It was a great location for getting from the city to hotel then to airport (shuttle ) , the walk from the light rail wasn’t terrible like 30mins or less , it’s right next to a Chili’s (you can order pick up) , walkable to jimmy john’s , Starbucks , chicfila, dunkin, a chipotle’s (I’m a walker so I felt it was great- a non walker would see the distance and be like maybe not but my chicken sandwich was still hot when I got back to the room soo ) the two people behind the desk were sweet as well. The room was super roomy ! I was taken a back by the size .

No real complaints the clickers sleep timer button didn’t work but nothing huge for me .

Clean & convenient to everything

The lady at the front check-in was not so friendly. Not sure if she was having a bad day or not. When arriving to our room, we had 4 throw pillows on our bed( that are the size of a couch pillow) . When we went down to the front desk to get one key exchanged, we requested bigger pillows. She responded with. That's all we got!. I expressed that we have always had standard or larger pillows in the past, her reply was, well that's all we got. A few minutes later ,someone came to our room and brought 2 more throw pillows. Appreciated the pillows, but truly wasn't a manner we have had in our recent stays. I wasn't the only one with caplaints this trip. I don't normally complain, but her response kinda surprised us.

The staff were great - friendly & accommodating; room was spacious and bed was fine. Wifi seemed slow & breakfast was OK.

Entered the room & immediately smelled cigarette smoke in entrance/bathroom area. I advised young woman at desk & she was apologetic. Kept bathroom fan on and her answer was to give me a can of industrial spray to “refresh” the room. After an hour of smelling that I needed some fresh air! Selfish smokers (not those who abide by the rules) are a plague on the hospitality industry!

There are a number of hotels in this area, and I always pick this one. It's reasonably priced, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is always nice. There is a Ruby Tuesday's right next door, and a Starbucks across the street at the top of the hill. It's great to be able to walk to both and not have to drive somewhere to get a meal. The shuttle driver will take you directly to the car rental place if you need to pick up a car.

Breakfast was really good! The beds were pretty comfortable. Front desk staff, especially Jennifer, was amazing! Shuttle drivers were nice. Property was clean. Great location, felt nice and close to airport.

Floor of hotel room left your feet really dirty, had to wear shoes. Pillows are so flat so it was hard to sleep. Hot water in the shower wouldn't stay at the temp I preferred. It kept spinning to gravity and would get hotter and hotter until it was too hot to shower. Shuttle only leaves at certain intervals for the airport and had to use Lyft for flight back.

This is a typical Country Inn and Suites with a few exceptions. This hotel offers a number of conference/meeting spaces as well as a fairly nice workout room. It does not have a swimming pool or hot tub which is disappointing. It is located near the interstate so getting to Downtown Baltimore is pretty convenient sans the typical traffic that you encounter in the area. It is also located near the BWI Airport, however it isn’t so close that the plane noise is an issue. If you are planning on going into Washington, DC, I would suggest going to a Metro Station, parking there and riding the train in. I used the Green Belt station and found it extremely convenient. Because of the hotel’s location and the terrible traffic around D.C., driving to Downtown Washington is pretty time consuming (45-50 minutes) and parking there is outrageous. The room was clean and comfortable! The bed and bathroom were nice. There is a Chili’s Restaurant located right next door to the hotel which is good if you are looking for a quick meal within walking distance. The hotel breakfast is terrific! It is the standard hot breakfast that is commonly offered at Country Inn & Suites in other areas. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was pretty painless and the hotel only took a $30 security deposit. While there are more affordable options in this area, the extra money is money well spent in my opinion. I would highly recommend this property!

What’s not to like about a Country Inn and Suites? This is probably my favorite hotel chain. As I stated above, the only disappointment with these accommodations was the lack of swimming pool and/or hot tub.

The hotel suits the purpose to stay there for one night if you need to catch a flight BWI early next moring. Location is really close to the airport allowing a fast commute between BWI airport and the hotel-

We did not find the shuttle for pick up at BWI. The guys taking theire time to release the deposit, after almost 3 weeks we are still waiting for it.

Hotel was easy to find even in the dark. We arrived for a very late check in. Parking lot was well lit. Staff wasn't super friendly but wasn't unfriendly. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower was clean with good pressure. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Breakfast staff was very friendly and was on top of everything. If in the area again I would stay again.

Nothing

Very clean. There is a gym but with limited equipment. It was accessible at 3:30am with the key card. My husband and I checked in on Dec 18 at 1:45pm and the lady at the desk was SUPER nice and pleasant. We need more smiles like that.

It's not as close to the airport car rental place as it seems on the map since there are no direct routes. There are a lot of turns and going around so you need extra time. The gym needs a stationary bike. It would be nice if a brown bag for breakfast to go were available for those who check out before 6am.

Big rooms, good shuttle service, several restaurants within walking distance, coffee in the lobby and nice staff. Much better than another hotel I have tried in the area.

The breakfast was a complete joke with very little on offer. Dry bacon and the most tasteless egg I have had in my life. No vegetables. No coffee in the breakfast room (had to go for the lobby to get it). All served on paper plates with paper utensils. The US is not known for good hotel breakfasts, but this was the worst one I have had so far. Either stop offering it or get some pride and serve a decent breakfast!
