The bed is comfortable and the tv is nice size. The internet is good and did not drop. The bathroom is nice the way is setup and enjoyed nice shower. The staff is alright but don't expect them to go the extra mile for you.

The location is next to the exit freeway and can be hard to drive into the hotel premises. Parking is tight and not easy to get in with a big vehicle. If you park on the first floor you will have to walk up the stairs to the main lobby and elevators. One of the elevators had a small dripping coming into it. Breakfast is expensive if you want to pay for a buffet.

The beds were very comfy. We were able to get a high room but I’m sure that’s because we had two children and they put all of the children and pets on the top floors. It was fine by me though bc I wanted a high floor to be away from the down stairs noises. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was pretty small. Other than that good location was minutes from downtown.

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the indoor/outdoor pool. Only to be disappointed bc it was closed and not heated. My boys were so disappointed bc they wanted to swim. Guess it’s a lesson learned to call ahead of time before I book any future locations with pools. It was a real bummer. Everything else was okay.

The Christmas decorations and friendliness of the staff

There was a shower drain issue in my room, fire alarm issue (it went off late Christmas evening and rang for about 20mins. While that was disturbing, what was troublesome is that the alarm did not sound throughout the entire building. Firefighters came and no explanation was given. What if danger existed? People on the 20th floor did not hear the alarm.), confusion with breakfast (never told that there was a cost), and the only access to microwaves was granted through travelling to the LL level in a cold hallway.

Out twin occupancy room was spacious as we were two of us with my high school friend to attend our 42nd reunion with old mates. There was ample parking but didn't use the breakfast at the hotel. Thanks for the team to make our stay comfortable.

There is nothing we didn't like as such.

Location. It was a perfect for what we wanted to do.

Parking. It was good except for working the gate of the parking area. Staff kept telling me to use my room key but there was no way for the card to work. Need to put a bar code on the keys so they can be scanned.

I did like that the room was spacious it was beautiful and it was very clean

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay $33 to park I think that rate is insane especially when you're already paying to stay at the facility I think parking should not be over $20.

We had problems with loud kids on our floor the hotel staff at the front desk moved us to a beautiful suite on another floor we really appreciated that my husband also left his phone in our first room the hotel staff it and returned it we greatly appreciated this as well

The cleaning staff and desk services representatives were wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind. I felt safe and loved that everything was there within the hotel.

I wish the breakfast was included but my significant other had to pay. Also paid parking.

Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you to ensure your stay is satisfactory. I loved the outdoor sitting area with the fire pits. The dining and bar area was nice.

I didn't like paying $28.00 daily to park on site. Leaving out of the parking area can be confusing. Staff will assist you if you need help.

Quick check in& out. Quiet & large room. Nice view. Good coffee and tea selections for the room coffee machine with paper cups.

No complimentary water bottles.
