Breakfast was superb. High quality and excellent options with exceptional service from the staff. They brought drinks and food to table when they saw us waiting or struggling. Great service from them. Also, every choice of food was really tasty and the omelettes made on request were amazing. The hotel is very clean and the location is perfect. Swimming pool area was very clean and many seatings available. Took a swim but the water was very cold. Did not matter to me felt good. All the staff especially Yousaf, Khaled, Muhammad and Mourad at breakfast were exceptional, they really made us feel welcome with big smiles and salaams every time they saw us. Thank you for making me and my wifes first visit in agadir really memorable and very safe. We hope to come again in the future. The staff are the real stars of this hotel. Without them this would be a basic hotel.

Loud music at the back and side of the hotel, sometimes until 2am. Pool area becomes a shisha bar/nightclub at night with many outside visitors and many hotel security guards. It was an experience. But i would change the music timings to finish earlier.

Location is next to food places haircut shops and exchange. Beach is within walking distance too - night life is just wow and there is always a party in Mabrouk and nearby

The shower wasn’t consistent with hot water

The hotel is attached to two nightclubs, which for us was great as we love a party. Although drinks were more expensive here than they were anywhere else, but you are paying for the service because the staff in the nightclubs were amazing. Once you walk in they take you to your table, you order what you want, so we ordered a bottle of grey goose and sprite, they gave us the vodka, sprite, a bottle of water, bucket of ice and snacks. Once you finish your drink the staff will fill up your cup again, once you run out of water of mixer another bottle is replaced. At the end of the night we were only charged for the bottle of vodka (€130) which was great. And we didn’t finish our bottle so the staff took it up to our room with a new bottle of water and new bottle of sprite (fridge was too small to store all of this) Even if your not into nightclubs it’s definitely worth going in one night for the experience, the nightclubs stay open until 4:30am and the music is extremely loud, but you get a taste of the Moroccan music and their way of dancing, so different to ours 😂 The staff and the desk were friendly and helpful as well if we had any questions. The pool was lovely and clean, we were the only ones that used it for some reason, there was security at the entrance all day and night which was great, room was cleaned everyday and was lovely and clean, would have liked a room with a balcony tho, but for the amount of time we actually spent in the room it was fine

Only thing I would say is the staff during the day at the pool were slow to come to us, and there was no lift in the place but the staff carried our bags up to the room when we landed

We loved the tranquility and the fact that the hotel was Very quiet at our time of visiting. The staff were very attentive, although the premises were very quiet. A special mention has to go to Kamal the young waiter, nothing was too much for him, and he went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was of a decent standard, with fresh omelettes and eggs readily available. Drink quite expensive, £5 for a bottle of Budweiser, £4 for a can of soft drinks, but alcohol is generally expensive in Agadir. Pool area is absolutely stunning, and shishi bar at night is very good also. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again, and would recommend it highly.

The fact that there was extensive building works going on , especially when we weren't aware of any before arriving. We feel, that if we book a vacation through booking.com, then at the very least, we should be made aware of any ongoing work's. Having said that, it didn't disturb us enough to dampen our break. We stayed in room 101, and had a few problems with the key card, but again, dealt with immediately when asked to rectify.

Staff were very friendly and there was a good banter, rooms were very clean and due to the great atmosphere at the pool in the evenings it was a very lively place, it has its own disco and a club with live music, also great food by the pool. It is a place for people who enjoy music till 1.30am. Breakfast was good and we really enjoyed the omelettes and the parathas in the mornings. Rooms were very clean and we had a sea view and a pool view from our room. I would definitely stay again compared to a few others I have stayed in this hotel was a delight.

The only issue I had was the price shoots up in the summer months, off peak I paid £56 for a room, but 1st week of July it shot up to £131 per night and we stayed for 7 days so it all adds up.

The Hotel was in a great location, Rooms were comfortable and clean, it is an adult-only hotel so the Pool area is an outdoor shisha area with music playing till late! Was not an issue with us! Some people moaning on here! Every single member of staff was great! Room service is available 24/7 and great food at the hotel, expect to pay more in the hotel! I gave this 9.9 only because one member in reception wished I had taken his name! He was working on Friday late shift with glasses a skinny tall build rude! Everyone else was great especially Yusuf who welcomes you in like you his family! Fatima in the breakfast area was also so hospitable … this is a great hotel for anyone who doesn’t mind shisha, music and entertainment.

Mohammed at night reception always looked after me and my friends. Making sure there is always glasses and ice on arrival (within seconds). Perfect hospitality and a quick problem solver. I came and stayed this trip again purely because of his service. Will be back again a third time too. Hassan the manager is also very welcoming and ensured everything is in order for our stay.

The property possesses a wow factor literally from the moment you arrive! surrounded by palm trees and strobe lighting! it literally lights up the street. with a huge electric barrier gate and security staff! it literally feels like you have arrived as royalty. The inside is clean and inviting with 24hr reception staff that will literally do anything for you. Rooms are exceptionally clean and beds were comfortable. we were kindly upgraded just because! an our suite was amazing with a terrace area big enough to host a gathering. An the amazing view of the pool area that becomes "the hottest spot" in town on the evenings with entertainment. honestly one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in my life.

I didn't like that I couldn't stay forever and ship my family over lol x

The location was a 5minute walk to the beach and various shops, very close to the Souks via taxi The area in general was very safe, and clean with lots of lovely restaurant's only a few mins walk The pool area was so relaxing and food in the hotel was superb All the staff within the hotel as well as security staff at the main gates were very friendly, and couldn't do enough for us

My second visit to this Hotel and like my first visit was excellent staff are friendly and you will always find the same faces so makes it feel more like home! Great stay nice and clean , breakfast has improved and food at the restaurant at the hotel is 10/10! Great shisha area for a night time chill! Scott at reception is a legend and one of the friendliest and helpful person at the hotel!
