Beach, location, family environment. Tons of amentities for no cost (mini golf, jumping pad, tennis, bikes for the kids). The cabins were perfect for a quick getaway and just the right size and amenities.

If I really truly have to nit-pick I did cooking and would have like a couple more pans and sharper knives. There was only 1 pan and I was cooking for 3 of us. I also brought my own cutlery which helped. But I like cooking so that might just be something I focus on. Otherwise, there was a toaster, boiler pot, good dishes.

Lovely spacious cabin. It's reasonably new and well kitted out with cutlery, etc. Big fridge. Easy parking. Tried out their restaurant and the food was really good and quite reasonable in price. It's on the beach with beach access. Salamander Bay shopping centre is about 10 mins by car. Anna Bay is much closer and much smaller.

The lounge was the worst! It was that soft and low to sit on, even I had problems getting up out of it! Luckily, there was another lounge chair that hubby could use with a pillow. I managed with 3 pillows lol. Otherwise it was lovely. The glass sliding door entry was really hard to lock, impossible from the outside, I reported this on checkout so hopefully fixed.

When the sun came out the beach was awesome. The vibe of the park is friendly and inviting. Thoughtfulness of the staff to warm the cabin prior to our arrival was well appreciated. (Qlders travelling south in winter)

The only thing that could be improved is if the staff learnt to control the weather. But even in a bad rainy couple of days the park was still great and well located as a base for sightseeing.

Comfortable cabins with cosy beds, attractive decor and furnishings, lovely adjoining rooms with ensuite in-between (great for young families), relaxed atmosphere, with friendly, accommodating staff, convenient, awesome location with the beach only a stone’s throw away, and a nice variety of family-friendly/kids facilities and activities, especially the pool, jumping pillows, playgrounds, and highly sociable (not to mention adorable!) resident birds.

The family activity room was a bit lack lustre. There was very little there, and I was a bit disappointed that the arcade-style games weren’t free to play. I suppose it might be more exciting during school holidays, but it would’ve been nice if there’d been a few things in the room to help keep the kids entertained.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay! The well-designed setup offered something for everyone, especially appreciated the toddlers' play area by the BBQ station. The proximity to the beach, a spacious pool, and the convenience of a nearby cafe and bar added to the overall fantastic experience. Our toddler had a blast, making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for families seeking a well-rounded and enjoyable getaway.

Our stay had a few hiccups, particularly with the air conditioning in our villa on an exceptionally hot day. Thankfully, our friends' villa provided a cooler retreat, and we returned to ours after sundown. The rooms felt a bit stuffy and weren't spacious enough for the portable cot, leading us to place it in the kitchen for better ventilation. Despite these issues, the property offered a plethora of enjoyable activities for kids, serving as a great distraction and salvaging our overall experience.

The staff were incredible! So helpful and friendly, and they went above and beyond to assist. We loved our 3 bedroom cabin - the patio with seating and our own barbecue was awesome. It was a stroll to the beach - a fabulous location. Wish we'd stayed longer!

We needed to ask the office for extra kitchen supplies and a fan for one of the rooms. The jumping pillow had dirty water all over it, and the pool was a little overcrowded (peak summer), so this didn't appeal to our littlies. However, in saying all of this, the beach was so close that it didn't really matter at all.

Very spacious two bedroom villa stay which was a very short walk to the beach. Fun little pool slide for the children and a spa that kept them happy during a winter stay. Staff were prompt at the desk & welcoming on check in. Pool was clean & the villa amenities were good.

Didn’t spend any time in the rec room but wasn’t too inviting when walking through.

The location is amazing, short drive to attractions/restaurants. The facilities at the park were great, the kids loved the pool, mini golf, jump pad and proximity to the beach.

I think some aspects of the property could do with a freshen up, pool/spa has cracks, cabin that we stayed in smelled damp and sweaty when we first walked in. Shower had mould, mould on roof above shower and vent was extremely dusty.

Loved the facilities for kids, location is prime for area!!

Bathroom was very cramped and there was multiple patched areas where handrail had been repaired but not neatly. Room was clean but needed a deep spring clean.. we had to find a outlet for PowerPoint and it required moving couch out and revealed a lot of dirt and dust. Also walls needed a deep clean which was fine for us on an overnight stay but would rate and feel better if they were clean. Main bedroom had a giant rail for clothes but no hangers and wasn’t practical. Would be better to remove and have foldable suitcase stand.

Great location with excellent infrastructure, clean cabins, nice pool and spa areas, and many options for kids' activities. We were also offered a late checkout at no extra charge.

The first night, the public kitchen was somewhat crowded during dinner time, so we had to wait, and we always made sure to reserve a spot early thereafter.
