The room was great. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh even with the ongoing renovations on the bottom floor. The staff was attentive and friendly. The afternoon staff gave us a recommendation for a restaurant nearby that was awesome. Thanks for that.

There was a group in one room on the 4th floor screaming and arguing from about 2 am to 4 am. Up and down the hall constantly. Loudly disturbing the whole floor. One of them was riding a bicycle up & down the hall while arguing & using foul language. No sleep after that & very scary.

Staff was friendly, quick to welcome us, and prepared to check us in with no issues at all. I read complaints about it being a little dated but we thought it was perfectly fine. Everything was clean, nothing was torn or damaged. I really like the 80s new wave music played in common spaces. Beds were sooo comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony that you can actually open the door and sit on. I read complaints about the location but if you want to stay in an affordable or even cheap part of downtown, especially near Southside, this is as good as it gets. I read complaints about it being hard to get into, but you literally just have to read the signs. Drive into the parking lot where it says ENTER, instead of the first driveway that is clearly marked as the EXIT. There are enormous arrows painted on the path to tell you where to go. If you have ever been to a drive-through restaurant, you should be able to manage this. The elevators are ready in less than 30 seconds and function quickly. We stayed in a hallway packed with young 20-somethings and still did not hear much of anything inside our room. Would absolutely stay again.

Breakfast. It's the exact same mass distributed combo of cheap coffee, squishy eggs, rubbery sausage patties, and gravy that tastes/smells like old fish stew that you will find at many other hotels, nothing different there. Plan to visit a local coffee shop or restaurant if a quality breakfast is important to you.

Staff was fairly polite. Rooms seemed cleaned and well kept. Location was great, walking distance from downtown Chattanooga, right next to the freeway so getting around was easy. Price was good for what you get.

Only gripe I had was that the key cards kept failing. We had to get about five different replacements; we purposely kept them from making any contact with our phones or anything that cause it to happen, but it kept happening. Now that’s not that big of a deal since we could just walk down to the desk and get a replacement; but if we were elderly or disabled, then this would obviously be a much bigger problem.

Easy in and out. Accommodating. Close to everything. Some would say it's not the greatest area, but I wasn't bothered. It's right across the street from everything that's up an coming, which is moving that way... I felt safe as a single person. The bedding was comfortable. Andy and Kimberly were amazing and so kind and helpful. It's an older hotel that's been renovated, like an old Days Inn or similar. No crazy smells. Everything was clean. It's not bougie by any means, but it's a great value and a great location, and the staff is lovely. They have a good breakfast that is served until 10am! Thank you for not cutting it off at 8 or 9 for some of us not so early people!! The pool looks great, although it was not in season. There are ice machines on every floor, so that was convenient. Easy enough for services to access, so ordering DoorDash, etc, wasn't an issue. Many restaurants and convenience items are in walking distance - like less than a 1/2 mile... Another reason I loved it is because they still have balconies in some rooms!! I love to be able to go outside without having to go down, out, take the key, etc... So thank you!! One thing I'd change immediately... Check out between 11 and 12, late checkout 1. Overall, great experience. Again, Andy and Kimberly!!! So, so kind and accommodating. I will stay again.

We were immediately impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff and that continued when we arrived at our room! It wasn't huge, but was plenty of space for the two of us. It appears to have had a recent remodel/update -- the pillowtop mattress appeared to be new, as did the fixtures in the bathroom. It was clean and bright and felt very safe and secure. The room also included a microwave and mini-fridge. Being conveniently located right next to I-24, there was some road noise on that side of the building. However, since I always sleep with a white-noise machine on it didn't bother us. The breakfast bar was great! Hot and cold options, multiple proteins, juices, creamers, breads, etc. LOVED the blueberry waffles! The staff showed an extra-and-above level of thoughtfulness by changing the channel on the dining room tv from news to kid-friendly when littles were around, and then back when they left. This wasn't a one-day fluke, nor a particular parent's request--they did it both days we were there, for different kiddos, apparently without being asked.

We didn't realize our room included a mini-fridge since it was tucked away out of sight. We discovered it as we were packing to leave. It's not that we minded having a mini-fridge, but we would have used it if we'd realized it was there.

Good location, free parking was a plus. Breakfast was decent. Room was quite large with a balcony that overlooked the pool - very pleasant to sit out in the evening or get some fresh air into the room. Beds were comfortable, bathroom shower was walk-in and oversized. Upon check-in Front Desk personnel was incredibly friendly. Overall a great experience

Not truly able to walk to sights - must use your car. If you are sensitive to street noise, the highway is close by and you can hear street noises.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the facilities were well stocked and very clean. Nice sized rooms, view wasnt bad either.

WIFI slightly spotty, could've been location/weather. Our room was very hot when we got in but eventually cooled down once we cranked the AC and settled in.

Was just a short drive to everything we wanted todo. Everything was clean. The breakfast was good.

Not in the best neighborhood. some unsavory looking people were hanging around the other side of the street however they were never on the property. It made me uncomfortable to walk to the store alone although my husband did and said they didn’t bother/try to talk to him.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was very helpful and enthusiastic. The pool was very nice and my kids and myself spent quite a bit of time there.

We did not get fitted sheets, blankets, or pillows for the pull out couch bed and when I sent a text to the front desk it was never answered. My sister went to the lobby and asked and was only given sheets for everyone to cover up with.

The location was great. We were able to walk just 0.5 miles down the street to Station Street. The hotel itself was pretty nice. Our room was clean, but you could tell some parts were outdated. The breakfast in the morning was great and the staff was very friendly!

We didn't not like anything, but just think some updates need to be made. For example. the door to our room was very hard to open because it was scraping against the door frames. Our TV cabinet drawers also wouldn't stay shut which wasn't a big deal, but just another thing that could be updated.
