The location was wonderful. The 9ft deep pool and view is gorgeous. The food and service was stunning. I had wonderful interactions with staff. I am allergic to eggs and eat gluten free and there were actually multiple things I could eat and the dishes were thoughtful and delicious (short rib tostada, crispy cauliflower). The drinks and bartender in the lobby were fantastic. Even the gentleman who delivered my room service was very friendly and accommodating.

Parking situation offered is not ideal. $50 a night — however, I was able to get a spotfinder parking spot very close for $8. The bathroom in my room was dated— tub needs refinishing, tile and grout were not in great condition. I also generally don’t love things like cloth upholstery on a chair in a hotel room, how is that cleaned between uses? I also think the pool could benefit from some floats because there really is no where to stand or lounge. There was a small shelf but that is where the babies were playing. I really liked the availability of a deep end to relax and swim away from the splashing kiddos but like I said, no where really to hang out unless you have a noodle/ tube/ float.

The concierge was beautiful!! Thaddeus Darrel Lucas is such a great guy, very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I would rebook with you for him alone

Ummmmm, the ice room on the 10th floor was extremely shoddy. It didn't look like it had been tended to since the building was built in 1969. The elevators....well, I'm sure you've heard this one before. RIDICULOUS! The wait, not at check in, was long, the wait AT check out was just messed up. We waited on the 10th floor for a solid 20 min. It did stop on our floor twice, each time they were packed in like the proverbial sardines in a tin. When we were able to squeeze into one. It stopped on every single floor on the way down. For a better class accomodation, having only 1 elevator running is...I'll let you put the word in.

Nice area, close to many things to visit.

A/C did not se to get as cool as I would like. Onsite restaurant just ok. Would have like a fridge I could put leftovers in. Fridge was filled with drinks for purchase. I like to stay in nice rooms and I pay extra to do that. I don't like being nic kled and dim ed after paying those high prices for the room. If I want to take a dessert to my room to enjoy later I should be able to have a small fridge to store it. Instead the fridge is shocked with exorbantly overpriced drinks. Also, I should not have to pay for basic internet. Another nickle and dime example.

The location was great and in walking distance to American Airlines Center. The pool was also clean and great to use on a hot summer day.

The shower/water pressure was great but the water did not drain in the tub. It required a constant on and off to comfortably take a shower. Plus, the shower curtain was too long for the height and dragged in the shower. We also found fake eyelashes on the bed stand which meant it wasn’t wiped down or cleaned.

Everything was fantastic, except the items below. The staff was courteous and professional. It was centrally located and close to my business meetings. I will definitely consider returning in the future.

The first item is one off issue that may not have been avoided. The elevators were not functioning and repairs were being made. It was a busy Saturday and many guests were frustrated. I was lucky, when I checked in they had just got one of the elevators in my tower working and myself and the bellman didn't have to figure out how to get my stuff up to the 20th floor. The second item was possibly bad planning, but it appeared as though there was not nearly enough valet parkers on duty. Again I was lucky, because I got my truck fairly quickly, but the front entrance of the hotel was backed up and there were many guest who were upset, either that their car hadn't come yet or were stuck out on the street, trying to get their car in.

Overall, I had a great experience. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and everything is clean. Staff were always available and happy to help with our questions and requests. The location is good, close to various restaurants and bars. Additionally, had a good time at the pool, enjoying the hot weather in Dallas.

Sometimes the elevators were too busy, but it didn't impact my stay.

The staff and amenities were fantastic as well as the location as we were down for the fan expo.

Only critique I have is the room could be update just a bit. No fan in the bathroom for steam for the shower, and the air conditioner felt like it hardly did any cooling.

The location to American Airlines Center and a Catholic Church for mass on Sunday. Walk across the bridge Mexican Restaurants.

When I arrived to get my room staff asked for my driver license and credit card and stated: (There is a fifty dollar deposit for the room incase you destroy some thing or some thing is missing). That was not very nice or why did she say that, I got offended and upset. How would feel if they said and guest are behind you. The staff a short black a little heavy hispanic young female.

The hotel is beautiful, you could see the cathedral from our floor. I was very disappointed that for the price I paid no breakfast or parking available. I had to pay an additional $50 for parking. Look for somewhere to eat. Then we get to our room. There are snacks on the entertainment center. But they were not free of charge. They range from $7-$10. The drinks from the mini fridge were from $5.00- $40 (beer, wine, red bull, ect)

That they do ot offer breakfast or free parking to guest

Everything!!!

N/A … liked absolutely everything (not often I can rate a hotel 10/10 and not find any real issues) If you are the type of person that likes to complain about something, then you will be disappointed. Then you can write “I didn’t like the fact I couldn’t find a problem” in this box instead :)
