This property was in a nice location for a base for our trip to Nashville. It was close to Broadway and all the bars and restaurants we intended on visiting. It was only about a 10 minute walk downhill to Broadway. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were spacious and comfortable.

The one downside of this property, which we did know about prior to booking, was its proximity to a rather busy fire station. This of course is no fault of the property itself, but should be considered when booking this place. Emergency vehicles can be heard throughout the night, going down both roads on either side of the building. Personally it did not affect my or my wife’s sleep any, however friends that we were with seemed to have a more difficult time with it. We did bring a white noise device with us to help drown out some of the noise and it seemed to help.

Bode was a really good independent business with superb staff and amenities. The room we had was a 2 bed apartment and it was huge... Really impressive space with a full kitchen, perfect for families.. it was clean with a jack and Jill bathroom and the bed was really comfortable.

Nashville is noisy, this isn't the fault of the Bode at all but a consideration of any hotel you stay in within the city. There is a lot of hotels around the Bode and it would suffer the same issue and that's the street noise from vehicles, more so police, fire, ambulance.... There are frequent, they do make a lot of noise and a lot of hotels would suffer this same issue.

My friend and I loved the location and style of the place. We felt very comfortable and safe during our stay and found the self check in/out easy. Staff were very responsive via WhatsApp. Beds and pillows were quite comfy too!

Our place had a weird smell to it and some towels had what looked like make up stains on them. Part of the blind was a bit broken but did not impact me. If you are a light sleeper, you will wake to those staying above you (not Bodes doing). Nonetheless we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property has an awesome vibe, and the room is modern and funky. Access is via a code, so there is no need to remember keys. It is walking distance to Broadway and there are plenty of food outlets nearby. Beds are comfortable and the living area is a good size.

The room was for six people, however there were only four of everything: plates, cups, glasses, cutlery....It is located on a main road, so there are frequent sirens and constant traffic nearby.

I really enjoyed not only the very convenient location but the customer service overall. Bode was very communicative through the messages I’d receive throughout my stay and through their on site staff. They may not have a front desk but in a way they do, the staff in Dawn couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. They definitely added to the enjoyment of my stay!

If I had to be super picky about one thing regarding my stay it would be the locks on the doors. Though I love the modern key pads I do wish, just for 100% piece of mind, that there was a manual lock on the door as well. There is a little stopper on the inside of the room but would still allow someone to crack the door slightly if anything like that did happen.

The location being a short walk from Broadway was great, made for a fun night

I just wish there was a plug in the tub for a bath to rest in for a short bit.

The coffee shop was great for breakfast, offering good selection in coffees and quick bites . The location was excellent. Walking distance from Broadway and many other attractions. Parking was easy as we were able to always find parking space within the premise and they offered a 50% discount (much appreciated as parking can be a challenge in Downtown Nashville) The room was average size but the bed was really comfortable (king size), the sheets were soft and the pillows were great. Everything was very clean and the staff was very attentive. Checking in and out of the hotel was done electronically but their system was very easy to use.

Everything was great. Would have liked to have closet space in the room and a small safe box.

Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. (Although the pillows were too soft for me personally.) The location was only a few blocks from music row, very walkable.

I didn’t realize their was no front desk and the room doors were outside. I will say that there were gates that you had to put in a code to access the stairs or elevator so that was more reassuring. The biggest complaint was the small parking lot with small spaces. Luckily there was ONE spot left, but we had to remove our luggage first before parking in it because it was so tight (we drove an Audi Q7 suv) and we were worried about door dings from other people.

Bode is very clean and quiet. It’s an apartment complex that is operated as a hotel. Very private and calm.

This was the second time that I stayed at Bode Nashville. If you are expecting a traditional hotel experience, you may be surprised or disappointed. Staff is nearly nonexistent. You have to communicate by text. You get a code to enter the property and the rooms. If something isn’t working, it takes some effort on your part. But there is value in the stillness and privacy.

Perfect location, near to Broadway and all the attractions, but just far enough away to relax. Apartment were lovely, clean, modern & fresh. Good amenities, including cooker, microwave, dishwasher & a balcony area. Bar had live music, outside sitting areas with a fireplace, great place to chat with friends. No reception, contact was via Whatsapp, but very efficient, answered our questions straight away and very helpful, worked really well. Very comfortable beds
