This hotel was exactly what we hoped it would be, and more. It was so close to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium - we were able to easily and safely walk to and from the venue. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was great and the fitness facility was nice and clean, too. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and kind. Shoutout to Kiki, who keeps the 4th floor spotless! Parking was available each day of our stay at the hotel, and it was really nice to know that my car was parked in a safe lot. When we come back to ATL, we will be staying here again!

I honestly don't have a single complaint about this hotel. It was very clean, in a great spot, friendly staff, amenities were as depicted on the website. 10/10. Keep up the great work!

The charming front desk manager was superb, offering advice on parking, nearby dining, and adjusting our room location to make for easier access. All in good humor with strong intellect. We were in Atlanta only for a day, and he guided us in selecting priorities and recommended a neighborhood bar with a killer cast of characters and scrumptuous drinks and food offerings. The very clean room included a seating area and room to situate our myriad bags. The breakfast room hostess was warm and so helpful. The other guests were friendly and interesting. We, therefore, now love Atlanta and want to hurry back.

Atlanta's lack of parking and convenient navigating options. But, still, great people.

The staff was the best. We got there for an early to check in. Madison was more than helpful. We came back from our trip and when we got to the room. The tv did not work. The lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Elizabeth, was more than helpful and got us a new room. That was actually an upgrade. The next morning, breakfast was excellent (Bacon, eggs, ham, grits, cereal, muffins, waffles, hash brown). Also Melissa, the breakfast attendant, was friendly and polite. Recommend is an understatement

It was convenient to the location we were going to. The Cowboy Carter Tour! Mercedes Benz Stadium. The Southern Hospitality was awesome 👍🏾I want to give a special thanks to Mellisa, Chrissy, Evany, and Debra! You were the best! Thank you to Security also! Great Job! Need more parking.

The location was perfect for downtown Atlanta near the Mercedes venue, and the historic African American section. The staff were perfect, very attentive and courteous. The room was clean, and there were no noise issues while I was there. There was one issue which the staff responded to promptly.

The cable didn't work, and it is a known issue to management. Really, this should just be fixed because everything else was great.

In Atlanta for Falcon game. Quick walk to the stadium. Parking for game at the hotel (for a fee) but that was a big help. Restaurant/bar within the complex/other side of parking lot which was super convenient, food and drink were good as well. Staff was nice, place was immaculate, room was nice size, breakfast included.

Lobby was a bit tight (for breakfast) but its not that kind of hotel where guests are hanging out in the lobby.

The staff was vey friendly. They were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. My room was very clean and cozy! There was security on the grounds to walk around after a certain time. Made me feel safe.

The overflow parking lot was across the street. I was nervous about looming and going only because I was alone. Not really a bad complaint. Just remember to be safe when walking at night.

Everything was clean and the room was really comfortable.

I think there were some people in the room next door that we’re playing songs and it was really late, I know it’s not the hotel’s fault so I won’t attribute it to them. Also the area around the hotel isn’t the safest so I’d recommend people to be extra careful when walking at night and avoid doing it if possible.
