The motel looks really nice. I couldn't hear any of the busy traffic outside, or other people in the motel. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom floor looked clean, however, it was so sticky that I had to clean the soles of my shoes because they were sticking to every surface after walking in the bathroom. Really not what you want to step on after your shower. I took a hand towel and hot water to the floor, and quickly realized that looks can indeed be deceiving, as the towel was nearly black when I finished, and the floor was still somewhat sticky!! This did make me wonder if there were other cleaning shortcuts taken.

We arrived in the midst of stressful motorcycle repair issues and the staff (and manager) could not have been better! They managed an early check in and gave us a better deal on our second night when we had to stay. They made sure our bikes were safe and just plain seemed to care. The laundry facilities were great and all was clean. We felt almost at home.

No complaintd

This is a nice hotel and well-located for our visit to friends living north of town. Unfortunately, it was just an overnight so did not take advantage of the hotel amenities. The breakfast room has a nice environment. With outside temps in the 90's, the room A/C did a good job of keeping the room cool. Room lighting is a little dark, but at least one overhead light.

"quiet room", not their fault, really, that traffic noise on Saturday night prevented leaving window open for fresh air. The breakfast was well presented, but suffered from food selection from the same bland Hotel Breakfast Catalog everyone else uses.

Everything was great-the room was clean , comfortable, staff was polite and helpful, location was perfect. A very good breakfast.

Booking.com lacks everything. They overcharged me $50 per night from what I chose. When I contacted the customer service I was told I would get a response within 24 hours I'm still waiting after my stay . I wasn't allowed to cancel and rebook without being charged the full price I will not book with booking .com again -- they totally stink. Very unsatisfied!!

We enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel and room. We were grateful that we could buy the cleaning materials to clean our laundry without leaving the hotel. We enjoyed the coffee that was available in the reception area, as the pods and cups ran out in our room, however, it was empty on 2 occasions.

The trash bins became a bit of a hassle after day 4, and I wish someone could have cleaned the trash bins on day 3 and refreshed the coffee cups, pods, and toilet paper.

This hotel was in the perfect location for us, being only blocks from family. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the fact that check-out was at noon. The staff all seemed really kind. The provided breakfast had a variety of available dishes, probably one of the most varied offerings I've seen at a hotel. And there was plenty of seating to be able to sit and eat without feeling rushed.

There were only two things we didn't really like. The first is that over half of the parking lot was roped off for re-paving and/or re-painting. That half was the half with the handicapped spots, leaving no handicapped spots available for use. The second was that the color balance was off on the TV in our room. I'm not sure if it needs to be replaced or just serviced, but it had a predominantly blue tinge to it. Not exactly deal breakers nor didn't really ruin the stay, just things that were inconvenient.

The kitchen and lobby space was very comfortable and clean, exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, and always cleaning areas. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also loved the little store at the front desk for quick access to drinks, snacks and small gifts. :) Parking was easily accessible and well located.

I would have liked a room clean while we were there. We stayed for 3 nights without a refresh or new linens, but we could have asked I guess. Just used to it being done without scheduling.

Breakfast was great

There were a few undesirable people hanging out at the end of the building where our room was located. That was the only issue that we dealt with. No problems though just isn’t very pleasant coming into your room when there are a group of people smoking weed and hanging out by the back entrance. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Clean and a good breakfast. It was centrally located where we needed to be.

I intentionally stayed with the idea of the hot tub. When I checked in, I noticed it was out of order. I had spent the week moving my Mom into assisted living and was physically and emotionally exhausted. The girl at the front desk when I checked in wasn’t remotely accommodating and offered to cancel my stay!

The breakfast was excellent. Oatmeal, eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits and gravy, two types of waffles. Plus all the toast, muffins and bagels. They also had a variety of yogurt. Plus coffee, hot water for cocoa or tea and decaf coffee. The dining area was open and clean. We would stay here again. The rooms were spacious and clean.
