The welcoming cookies and the breakfast were great! During our check-in time, the hotel gave us a warm good times cookie and it was soooo delicious and healed us after a long trip from Jakarta to KL and KL airport to the hotel. I bought 2 cans of cookies and brought them to Indonesia! The cafeteria near the hotel elevator sold them. During my stay, every day, the staff sent messages to ask about my stays and was there anything they could help. It's awesome! The room 1428 in the corner has an extra isle and it was superb except the last night I stayed; a smell of cigarettes was there. I'm not sure whether it can reach my room from my Neighbour (since the room has connecting door) or air conditioner :(

Room was very good quality and quiet. The hotel is in a good location being co-located with a large, higher-end shopping mall (which includes restaurants and a supermarket) (access to the hotel lobby is through the mall). It's walking distance to the Petronas Twin Towers/central city + taxis are readily available outside the mall main entrance. There are several in-house restaurants, including a 'food court' style restaurant enabling guests to sample Chinese, Indian, Malay and European cuisines for dinner as well as breakfast. Pool was large and never crowded, gym was very well equipped and well maintained. There are large conference facilities in house. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location: near a train station (in fact, you can see it upon leaving the mall in which the hotel is) and within walking distance for the famous Petronas Towers. Breakfast is quite a smorgasbord spread consisting of Indian, Asian, Chinese and Western cuisine. My booking included dinner and my dinner (buffet) on the first night was had on the 11th floor. Like breakfast, it had a lot of options from various cultures. My room was quite spacious that included a great and comfortable sofa, on which I spent a lot of time while in the room. There is a welcoming drink (you have to help yourself), and I was given a warm choc-chip cookie upon checking in. On my last day, my check-out time was extended by 8 hours because of a mix-up with housecleaning, which did a great job, inn general. Unfortunately, I could not take them up on the entire time because of my flight time. I stayed for only two more hours.

My dinner on the second night which was in the Italian restaurant on the 10th floor. Unlike my dinner on the previous night, this was a la carte. The portions were quite small.

We arrived early as we were travelling by road, and the traffic was better than expected. We checked-in and were allowed to go to our room early, which was unexpected. Staff at check-in was very efficient and friendly. The buffet breakfast is excellent, once again manned by friendly staff. The room was good. The beds were comfy. The hotel has a nice sized swimming pool on a roof top (which we did not use). It is situated in the same building as the French embassy where we had a meeting, so the location was perfect. Check out was super-efficient, once again with friendly staff.

For a hotel of that standing, I would expect cleanliness to be impeccable: it was disappointing to find hair stuck to the wall of the shower and the conditioner was all clumpy.

Staff were helpful and had us checked in and checked out very quick. In-room facilities - The shower was amazing! The WiFi was also great. Location was pretty great. A 15 minute walk to KLCC and pretty central even for Grab rides (which were 100% necessary when it rained). It’s also attached to Intermark mall, with cafes which have its own little charm and deserve exploration.

Little things - the TV had two permanent lines across it when turned on, the towels were a little thin and rough, and the ironing board was very short. But these didn’t really impact the quality of our stay.

As a family, we stayed at Double Tree By Hilton for six nights. The hotel's location is at the City Centre which facilitated good transportation service. The staff members were exceedingly amicable and accommodating. The bed was comfortable to sleep on, and the room was clean. The breakfast was also exceptional, as it offered a diverse selection of foods.

Nevertheless, at the entrance, the escalator going upwards was inoperable, and it was not repaired during the entire time of our stay. Additionally, despite the extensive breakfast menu, the entire establishment was characterised by a strong curry aroma. I believe proper ventilation is required in the breakfast area. Except for that, the experience was generally enjoyable.

Staying at this hotel was such a lovely experience! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed so warmly. Everything was so clean and beautifully kept, and the beds were super comfy while the bath products were of great quality. The staff were just amazing so friendly and attentive, especially the room service team, who were always so nice and quick to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, MRT was within 5 min and KLCC was one stop away. Plus, the hotel was inside the Intermark Mall which had many restaurants and fast food places, sports direct, Jaya Grocer and a Guardian/ Watsons. Basically all you need. It all came together to make the whole stay really special.

The biggest and widest breakfast buffet i have ever seen, and the food from all stations was exceptionally waiters chefs, and matron all had beautiful smiles throughout. me and my sisters had such gastronomical time. room was good in size for late three people. we asked for late checkout, and they gave us 2 extra hours at no cost. Great place. Will definitely come back

we forgot our bag in the taxi we came to the hotel with and wanted the hotel to check thier cctv cameras so we could retrieve the car number and trace the car, but we didn't get any proper attention and help, hence we lost a whole bag with new goods and items bought

Location is very convenient, close to MRT station and the towers. The supermarket and many restaurants are downstair. The swimming pool is great. The first room we got was a superior room but the noise from the train woke me up, so we asked for a different room, we got a standard room, and it was quiet. The staffs were very professional and friendly, we liked it a lot.

The Tosca restaurant food could be better, our food came out cold and bland. This is KL, so many other Italian restaurant to choose from. You need to up your game.

This is a fantactic hotel, and great location, super value for money, the hotel staff can not do enough for you, even took our bags to the car on level 6, The hotel has a salt water pool and jacuzzi with a fully equipt Gym on Level 10, Breakfast was amazing I am watching my sugar and there's tons of healthy options, you literaly want for nothing in this place, escalator access to the Intermark below which has everything you need including a food court in the basement, with 4no pharmacy's. You can easly connect to the LRT from the building 1 stop to KLCC. we swapped rooms on the last night and had a lovely view of KL, you can contact the receiption on wotsapp which is so much better and saves alot of frustration. A big thanks to Hilton as well letting us check out a bit later at 12:30pm we had a very relaxing stay, which was very much needed

TV in the room screen has slightly damaaged, we reported it and Hilton offered us another room straight away, but we didnt need it.
