After a long day on the road, our three week vacation was coming to an end. We simply wanted a hotel with a pool & jacuzzi, and included breakfast. We were overwhelmed.with this property's ambience and helpful front desk, multiple complimentary hot beverages in the lobby, and very sleek and clean appearance. We swam, relaxed in the jacuzzi, and were able to completely unwind. After arriving at our final stay (the next evening) we realized we had left my (extra) insulin in the Best Western room's refrigerator. We called in a panic but were assured they would find it and ship it to us. This was confirmed by hotel management the next morning; the package is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Bravo, Best Western Plus of North Spokane!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

My family and I had a wonderful 2-night stay at BW Plus Spokane North hotel. The front desk worker Jazmine was very welcoming and accommodated us during our stay! Breakfast waiting staff was hospitable and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool/hot tub areas were very clean! Location of hotel was perfect with a variety of restaurants and Wal-Mart nearby! My family and I would stay here again. I would highly recommend others to book their next stay with them. :-) Thank you BW Plus Spokane North staff for making our experience great!

Great location. Beds were very comfortable. Great breakfast.

Our room was right down the hall from the Pool. We stayed new years eve however I didn't expect that there would be a lot of people at the pool way past midnight. There was some parents yelling to their kids for a few minutes right outside our door that woke me up, which its very unusual for me. To no fault of their own, the front desk agent was very apologetic when I mentioned it the next day. Hope future guests are mindful of other guests ;)

Great Customer Service! Clean facility. Gym was well equipped!

Just location as far as I would be careful walking around. I don’t believe unsafe but in an area with a lot going on. City like. My car was safe and I didn’t have mistrust I just wouldn’t let my children run around outside or go to the car by them selves. Great location as far as accessing anything needed.

Breakfast was good and the lobby was cozy! Loved the lighted door numbers. Didn't get to swim or workout, but checked out the amenities. Really nice fitness center!

I do feel that $225 a night is pretty steep. Perhaps it is because it was Spokane (??). I still think I would choose this motel again if we come near Whitworth U. I appreciate that it included a breakfast and beautiful lobby/dining area :)

Room was clean as was the entire hotel. Traveling with a 5 yr old, I appreciated the 2 beds AND the pool. He had a swim after breakfast and had it all to himself. The breakfast was ok but the eggs were weird. They also accomidated out late check in without a question. Since we were running late it was a bonus.

Breakfast could have been better. Never say any staff after 9pm although you could hear them talking.

I liked the bed and the pillows. All the staff were exemplary!

I mostly came for the swimming pool. The thing that heats the pool was broken so the water was too cold for me. I saw some bits of debris in the pool and yucky hair on the deck.

Beautiful lobby and the room was very spacious..

The bathroom exhaust fan was incredibly loud, and we must have been near to the utility room. You could hear rushing water like a shower being used often. The bed was ok but made our backs hurt before morning. Wish the beds where better. Room was clean, we travel with a pet, and he definitely noticed other animals had been in the room, but he behaved and we ourselves did not notice any smells.

Hotel was clean and didn’t smell. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was great with plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great with amazing coffee. Definitely stay again.

The continental breakfast had a nice selection of food items and it was well stocked every morning we ate there.

The vending machine on our floor was broken. We ended up buying water and snacks from the “sweet shop” in the lobby, but then the front desk couldn’t process debit cards for us because their card reader wasn’t working.
