Service, friendliness, Audrey and Abbey were great, I was there a week and they made me feel at home as much as is possible. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was mediocre. Fresh fruit was good, , powdered scrambled eggs, eggs, bacon and sausage weren't good. I'm good with just a good cereal and granola choice but the best option was raisin bran. I went to the store and had my own cereal, yoghurt, granola in my room. I also bought some half and half to put in my cup and walked down to get coffee, coffee was ok, not great.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and it was located where we could walk to the river or to the fort. There are shops, cafes etc in the general area and a restaurant in the parking lot.

The bugs in the room. Found a fisher in our bed that we gave to the front desk because where there is one there is more. The noise was outrageous so maybe regulating quiet time would be good because we were up all night with the people next to us yelling, pounding on the floor and walls. But that was the only thing we can say negative because it was a great place and we will be back.

Located conveniently in the downtown, just off the freeway. Our room was on the small side, but comfortable and spotlessly clean. The included breakfast was very satisfying.

For some reason, our gps directed us off the freeway at the right exit, but then turned us in the wrong direction before telling us we had arrived at our destination. We had not, and had a hard time finding it, but that was not the hotel’s fault.

This was my third time staying there, and will continue to stay there when I visit family. The location is only five minutes from where they live. The staff is recognizing me from repeated visits. They are always friendly. I’ve never had breakfast there, cause we always go out for breakfast, but I could see it was very popular for those staying. I heard this Inn was 100% full for Memorial Day weekend.

* Clean, comfortable, staff is friendly, very near downtown/waterfront. * This property is my favorite for Vancouver/Portland, near I-5. Location, location, location! * Ice machines always work. * Snack & drink machines usually well stocked and in good working order, card or cash accepted. Floors 2, 3, 4 all have different selections, so I check them all before deciding. * A Black Angus Steakhouse is in the parking lot! Happy Hour 3p-6p, food & drink specials. * No transients. Walked downtown, waterfront, The Fort, and to Beaches Restaurant, didn't see any, felt safe 💯 * This hotel is my go-to since my daughter started school at WSUV in 2017. I got her enrolled, found her an apartment, bought everything she needed, DMV, Registrar of Voters ALL from this hotel.

This property is in need of a remodel/update.

I stay in hotels a lot. For a 3 star hotel this was excellent. The remodel (not sure how recent) was very well done, w/ high end materials: i.e., tile and a big porcelain tub in the bathroom, rather than a fiberglass insert. Whenever I need a hotel in the area, I'll be staying here.

I don't give 10s in reviews. That means perfect:) But, I have no negative comments about this property.

My room could have been cleaner, I found a used bandaid on the floor on one side of the bed and a napkin with empty creamer packets on the other side of the bed. The bed itself seemed clean and the bathroom also seemed clean.

Knowing that we would arrive very early, and I would need to be on a work Zoom meeting by noon the day we arrived, I phoned two days before, asking if there was any way I could have my meeting there. Destiny answered, and she hooked me up! She made sure there was an unused room where I could host all my conference calls until our room was ready. AMAZING service! The bed was also super comfy in our room, and everyone was so polite. Best of all, fantastic rate! We will stay here exclusively from now on!

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was well-rounded with options. The rooms were clean and quiet with ample towels. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The pool was nice. I hope they get a hot tub in the future and fix the dryer so that guests can use the laundry service.

No dryer for swimsuits.

Property was in a quiet part of town close to attractions. The breakfast was decent, the staff friendly enough. The pool is nice and the exercise room is small but well equipped for basic exercise sessions.

Vending machines could have better options, some of the sheets had an odd stain or two.
