I chose this location for the proximity to Vanderbilt. I was able to walk to school easily. I liked the rooms were updated and a had a small kitchen. The free breakfast was a plus. I liked that they offer complimentary printing, since I needed to print something out for school that I forgot to bring.

When I first checked in, I was placed on the 10th floor and the WiFi was not connecting at all. When I called the front desk, Engy was SO nice and really tried to help me. I needed the wifi for school, so she suggested I move to a lower floor. She waited to make sure once I moved to a lower floor that I could connect to my wifi and it was working. The rest of the stay, the wifi was good, except maybe once or twice it did try to disconnect again. I didn’t like that the elevators always took so long, both going up or coming back down.

This is my third time staying since I visit for when I have block week at Vanderbilt. Breakfast is always the same, except for one time, usually waffles or pancakes or French toast etc. changes every day.

The pillows were so soft this time, I had to stack a bunch together to get comfortable. Also, this is the first time I stayed in a room that didn't have the kitchen. There is a fridge and microwave which is nice. However, they should have at least one plate and one set of silverware. They had a lot of glasses but I think it would be beneficial to even have one plate or bowl. I've always had a little trouble with the wifi depending on how high the floor I stay on is, the higher the floor, the slower the wifi I feel like. on Monday after school, I came back and the wifi was slow or stopped working the entire evening from 4p-11pm. Their only suggestion was I come downstairs to work to use the wifi.

I stayed here previously and loved the location because I can walk to Vanderbilt. I liked that the room is spacious. The TV turns for the living room to go towards the bed. The kitchenette is also very nice to have. They also have free breakfast in the morning. Staff is always great. They also have a printer if you need to print anything!

For some reason this stay, my room was not cleaned everyday. The other stays I had, someone cleaned my room everyday. Not that it really bothered me but it was just different than last time. I wish a bottle of water was included in the stay.

This is my 4th time staying here, the breakfast is good for being complimentary. The room is good and clean. The wifi didn't give me a problem this time. The only time I really hear other people is when they slam their doors or are walking in the halls.

The front desk every time tells me the cleaning for the room will be done every other day, i stayed there for 6 days and it was only cleaned one time. Also, when I checked in, they tried to charge me for the room again even though I already paid on booking.

The morning breakfast was fantastic.To have a nice breakfast in the morning-before heading out to concur the Nashville area was fantastic.When ,we got there a little earlier then 3:00-Engy Ibrahim was very good-with getting our rooms ready and giving us time to take care of everything and she had many other guests to contend with-She is very professional and a wonderful multi tasker!!I would definitely recommend Hyatt House to others.

Parking was very expensive and was not in our budget-But-I let friends no that-they can find other places to park if they want to walk up the street.

The hotel was close to Ascension hospital which was convenient for my husbands surgery. The accommodations were very nice and the staff was kind, considerate and helpful. Breakfast was great!

Our room was chilly. The heat didn’t keep up with the size of the suite. We eventually turned the heat to 80° and the room temp hovered around 65°. I’m sure that temp works well for some..but not older folks lol, especially post surgical patients. We were offered the choice of changing to another room but it was difficult to move after surgery.

Check in was easy. It wasn’t busy so accessing elevators, breakfast and the lobby restrooms were fast and easy. They have a 24hr snack/drink area which helped on out first night there. They also held our bags after check-out since our flight was later in the evening.

We could hear neighboring rooms when they opened/closed their window shades. Never any talking or tvs but the shades were really loud, sounded like the ones in our room were being opened. It was strange. Late at night we could also very clearly hear doors opening and closing in the hallway. Just not very sound proof rooms. The tv also lost signal for a long time and there was no vent in the bathroom. Lastly, Uber rides added up as they are not walking distance to Broadway (30min walk).

When i was checking out on June 1 of this year parking is part of bill i gave my ticket to the lady at the desk didn't give back my ticket so as I was living the parking garage I had to pay again just to get out of parking garage so when I got down to the main level I went in and them what I had did. The lady told me I didn't have to pay again I was like to late already did so she took a picture of the transaction still waiting on the refund

It was very convenient and easy to get to. It was also very close to our appointments. It was very well kept and had great options for breakfast!

When I checked in originally, I asked if they had any medical discounts as we were there for an appointment they said no. But we ended up having to stay a second night and The clerk asked me if it was due to a medical appointment and I said yes, and the second night was 75$ cheaper .
