Breakfast was good

Not enough parking. We had to park in the lot of the restaurant next door.

I am a repeat customer for this location. The staffing always courteous and helpful. The breakfast is always exceptional. The overall experience is always pleasant. Quick accommodating check in and check outs. Just a great place to stay. I certainly will be back as always.

I would like closet and drawer space. They have space to put your items that is in the open. Not enough for more than one in the room. I always travel with more than one person.

Loved the cleanliness, the staff were friendly and accommodating for our late check-in. Very nice snacks were available and the breakfast had a lot of options. If you're doing immigration processes from out of town, I would recommend staying here the night before. Bathroom soaps were sustainable and trash was separated for recycling. The coffee tasted good. The room was quiet. There was also a cute greeting in the room as a neat touch!

The soap and shampoo was a little harsh, more than typical hotel soaps. There was a random plastic bead in one of our coffees that appeared to be in the coffee/creamer.

Breakfast wasn't bad at all, enough to get your day started. Perhaps consider adding boiled eggs and crossaints.

The barking dog on our floor, their room was by the elevator so every time someone got off of the elevator the dog barked. Perhaps they should have been given a room down the hall

The staff were always friendly and willing to help. They would interact with the guests and offered suggestions and guidance about the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

There was not a pool on site.

The location was centric just what we needed for our short stay. The room was modern, clean and comfty. We were greated by a plasma tv with our name. The bathroom amenities were wonderful and the beds quite comfty.

The breakfast even thought there was a variety to chose from it was sadly served cold, also part of the equipment was out of service. The breakfast area seem sticky and the booth chairs for toddlers weren't clean.

Great staff and facility. Breakfast was great. Location is surprisingly quiet and secure.

It would be nice if the A/C could be turned off at night. Had to listen to it all night even after turning it off at the thermostat. There is no fresh air circulation in the room only ultra dry stale air making it difficult to breath.

Everything!! Clean, bath products were awesome, bed was so comfortable. The man that checked us in was so incredibly kind. After a very long ride from Staunton to Va Beach for a concert (a very very hot outdoor concert) he greeted us perfectly. Check in was fast and he was so welcoming! The young lady that checked us out was also very friendly.

My husband and I did not like the feel, it look and felt like a daycare and dorm style rooms. When we travel, I do not want to feel like I am in a dorm room. Tru style is not for us. If it was the only available hotel we would stay again. The staff was friendly and it was clean.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. It's a strange thing to say, but the shower gel, shampoo and condition -- provided via squeeze tubes mounted on the wall -- were outstanding.

The breakfast was so-so; OK, but not memorable. The porridge (oatmeal) was dire. An apple in the fruit bowl had a big rotten spot on it.
