Excellent location for exploring Segovia! We visited in the off-season (March) and requested a room with a view of the aqueduct. We were fortunate to get a room with a corner view so we could watch the activity on the piazza and see the old city and landmarks from several perspectives, including the aqueduct illuminated at night and hot air balloons over the city in the morning. The car park was convenient but charges apply and it is quite cramped (as others have mentioned). The staff was very welcoming and efficient. There is an elevator offers access to the upper levels as well as the underground car park. The breakfast offered everything we could ask for and more and was well-attended by hotel staff who kept things refreshed. There were hot and cold food choices on the breakfast buffet. We give the hotel a 9 for facilities (and others may give it less) because it is not a high-end property with a lot of amenities but it was everything we expected. We would highly recommend this hotel as a home-base for exploring Segovia and the surrounding area.

Car park costs extra and is very compact - but nonetheless very convenient.

The front desk receptionist, Lady, was very helpful & attentive. The breakfast buffet staff were friendly & had a wonderful attitude. The location was just excellent!!! We also liked the environmentally friendly aspect with refillable shower amenities.

There was absolutely NO way to control the temperature in the room as it was locked! Most absurd for a hotel room of a higher caliber. We had to open our windows just to cool down the room!!! When I spoke to the front desk, they assured me they had turned off the heat but we were not allowed to use the AC...what????

Parking 🅿️ n the basement was a bit tight and given price should have been offered to guests free as no alternative if you drive.

Absolutely perfect location right across from the main bus stop coming from the train station! And very convenient to catch a bus up to the Alcazabar or anywhere else. When you arrive by train, there really are very few taxis available and it is best to just catch the bus for only 2.25 euros. The location also is right in front of the Aqueduct (we had a view of it from our room!) The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room quite big enough. The breakfast was adequate.

They could improve on their egg options at breakfast, otherwise, everything was fine.

Lovely hotel by the Aqueduct, with easy access by car, and good parking (height 2.0m if you're interested). Good facilities, comfortable beds and good showers. They don't have a restaurant, but we ate at the restaurant Casares, right next door. Convenient location for exploring the town.

It would have been nice to have the aircon switched on (the hotel has a master switch).

Location couldnt be better. Room looked onto Aquaduct, parking infront of hotel, shops & restaurants all within easy walking distance. Staff very helpful.

Hated the awful, modern looking, impractical shower unit within shower cubicle. Took up loads of space and was absolutely useless. Reported it to reception - needs removed - room 117

Location cannot be bettered, it's right beside the acqueduct in Segovia. Staff were uniformly friendly, helpful and professional. The room was comfortable, nice view, quiet and we were able to control the temperature to our liking. We would definitely stay again. Parking was easy, if a little tight on the spiral ramp.

One of the beds had a tilt to it.

Location is just amazing. Best you can get in town, if you want to explore. Relatively new equipment, not too worn-out. An ok breakfast. I enjoyed how room was supplied - shower cap, shoe shiner and other small items. I didn't expect it from the hotel of this level.

We arrived past 2pm and our room wasn't yet ready. However setup was just finishing, so it wasn't a long wait. We stayed in the room facing aqueduct and it's a lively square. Sound isolation wasn't the best. Old TV

This location was as beautiful as the view from our room. We requested and paid for a view and we were certainly given what we asked for. The staff were absolutely excellent to deal with and ready to do whatever they could ensure our comfort. Next time we will stay longer and enjoy the beautiful sights of this exquisite city more thoroughly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was great - central and close to attractions. The room was a great size. Showers fantastic. Breakfast was really good. View of the Aquaduct was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again.

Our room overlooked McDonald's and Burger King and was very noisy due to the amount of young people gathering there in the evenings.
