have to go to the Concierge in the Hilton to buy tickets. At the time we went, the trolley stopped every 15 minutes. Beats the $7 parking fee in downtown. The only problem is they stop at 5 pm.

Not much in the way of restaurants around there unless you go to another hotel. We ate at the Stoned Crab one night which was good. They also have shark feeding.

The room was spacious. We loved having a kitchen and two rooms. We were very comfortable for four people (2 adults and 2 tweens).

I wish I knew there was no beach access. We are not familiar with the island so we didn’t understand that “beach front” can also mean there’s no beach access.

Nicely appointed suited with full kitchen (no oven) across the highway from the ocean. Out a ways from the downtown Duvall St area but the payoff is a generous sized suite. The desk staff are exceptional and friendly, There is no restaurant or breakfast but of course you can do all that in your room. When we needed more coffee or something fixed, the staff were very responsive.

It is preposterous to be charging a "resort fee" in a motel like facility. To top it off it was already an extremely expensive room at a property with no facilities except for a very average pool. Our maid seemed inconvenienced when we were not out of the room when she was ready to clean.

Very nice suites were great only thing was no oven so very limited to what you could eat if you didn’t want to go out or a microwave that done grilling as well

The surcharge that I didn’t know about 25 dollars a day this should have been in the property details

I liked the pool, the rooms are really nice and cozy. You get complimentary drinks by the pool.

Location is kind of remote from all the key west attractions and you can only get there by car, so this is a good accommodation if to do not mind driving everywhere. Secondly, the elevator gets busy, especially in the morning, when there are a lot of room service carts. We needed even to carry our suitcases using the stairs, cause there was a line by the elevator.

Everything was excellent in the room and the bathroom. Sturdy doors and the kitchen had great quality appliances. The bathroom was gorgeous, beds were comfy and the view - well it’s a whole wall of windows floor to ceiling with the amazing gulf view. So gorgeous!!! 🤩🤩🤩 We didn’t try the pool we only had 2 1/2 days in Key West so we were on the go the entire time. This resort was perfect for our family and we love that side of the island.

Only negative was the elevator- it really needs updating it’s slow. But no negatives about this resort.

The staff was the best! They were so friendly and answered all my random questions. The pool was also very lovely and it being warm definitely helped on those colder days.

There were a few things in the kitchen area of my suite that appeared to be unfinished, it didn’t detract from my stay, but I did make a note of it. Also I wish there was a salt and pepper shaker set available in the room.

We had a double queen room on the 3rd floor. The view was amazing! The room was decorated beautifully. I loved the layout of the space. The living room provided a space where you could work, watch tv or scroll on devices. The kitchen was small but had pretty much everything you needed to make meals effectively. It was well equipped with cooking tools, plates, cups, etc. The refrigerator was small but appropriate for the needs we had. The bedroom was big and having a separate room with a family was great so we could all have a little space. It was great! The location was great as we had a boat at the marina and it was very close. It's also a short drive to Duvall and all the other great Key West spots.

The only downside was the elevator. It's a nice elevator but it is the only one for the hotel so it takes a while sometimes. I was happy though that it was air conditioned, you could see outside after the garage and it was lightly decorated. I am not of fan of elevators but it wasn't as bad as some other reviews had written in my opinion. I wish there was a jacuzzi.

Not close to old town and front desk staff could not assist with explaining any buses said to use Uber.

Overall, it was an excellent stay. The hotel is very clean, the staff is wonderful, and the location is convenient—close to everything. Our room had a beautiful view, plenty of space, and the kitchenette was a great bonus, allowing us to prepare some meals

The only aspect the hotel should improve is communication about pet fees. While the hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly and mentions that “a charge may apply,” it would be much clearer and more helpful to list the actual cost on the website. Charging $100 per night per pet is quite high. Fortunately, my dog is a companion animal, so the fee did not apply in my case. However, a $100-per-night fee could be a significant deterrent for guests considering staying there.
