Very comfy beds & sheets. Excellent cleaning staff! Delicious breakfast at Matt’s & nice dinner at Mexican restaurant. Catrina & John at front desk were welcoming & helpful! The pools were sparkling & very nice.

Paid extra for a view. The palm trees blocked most of it. Only saw moored boats in the marina- no open water 😉. Poor quality beach towels & not enough of them. One day we tried 3x and never got them. Room towels were fine, but very rough; always a shortage of wash cloths. The location is much further away from downtown Key West than we understood which is why the complimentary shuttle was attractive. We only road it once. It was always full even when we went early & times were limited. So we spent extra money to drive & park…not ideal! You’re SOL if you don’t have transportation 😬

We liked the modern vibe of this hotel. It was very clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. We loved sitting out on the balcony and watch the comings and goings of the boats at the Marina. They had live music on some afternoon/evenings, which can be quite loud. Food options looked nice, although we did not use them - we opted to go into Key West to have dinner. The only negative is that your view will include the industrial tanks in the not so far distance if you have a room looking out onto the pool.

Great rooms, loved the view of the marina. Lots of opportunities to participate in sailing, jet-skiing and kayaking directly from the hotel/marina. Loved the fact it was quieter than downtown Key West but the transfer gave us enough access to venture there one afternoon. Great pools and Bad Boys Taqueria also a fab spot located at the Marina. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The fitness room is a little small so easily becomes crowded. The dinner menu at Matt's could be better executed. An onsite coffee outlet / cafe would be a great addition.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We brought our two dogs with us since they are dog friendly, and they didn’t have a weight limit for dogs like other hotels nearby. They had a dog park, bar, restaurant, pool, fire pit, shuttle bus, golf carts to rent on site, and of course a concierge to help you sign up for excursions. There were also two other restaurants next door which were walking distance. The marina view was beautiful, and everyone was very friendly! We would definitely stay here again and recommend them to anyone visiting Key West.

The staff were super friendly and professional throughout our stay. They are very attentive and accommodating. Room was modern and clean. Pool was wonderful and we swam twice a day. We booked a sunset cruise through the hotel. It left from the Stock Yard Marina right next to the hotel so no need to travel downtown. It was a great cruise, highly recommended. Shuttle to downtown was good and punctual. Have the Key Lime Pie at Matt's restaurant - it was amazing.

The only issues guests may face is that it is definitely outside Key West. The shuttle is helpful but you need to plan around its schedule. My major complaint is that they charge $27 per day for parking which is obscene.

Wonderful place to stay! The staff is amazing. From the front desk to the concierge! They made you feel extra special at every turn. The free shuttle was one of the best parts of our stay! We saved so much money by not using Uber or Lyft. Greg was great! He was like having a personal tour guide. Kim was also great! One of my favs was Jerome (AKA: Jamie). Super helpful and friendly! I cannot say enough good things about this place. I am BIG into reviews, and if you are too, trust me. You don’t want to miss out on this place.

I liked everything!

Beautiful property on a beautiful marina. We loved that it was dog friendly too. All staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We love the little store on the property and the jewelry pop up. Pool area was so nice and relaxing. Room was clean, updated and comfortable.

It was a bit pricy but we also came during a holiday weekend so suppose that would be expected. It was far from town but honestly we preferred to be away from the party culture…it’s just when we wanted to do touristy things it was slightly less convenient. Minor issues though.

We had an amazing stay! From the day we checked in with Kenneth, who was pleasant and helpful and the day we checked out, every staff we met and came in contact with exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful and the pool was the place to be, especially at night. This was our first time in Key West and we truly enjoyed our stay. I had to contact the hotel after we left about my bill and Joe at the front desk on the night of 9/5 took care of it right away. Joe made this usually stressful situation very pleasant and seamless and I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and kindness. We’re definitely coming back and staying at The Perry Hotel again when we’re in Key West!

The staff was very friendly. We were greeted by Sarah and Emily who made us feel right at home and offered us a little something extra for celebrating our anniversary. We were very surprised and loved feeling so spoiled. Emily went above and beyond to make our stay feel like we were the only ones on the property. We saw her most and every time she greeted us with a smile, hello, and a small conversation that made us feel something other than just guests at a hotel. She really did an amazing job! We also liked the location of the resort, it was far enough away from the main key west city, but close enough when we wanted to get into the party scene by just a short car ride or they provided a shuttle.

We didn't care for Matt's the food was ok and a little too much for what they offered. We got biscuits and gravy one morning - it was (1) biscuit lots of gravy and the egg was on top for a whopping $16 - not our style and not worth the money.

The property is very modern and extremely close to the airport which was a plus since we returned our rental from the Miami to key west drive before heading to the hotel. Since we went in off season they have 2 restaurants and a pool which we loved, with service at the pool.

We have nothing bad to say about the property, it is 20 mins to down town but I did know this when booking so not as convenient that way but very quiet and relaxing!
