Central location, room was very clean, staff was friendly and accommodating

The check-in process was a bit of a pain considering the lobby is a whole block away from the rooms and there's no elevator. I had to go up and down several times, sometimes with luggage, due to an issue i had with the keys (though it got resolved). Also the bathroom, while clean, had a bit of a bad smell, especially noticeable on the first day.

Tigran (on reception) was very kind and supportive during our 7 day stay. We even got put in a bigger and more comfortable room to the one we originally booked for no extra charge. He always made side we’re were happy and comfortable, and to be honest I have no complaints. Everywhere was clean, they were helpful with recommendations and always responded quickly via WhatsApp.

I would only mention the accessibility. We had to go round the back, and there are only stairs which does make things a bit difficult with suitcases.

The hotel has 24h reception, they are very kind, staff speaks English well. Hotel is on very good location, in the heart of Yerevan, you can walk to every atraction. Room was clean, everything is new. We had shower gel, bottled water, towels, slippers, hairdryer. Highly recommend this hotel

Communication with staff was smooth and easy, responding quickly and efficiently to messages. We were advised a cheaper option of using Yandex Taxi, rather than the more expensive airport transfer. We were upgraded for free, which was welcomed! The room was minimal and spacious. It was cleaned well every single day. The neighbourhood is great - essentially right in the thick of it in the centre. A supermarket very close by and a good coffee shop (Lumen). I'd recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Yerevan and be positioned in an easy accessible location. Everything is about 15 minutes walk. I had read previous about there being an issue that there is no lift, unless you're frail / unfit / a person with health conditions or impairments, I really don't think that some stairs is a big deal!

Initially slightly awkward to find in terms of street directions, etc. On the street the hotel name is actually displayed as "A Hotel Yerevan". Although the aforementioned upgrade was a nice surprise, we were relocated to the street side, which (one of us thought) was a bit noisy. All the usual hotel freebies, but no tea / coffee for the kettle and mugs?

Big room, very clean, great location.

We could not find check-in. The address was for a hotel and when we asked for the apart hotel, the lady at the desk seemed to not know what we were talking about. We wandered around for quite awhile, looking for it, no success. Eventually someone we asked seemed to know that you had to check in at the hotel for these larger apartment type rooms. We went back and a different person ,(a young man) was at the desk. Yes, we were to check in there. He kept our bags until room was ready (it was morning) and called us when room was ready. We came back and he then took us around the corner, through construction, and to the apartment building door. We had to walk up 4 flights ,(,we knew this) to the room. Room was great! The check in process should be better.

We really liked the hotel, it’s located in the very heart of the city and so close to everything. People working there are very friendly and welcoming and there’s a good option to hire a driver at the hotel to get you to some of the sights. The room and bathroom are extremely clean and spacious too.

Confusing name - couldn’t find the hotel from the first try :D apart from that - everything was great.

Great location! Clean rooms and and very good owner! Also reception guys are always helpful, especially Ovanes and Andrew were very helpful and nice guys .We liked our place so much that we extended our stay. Highly recommended if you plan to stay in Yerevan and don`t want to overpay lux hotels when you only spent night in .We will come back ;)

The staff at Teryan Pushkin are really exceptional, incredibly friendly and helpful. We were in the annex (I guess you'd call it) slightly separate from the main part of the hotel. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, and that was definitely nice, as we were there when it was quite hot. The bathrooms were also exceptional, especially the spacious, clean shower, with excellent water pressure. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Because our rooms were separate from the hotel lobby, some back up toilet paper in the rooms would be good. And we appreciated the hot water heater and thought that it would be pretty easy to leave some instant coffee or something like that to go with it.

The property is clearly one of the best locations in Yerevan. The rooms were quiet and modern. The owner was very eager to help and assist.

I think it should be stated that the rooms (or in any case our room and a few others) are located in another building on the fourth floor without an elevator. Even though the owner helped us carry up the luggage, it was a bit of an inconvenience. We booked our stay without the option for cancellation and only found out about this after finalizing the booking. In the middle of the summer, this would have been a major disadvantage having to walk up and down four flights of stairs.

Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location. There is a hot water kettle in the room and you can make tea or coffee.

The street is a bit noisy in the late hours. It is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties as it is located on the fourth floor and there is no elevator.
