Very good location. To Niagra falls 10min walk. Free parking and a swiming pool. Kids loved it. Beds were super comfy and the room was very big. Very quiet neigbourhood and seemed also safe at night. Not far from the bridge to Canada. Laundry room is also available to wash your clothes.

We found an empty water bottle in the bathroom and a used cup behind the bed. Seems to be missed by cleaning stuff. Breakfast was also so-so. I guess typical American- eggs, waffels, sausages. I missed some vegetables such as cucumber, tomatoe.

Fresh coffee all day long. Decent choices for breakfast that change a bit each day. They provided extra bedding upon request. Cleaning service every other day. The pool is warm salt water and helps you recover your stamina while relaxing. The location is fantastic for walking to the falls and surrounding areas. Easily accessible parking. (Side note:Griffin Gastropub is a must eat place)

The scrambled eggs are... Questionable? LoL but really this is all I could find to truly criticize. This hotel was on point!

We stopped through on our way back to Rochester, NY and went to the Casino for a little fun. The location is excellent and parking is great since you can walk over to the casino if you choose. The rooms are nice and clean, but the particular room we stayed in, the bed was a little uncomfortable and creaked every time either one of us shifted. We went with the King sized bed versus the Queen beds. The bathroom was very updated and clean which was good and we did manage to make it to breakfast the next morning. I would say that the 24 hour coffee is awesome and not bad for free coffee, and we did also like having the microwave and mini fridge in the room as well. Overall, I think the rooms are fairly priced and you do get a good deal staying at the Hampton Inns. Generally, we go for Marriott, but we are looking more at the Hampton Inns for a good price and clean facilities.

We didn't like the uncomfortable bed, but other than that the quality of the room was good for the price we paid.

Staff was very unfriendly. Didn't seem to know anything about the area or didn't want to tell me. We were on our own to find nearby restaurants. The staff in the morning just said ok when I told her I was checking out. Not thank you, or have a good day . Breakfast could have used another meat on the breakfast bar. Chicken sausage looked very unappealing.

Pets were welcomed

The $75 pet charge was not expected to be in addition to what I booked the stay at.

The concierge Luci was delightful and gave us some good info for getting around on foot. She said it was a fifteen minute walk to view the falls at the state park just off Rainbow Blvd and she did not mislead.

Our room (#208) was comfortable and had all the amenities listed, but the view was the backside of the front lobby signage and the top of the roof entrance overhang. But we only stayed one night, wasn't there for the view out the window. Room was equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator.

We ended up staying for New Years and liked the location because it was close to the casino. Luckily the weather was not too cold and we were able to walk over. The room was clean and the shower worked properly. Unfortunately, we didn't make it up for breakfast which was included with the room. The staff people were very friendly and accommodating.

The parking was a little inconvenient for our friends who were also staying there. They did not find a spot on their return from the casino. Would have enjoyed a better view but we were not in the room for too long. The price for one night was a tad high, but I'm guessing it was because of the New Years Eve celebrations.

The hotel was walking distance to all that we wanted to do and see but was away from the busier part of town. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the continental breakfast.

The only negative was the location of our room. We were right above the mechanical room, so we could hear noise from the various mechanisms running the hotel. We were not in our room very much, but it did affect one person’s ability to sleep.

The key thing was the breakfast area was too small for the amount of guests that often arrived at the same time, which made it difficult for the staff to keep the breakfast items stocked, this was not helped by some families who decided to take 3 pots of cereal each rather than just what they required, this is not a criticism of the staff. The only downside of the room only had a shower over bath rather than a walk in shower.
