The location is good because it's only 12 min to Marakesh Medina, few restaurants and the shopping mall nearby. Two adults and two kids swimming pools, enough sun beds. We got a big room with a living room area and the view to the swimming pool which was nice. You could order drinks and food at the pool (you need to pay separately). We wanted to relax for a couple days by the pool and it was a great hotel for a short stop.

The hotel itself needs renovation, also it's a bit confusing because we booked with Club Paradisio however, we could use the pool, the bar and all other areas in the other hotel which is connected to Club Paradisio, it's like one building, breakfast was also at the other hotel restaurant. The other hotel looks after better. We didn't like that the staff insisted on leading us to the room, like we cannot read the numbers saying it's very confusing, but the real reason is that the guy who showed us the way wanted tips and would not leave the room (pretend something doing or showing) until you tip him.

We stayed for a night when our flight got cancelled, arrived late and left after breakfast, thus haven't tried a swimming pool or other facilities. The receptionist was very kind and gave us a family room where we fit with our 3 kids instead of using our online reservation of 2 rooms, which was almost double price too (luckily it was possible to cancel it). The breakfast had plenty of choice and was tasty. The pool looked nice through the window, the kids would have liked to try small slides, but unfortunately, we had no time.

Check-in took long. We booked an hour before arriving at the hotel, and apparently, it was (almost) full, thus it took a while to find a suitable room for our family. We were glad we were helped though.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very welcoming and professional. A special thanks to the reception team, especially Najoua, for her kindness , and Kenza from Guest relation for her great assistance. I also want to give a big thank you to the housekeeping team and the restaurant staff for their excellent service. The hotel is in a great location, just 10 minutes from the Medina by taxi. I highly recommend it.

Thanks to all the very very welcoming staff available and smiling, we had a pleasant time the hotel and beautiful very clean the beds are very very comfortable and the staff and very very available to all requests, a big thanks to Miss Nassima and Mr Bennis for being present and available for all my family. The hotel is perfectly located, you don't need a car, you can do it on foot, I highly recommend this establishment and when we are back in Marrakech, it is certain that I will be relocating here, thank you for everything. Room change accommodated without any problems. Bigger , better, ground floor accessibility and convenient to both pools and restaurants. Friendly staff and doing their best to assist. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city noise and traffic. On two evenings we were pleasantly surprised to walk into our room after a long day of sightseeing to find that housekeeping had beautifully decorated our room in a romantic atmosphere by putting colourful petals of flowers on the bed, pillows and towels.

Language barrier - it was a challenge to communicate in English as staff were more conversant and fluent in Arabic and French. Nevertheless managed to work around it and still enjoyed my stay.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. It's close to the airport, it is a comfortable place with friendly and helpful staff. Kenza and Anwar were really lovely and helpful in the four days we stayed. They have a massive property with two large outdoor swimming pool. I booked for breakfast inclusive, their breakfast is a buffet with varieties of lovely meals and drinks. I will surely refer other people to this place.

The greatest asset of this hotel is the personnel! They are super friendly, helpful and nice.

The internet is very weak there were moment you can’t get connection so it was impossible to work. The cleaning service could do better. Hard to find this location even for the taxi driver as there is no sign that shows you came to the right place .

Highly recommended. It was a pleasant surprise! I read some bad reviews about the hotel and was a little apprehensive. The Hotel, its staff, the food, absolutely everything exceeded my expectations. It didn't interfere with my vacation, but in one of the pools the music was very loud, during the day and also during the night. Some days the music was loud until after 10pm. It was the only thing that annoyed me a little.

Pool was fantastic, the entertainment staff and bar staff were very family/child friendly and that was very important for us. The food and the quality of services was excellent. Highly recommended for families. Reception staff are always available to help.

The Air conditioning wasn't as cold as it could have been, but saying that it was 45 degrees outside. Overall a lovely experience.
