Very kind and helpfull staff. Close to Milano Centrale train station, maybe 5 -7 minutes walk. Clean room, AC working perfectly. Breakfast is optional, but there were a lot of different options, so we've decided to go for it and it was more than worth of 10 Euros which is the price for it.

Everything about the hotel was OK, although I was a bit sceptical about what we'll find, since the neighbourhood wasn't promising. But when we arrived to the hotel, it turned out OK.

I stay here whenever I am flying out of Milan. Its conveniently located next to the train station for the malpensa express in the morning and the metro station if you have time to spend in Milan. I'm never there long enough to comment on the breakfast or facilities. But for it's location it's quiet and they're familiar enough with me now that they recognize me when I arrive.

It is a bit older of a building I think so outlets aren't as conveniently located near the bed.

Excellent location, minutes away from Milan Centrale as well as the shuttle buses to Malpensa airport. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, so was the bathroom. Friendly staff; the manager went out of her way to arrange for a fan as the AC was too less for a very warm night. Very convenient for a layover but a bit too pricey for the quality it offers if you are there as a tourist for more than a day.

Location: Very close to Milano Centrale which makes it easy to use the trains and metro. Super market and pharmacy very close. Room: It was very good for the price. I had everything I needed. The room was cleaned every day which was very nice. They also stored our luggages since we arrived very early.

Location: It may be very convenient to catch trains but the area felt very unsafe especially for women. Lots of people who look at you weirdly and making you uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend walking alone there especially at night.

The room is spacious. Towels are changed everyday. Toilet with separate bidet is provided. Strong water pressure. Room was very clean. Bodywash/Shampoo was provided instead of those annoying tiny soaps. Fantastic breakfast included. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was superb. Milan Centrale Stazione was 7 minutes walk. Bus Stop was 1 minute walk

No wall outlet by the bed but by the TV table

Location is superb , check in flexibility , amazing polite staff . Breakfast is ok . Clean room

First room was noisy due to tram area . I was transfered to another room but the bathroom shower floods the flooring of the whole toilet n bath due to no glass door or no shower curtain it makes the flooring totally wet and can be slippery .

Location is fine. Breakfast cost 10 euro per person and it is somewhat decent. The most important they have 24/7 desk which is super helpful. Air con was working great! Overall for a short stay its very nice!

There were very limited sockets. Very uncomfortable shower. The room’s design is outdated looks like from 70s. And its incredibly hot inside the elevator.

The hotel was 500 meters from where the bus from Malpensa leaves you. Also next to the Central Station and various bus stops.The metro is super easy to use just google maps search where you wanna go and look and the metro stops. The staff was really nice and spoke English. The sheets and bath towels where changes everyday. The room was super clean and it had a safe. I would recommend getting an outlet extender or the triple outlets. Will stay again if I ever find myself in Milan again. Thank you guys.

Perfect location, very close to Miland Central Station and close to nice neighborhoods. For hotel’s proposal, best possible choice. Staff was great, answered all our demands when possible

Metro noises during night, expected due to location. Nothing that affected our experience though.

Our room was pretty spacious with a big bathroom, they were both clean and fine. We tried the morning breakfast at the hotel, and it was great. (The presentation of the food wasn't the most fancy but the food was great!) The location of the hotel is really great, there are a few restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The Duomo is a circa 40 mins walk, which was great for us.

The location of the hotel is near the central train station so if you're easily disturbed by the sound of trains this might not be the best choice for you, although it wasn't a problem for us.
