The hotel decor looks beautiful, the pleasant aroma at the entrance is enchanting, the servers & service was excellent, the room & hallways where always clean & I could see star pay a great deal of attention the cleanliness which I really respect & appreciate.

The pool was out of service & there was water everywhere in the gaming area & towards the entrance to the hotel from the pool/outdoor area. There was a large inflatable pool with slide for the kids to compensate & the seating areas were nice but did not make up for the pool being out of service & a great part of the outdoor game area being flooded.

Amenities were great.

No microwave in the room but the front desk was able to heat our leftovers up. No big deal. It was a minor inconvenience. Did not care for the personality of the manager or whatever his title was. He was not friendly and almost rude. The rest of the staff was awesome.

Wasn't told pool and hot tub would be down for maintenance, DRYWALL on ceiling was cracking and pulling apart. Seems to be a construction flaw. High pet fees 75 non refundable.
