The manager is the best manager I've ever dealt with. We as a family had to turn to staying after loosing our home. He has made sure we are taken care of and has worked with us on check in and out times as we navigate the worst period of our lives. Only problem I see is the customers who complain insesitnly and treat him and other staff like punching bags. He needs a raise! Thank you, for treating us with dignity... when it feels like it has been stripped from us. Kindness and respect are things that are free, and he is welcoming and darn good at his job.

Long time stayers. Apparently they are not forgiving of any circumstance. And do not care if your 14 and 15 year old will have to sleep outside in the cold. They will complain and have you kicked out on a night when your autistic child is struggling and your Esa dog is reacting to her struggling to cope. For a child who spent 10 years in the same home, drastic change brings rocking, thumping and sometimes pacing. I apologized first thing the next day. But it was made clear I was no longer welcome. Luckily, my dog is quieter, my family is more polite and we don't complain because we're just happy to be in a warm room!

On this trip was like none of my other here. I was hospitalized for almost two weeks. I stayed 4 days here and left my room maybe twice. I walk wish a cane normally but this trip I was hardly walking at all. I let staff know my problem and reason for staying this trip was to be safe and feel safe. Not only did they put me on ground floor but my ride and meals could pull right up to my door. They gave me a little brake on a couple nights cost as well. They didn't bug me but if seen me at door or sitting out side the staff always smiled and asked if I needed anything. Being alone and weak and having spent so much time off my feet that made me a customer from now on. If I had the money or could of for seen my illness I would stay here till my new living requirements were ready...

Maybe a couple STRONG hand grips in bath or railing next to front door.

When I brought my dog Mona she really liked they had a great big huge yard next to the pool and she would just run and play in that yard it was so nice and they were really kind in there very accommodating I really enjoyed my stay there so I tried to go back every time I can

There was one on chambermaid or house cleaner I'm not sure what they're called now that was extremely rude it seemed like everyday was an unhappy day for her and she made it a point to make sure you had an unhappy day as much as possible she was just unfriendly unkind and it takes away from your experience

It was quiet clean beds were comfortable

I didn't like the fact that we weren't told ahead of time the water was going to be turned off I'd have mouth surgery that day and the fact that we could use the pool

For a less expensive option, I highly recommend it. It's an older facility, but it was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave are handy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Conveniently located, well maintained, pleasant staff, lots of parking, restaurants and groceries nearby, large and well laid out rooms, mini-kitchen, compartmented bathroom, great shower. Well priced. Rooms have interior entries from hallway for security for those to whom this is important. Very well lit rooms.

Bed could have been more comfortable. It's an older facility, and if you're really fussy about fancy decor, you may find it wanting. But there are no functional deficiencies, and you'll find the rooms quite comfortable. Street is busy, but rooms are quiet and well soundproofed. Rooms are in several different buildings, and finding your room can be confusing at first. The office was at some distance from our room. Not currently doing full breakfast, but generous with what they have.

Very large rooms and spacious, kitchen part of the suite was big as well and well equipped. Beds were neat and area was nice and cool, beds were comfy

Didnt like that the stairs going up stairs were wobbly and my grandma can barley walk so going up the cement wobbly stairs was a bit frightening, you can feel the hot air from the ACs coming out of the rooms since the outside of the ACs is directly in your path of walk trying to get to your room, when usually the ACs are on the outside of the outter room facing the hotel walls and not in the inside building area exactly for that reason.

Was expecting a hot meal choice not a brown bag.

I had to wait an extra half hour to check in even though it was after the check in time posted on the internet. The price was also higher.

The pool, friendly staff, cost was reasonable for a week stay, rooms were clean and homey...no bugs and clean towels every day... heard bad reviews but place was good,

There is a bush when you exit property that is blocking view from the left.

The location is great.the room was great.

I really did not like the fact that I was charged $100 deposit on a $75 room they said it would be 3 to 4 days before I can get my money back it has been well over a week and they have not reimbursed me yet.
