I appreciate that the staff works hard to accomodate their guests. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom toiletries are really nice and of good quality. I note that renovations are wrapping up nicely and the whole building is starting to reflect that Signature Inn quality.

My only issue is the lack of communication between Booking.com and the facility itself. On two separate occasions the booking i made through this platform did not directly correspond in their system and while it did not affect my second stay too badly (other than a delay in check-in) i was not able to get the room/bed i had initially reserved in the first instance.

The room was clean, bed comfortable. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very basic, the facilities far less than I was expecting. No fridge, hairdryer, or iron. Only toiletries was soap. I booked to be close to the airport, but didn't realise how far I would be from the tours, and traffic was always very heavy and noisy. Plenty of food options close by.

It was noisy during the day and night. Not just traffic, but inside the hotel. As a light sleeper, I was constantly being woken up.

It was a convenient location from the airport, clean, no bugs, comfortable bed. No carpet, so it feels extra clean. A/C works well. Room gets nice and dark. Restaurants within walking distance. Perfect for a one night stay

No airport shuttle. An Uber was $32. No coffee. Laminate flooring is starting to lift in some spots, so the floor feels uneven

Good clean beds and nice staff at the reception.

We were deducted $10 of the deposit because of a stain on one of the towels (we dried up some Coke that we spilled in the refrigerator). Normally a wash of the towel would clean it, so that is a strange way of getting extra income.

You get what you paid for not less, not more. I stayed here few times already and never been disappointed. Most importantly it's clean, smells good and the airport is easy access. The rooms are actually pretty spacious and the bed is comfortable.

Other guests are usually pretty noisy.

The price and location were great for a night before going to my cruise. Although the nearby restaurants are on the other side of the street, the food was great. The bed was comfy and got a quiet sleep night even for being super close the airport.

The bathroom could have a little more maintenance.

The room was very clean. Surfaces were new. Very minimalist design. Easy to find. The front desk staff were very pleasant. We were directed to the plaza across the street for dinner. We really enjoyed the Cuban restaurant. Perfectly cooked fish. After reading many reviews about hotels in Miami I chose this one because it was noted as being very clean and well cared for.
