Just the fact the the swimming was not accessible (which was written on the website so Okay) and the fact that the spa center was not free (which I didn't see mentionned on the website), that part was unfortunate.

The staff is excellent. Everyone is exceptionally friendly. People who work at breakfast area - guys I cannot even express in words how grateful I'm to all of you for your smiles, friendliness and a sincere desire to help and make your stay happy. Thank you for this and please don't change. Breakfast has a good selection, I particularly liked carrot/beetroot and ginger shots, they were excellent. My room also had a good view of the bay area and was v quiet, I didn't hear anyone..grateful for a daily upload of bottled water, for someone who drinks lots of water it was helpful. Comfortable clean bed, there is also an iron board and iron in the room which is useful. Good WiFi connection. A walking distance to a shopping mall and some other great hotels where you can have drinks with a view. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable, I didn't want to leave.

The hotel is a bit outdated, and at some point would need some major refurbishment. It didn't affect cleanliness though.

Very comfortable hotel in great location to the sea side, restaurants and airport.

Once many guests were at the breakfast at the same time the personal was totally overwhelmed and not in control of the situation and tasks. This was no problem if one has enough time for breakfast, but became a problem if you had an appointment.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days with my 4 year old, and i must say it was a wonderful experience overall. The location was fantastic, great variety of options at the breakfast buffet. A special shoutout to Mr. Kakon, Laura, Chef Muna and Chef Sohel for being attentive. Their warmth & professionalism did not go unnoticed. Additionally, the concierge team, particularly Rezart & Fazlur were extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. I would absolutely stay here again on our next visit and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Need more options for pillows. The ones we used were too soft.

We loved our stay at Qabilla Westbay from the moment we arrived. Muhammad at the check in desk was so warm and welcoming and he set us up in an room with an amazing sea view. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Also the breakfast buffet is top notch: omelletes, waffles, pancakes. plus several other options and the staff at the restaurant are so attentive. The indoor pool is also a highlight ..its located at the top floor and also give you great views of Westbay and Doha.

I wish there had been more outlets near the bed and the AC can be a little inconsistent at times...either too warm or too cold....but after a while i got a hang of the AC controls. But these are minor issues and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing staff.. from the managers to the ground staff.. everyone made sure to give a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Kashmira & the restaurant manager for everything.

First of all, I'd like to thank all the staff at the establishment: the concierges, valets, breakfast staff, receptionists, and all the other employees I haven't mentioned. Every one of them has been wonderful to us. My wife and I are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and the service we received. Thank you for everything, from taking our suitcases up to the room to tidying the rooms. On the occasion of my wife's birthday and our wedding anniversary, we received balloons and cakes.
