Very good staff, Very good housekeeping with high level of hygienic & good breakfast

my room is 630, which directly below the fitness center, noise of keeping the fitness equipment in the floor which affect directly in my room Also the metro noise little high, need anti-noise windows glass's

Fitst of all I would like to say thanks 🙏🙏🙏 for changing my room without any issues. In my first room I open certain and saw atrium and was shocked - it was noisy and dark but I need natural light and sun. After request to reception room was changed to another one. And after that it was one of the best staying. Silent, wonderful view, capsule coffee machine, cleaning - everything was perfect

Size of room, beautiful lounge with tables to do work, beautiful architecture of the building. Good Turkish coffee and sweets or French fries. Staff was very good.

Staff to clean room was well meaning and courteous but never washed bathroom-shower floors / I was there 40 days !. Training required. And swimming pool without a hoist, people of determination cannot use the swimming pool

In summary, this place provides excellent value for the money. The breakfast was superb, the bed comfort was exceptional, and the location was highly convenient. The cleaning staff performed exceptionally well, and the rest of the staff were also very competent. The washroom was well-maintained. The highlight was the lounge on the top floor, offering a breathtaking view of the Burj Al Arab and Khalifa at night! The only downside was the wifi, which could be improved.

This is my second time staying in the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jamila and Vilma. The manager gave us extra checkout time. The breakfast was delicious. The location is wonderful. Just walk to the Kimpinski hotel, take the accelerator, and you are in the Mall of Emirates. I will definitely go there again in the future. 😊

Nothing except one advice, make an agreement with the hotel taxi driver about the price before he drops you so both of you are happy and satisfied.

The hotel had everything I needed from a hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The spa was amazing in particular the opening times.

The staffing at the pool area. I originally had to look for the bar…it would benefit a sign and menus around the bed areas. I always had to look for someone to take my order. One of the females was either sitting on her phone or smoking the pipe in the evening, I had to ask he one night if she was actually working…just in case her shift had come to an end.

ONE THING I WOULD LIKE THEM TO IMPROVE ON IS BY PUTTING MICROWAVES IN EVERY ROOM. I KNOW THEY MIGHT HAVE NOT KEPT IT FOR SOME SAFETY REASONS BUT STILL ITS HANDY AND QUICK IF THERE IS A MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM. REST EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.

We like the ambience of the hotel, and the view was extremely good towards Burj Al Arab. The hotel staff was so friendly and the hospitality was too good

The hotel is very close to Mashreeq metro station, and bus station is right infront of the hotel which helped us to go to Jumeirah beach It is highly recommended for spending leisure in Dubai
