Room was very clean, facilities were adequate check in/out was super easy. Room was well supplied with with everything we could’ve possibly needed, even Q-tips.

Well I was a little bit confused/disappointed to learn that the pool/hot tub was actually located across the street at the fitness center. My son did enjoy it the next day but the booking.com description made me think it was on site. Seems that could be made a little bit clearer in the description.

It was a nice cozy place. It was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. It was quite. The room was nicely keep and clean when we got there. The staff replied quickly to the few questions we had. Such as getting us an extra day on short notice.

We appreciated the written instructions - even if i got confused here and there!:) Under stress is never easy (medical issues). Yet your staff made a difference and this place is a god send. Thank you so much! Qe'ce yew'yew!

I had a time figuring the washer but finally got it ok! Plus there was no light in the evening to see the numbers ( for my old eyes!:)

I loved that it was all set up with everything you needed to have a great stay. loved the extra towels and bedding for the pullout sofa. The pullout was comfortable too. The jetted tub was a plus.

There was no vent, when you cooked. The skillet is cheap and it wanted to burn when you cooked.

the sofa bed mattress was enclosed in a plastic protective cover, which made the bed uncomfortable.
