Room was very comfortable and had everything you need for a few days break. Like that ironing facilities provided and the shower was really good.

Service at the bar. Tried to ask for a drink twice and was told to sit down and someone would serve us. Waite about 15 minutes then gave up and went back to the room. Only one lift working and there was lack of communication about this. We ended up walking down the fire escape after a 20 minute wait. If we had known sooner it would have saved us a lot of time.

Breakfast was super busy , noisy, it’s really wake you up but the stuff are nice and welcoming

Good location, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms, showers were brilliant. Overall, upgraded rooms gave us the best Hilton experience.

The cleaners were rude; tried to force us out of our rooms prior to our checkout time. When we excited our rooms at our exact checkout time, the cleaners were standing outside the doors looking at us frustrated. They also do not clean properly either! We had to move rooms multiple times because it was not up to standard, and we were eventually forced to upgrade our rooms at a cost. Finally, they do not greet and will not smile back at you.

We stayed at the Hilton London Metropole from the 8th to the 12th of July with our two kids and had a truly enjoyable experience. The family room was perfect – spacious, comfortable, and ideal for relaxing after busy days in London. The half board was great value, and the breakfast service was absolutely outstanding – plenty of variety, fresh options, and excellent service. A special thank you to Jorge, who made us feel genuinely welcome every morning and went out of his way to assist us. His warmth and attention really stood out and made our mornings even better. There was only one hiccup during our stay: one evening, we were unable to dine at the restaurant due to an issue with the kitchen’s ventilation system. Unfortunately, we weren't informed in advance, which caught us off guard. However, this was more than compensated by Hady at the front desk, who was incredibly professional and helpful. Not only did he ensure we were refunded for that dinner, but he also arranged a late check-out for us – which made a huge difference when travelling with young children. Overall, a wonderful family stay. Great facilities, excellent service, and a staff that truly cares. We’ll definitely return.

Room was very comfortable. Climate control was fantastic and when we wanted to cool off a bit we could. Nice furniture for relaxing and lots of lighting. Nice view of the city and the sound was minimal from the 7th floor. Cafe on the ground floor was excellent for a quick morning coffee and pastry. Location to multiple underground were a minute to 10 minute walk depending on the station and lots of great places to eat and grocery shop if needed.

Access to use a streaming device could have been a lot easier. Elevators werent always readily available but it was very busy with a conference going on. The fridge was small and in a tight fitting cupboard with didnt always close right. Very minor quibbles overall.

What's not to like... a clean, comfortable, good-sized room with a stunning, expansive view of London from the tower. Our Premium King room supplied all this. The hotel is very large with different sections, and there are several places to eat in the hotel. Location is a little out of the actual city centre but there are many buses that can get you there + the underground from Edgware Road station. In the opposite direction a lovely walk takes you to Paddington Basin on the Regent's Canal. We have stayed here before and will return again... everyone is friendly.

Nothing... you get what you pay for so there are no luxury extras, but a Nespresso machine would be appreciated!

Couldnt get a hot tea or coffee at bfast in restaurant - even after asking for boiling water - just got more luke warm water

Hady and David were extremely helpful, securing reservations and ensuring a comfortable stay. 4. Housekeeping Housekeeping delivered spotless rooms and thorough daily cleaning without disrupting my schedule. 5. Room Service Room service was prompt, delivering high-quality, beautifully presented dishes within 20 minutes. The menu’s mix of local and international options, plus a late-night selection, was reasonably priced for a luxury hotel. 6. Customer Help Desk The help desk quickly resolved a billing issue and offered detailed city navigation tips. Accessibility via phone, email, and the hotel’s app, with follow-up checks, ensured satisfaction. 7. Breakfast The extensive breakfast buffet featured fresh, locally sourced fruits, pastries, and made-to-order eggs in a bright dining area. Attentive staff kept coffee flowing and plates cleared promptly.

Honestly, the hotel was great and everything went well 👌🏼 Before coming, we were worried because of some of the comments we read, but our experience was totally different: • Reception was friendly and helpful. • The location is excellent. • Overall, everything was perfect. A couple of things to improve: • The elevator needs some maintenance. • It was difficult to reach the hotel by phone (no answer most of the time). Note: There is no room service (food delivery to rooms), so keep that in mind. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend it.

We arrived at 11:30 and we asked if our room was ready to check in. It wasn’t which was perfectly fine as we knew the check in time was at 15:00. The reception guy (Hady) gave us the option to pay for an upgrade to an Executive room which was available for immediate checking in with access to the executive lounge and breakfast (our initial booking did not include breakfast) and we are not regretting paying for the executive room. The room was on the 9th floor, spacious, clean, modern. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We went to the Oasis Wembley concert on Friday and then on Saturday we went to Imagine Dragons at Tottenham Hotspur stadium which were both easily accessible by the Tube lines opposite the hotel. And Heathrow Express is only a 10-min walk.

Breakfast at the main restaurant could be improved in terms of variety and quality. The Executive lounge had a big variety of drinks but it wasn’t open 24/7. More snacks and fruit could have been included too, there was no finger food, no wraps, no canapés etc There were only nuts, chips, cookies and apples.
